Flavonoids are a class of secondary plant metabolites existing in great variety in nature. Due to this variety, identification can be difficult, especially as overlapping compounds in both chromatographic separations and mass spectrometric detection are common. Methods for distinguishing isobaric flavonoids using MS2 and MS3 have been developed. Chromatographic separation of various plant extracts was done with RP‐HPLC and detected with positive ESI‐MS operated in information‐dependent acquisition (IDA) mode. Two methods for the determination of flavonoid identity and substitution pattern, both featuring IDA criteria, were used together with the HPLC equipment. A third method where the collision energy was ramped utilized direct infusion. With the developed strategies, it is possible to differentiate between many isobaric flavonoids. Various classes of flavonoids were found in all of the plant extracts, in the red onion extract 45 components were detected and for 29 of them the aglycone was characterized, while the substituents were tentatively identified for 31 of them. For the strawberry extract, those numbers were 66, 30 and 60, and for the cherry extract 99, 56 and 71. The great variety of flavonoids, several of them isobaric, found in each of the extracts highlights the need for reliable methods for flavonoid characterization. We report three new isomers of C70(CF3)8, structurally related to p7mp‐C70(CF3)10, that are inaccessible by direct trifluoromethylation, but can be easily identified among the products of the transalkylation of higher trifluoromethylfullerenes with C70. The reported compounds are characterized by UV/Vis, 1 D and 2 D COSY 19F NMR spectroscopy, and DFT calculations. A rather unusual addition pattern is observed in p6,i‐C70(CF3)8 in which one addend is attached remotely from the others; polarization of the adjacent unsaturated bonds by the addend makes the molecule readily oxidizable.  相似文献

Superwetting membranes with responsive properties have attracted heightened attention because of their fine‐tunable surface wettability. However, their functional diversity is severely limited by the “black‐or‐white” wettability transition. Herein, we describe a coating strategy to fabricate multifunctional responsive superwetting membranes with SiO2/octadecylamine patterns. The adjustable patterns in the responsive region are the key factor for functional diversity. Specifically, the coated part of the membrane displayed a superhydrophobicity/superhydrophilicity transition at different pH values, whereas the uncoated part exhibited invariant superhydrophilicity. On the basis of this anisotropy/isotropy transition, the membranes can serve as either responsive permeable membranes or signal‐expression membranes, thus enabling the responsive separation and permeation of liquids with satisfactory separation efficiency (>99.90 %) and flux (ca. 60 L m?2 h), as well as real‐time liquid signal expression with alterable signals.  相似文献

The precise construction of a hierarchical complex pattern on substrates is required for numerous applications. Here, a strategy to fabricate well‐defined hierarchical three dimensional (3D) patterns on polymer substrate is developed. This technique, which combines photolithography and visible light‐induced surface initiated living graft crosslinking polymerization (VSLGCP), can effectively graft 3D patterns onto polymer substrate with high fidelity and controllable height. Owing to the living nature of VSLGCP, hierarchical 3D patterns can be prepared when a sequential living graft crosslinking process is performed on the first formed patterns. As a proof‐of‐concept, a reactive two layer 3D pattern with a morphology of lateral stripe on vertical stripe is prepared and employed to separately immobilize model biomolecules, e.g., biotin and IgG. This two component pattern can specifically interact with corresponding target proteins successfully, indicating that this strategy has potential applications in the fabrication of polymer‐based multicomponent biomolecule microarrays.

In this paper, we present a study of metallic surface roughness using the Hurst exponent calculated from speckle pattern. A set of samples was prepared using polishing techniques and the roughness was directly measured by means of an optical profilometer. To study the H exponent, an experiment was performed by illuminating the samples using an expanded laser beam and the surface image was captured by a CCD camera. We applied techniques of the Hurst exponent calculation, traditionally calculated from surface profile, in the digitalized speckle patterns generated by the rough surfaces. We showed a clear dependence of the H exponent on roughness of the samples. We demonstrated that this tool is very sensitive to defects in the surfaces and can be used for roughness control.  相似文献

为了探讨古海洋环境演化对海山富钴结壳稀土元素富集的制约,本次选取西太平洋Lamont海山具有多层结构富钻结壳L1作为研究对象,逐层取样分析研究,认为古海洋环境演化以及磷酸盐化作用对不同稀土元素的影响不同:Ce含量受海洋生产力水平的制约,与形成时古海洋生产力水平呈正相关关系,但受磷酸盐化影响并不显著;而磷酸盐化对富钻结壳中其他稀土元素影响存在明显差异:导致老壳层中稀土元素相对较少,而重稀土元素则相对增加.另外富钴结壳壳层在生成后可能仍然继续与周边海水发生稀土元素交换,导致壳层生成得越早,其重稀土元素相对于其他稀土元素越富集,而Eu则越亏损.  相似文献

A simultaneous visualization and measurement study on some specific points on demand curves, such as onset of nucleate boiling (ONB), onset of significant void (OSV), onset of flow instability (OFI), and two-phase flow patterns in a single-side heated narrow rectangular channel, having a width of 40 mm and a gap of 3 mm, was carried out. New experimental approaches were adopted to identify OSV and OFI in a narrow rectangular channel. Under experimental conditions, the ONB could be predicted well by the Sato and Matsumura model. The OSV model of Bowring can reasonably predict the OSV if the single-side heated condition is considered. The OFI was close to the saturated boiling point and could be described accurately by Kennedy’s correlation. The two-phase flow patterns observed in this experiment could be classified into bubbly, churn, and annular flow. Slug flow was never observed. The OFI always occurred when the bubbles at the channel exit began to coalesce, which corresponded to the beginning of the bubbly–churn transition in flow patterns. Finally, the evolution of specific points and flow pattern transitions were examined in a single-side heated narrow rectangular channel.  相似文献

Oil–water two-phase flow experiments were conducted in a 15 m long, 8.28 cm diameter, inclinable steel pipe using mineral oil (density of 830 kg/m3 and viscosity of 7.5 mPa s) and brine (density of 1060 kg/m3 and viscosity of 0.8 mPa s). Steady-state data on flow patterns, two-phase pressure gradient and holdup were obtained over the entire range of flow rates for pipe inclinations of −5°, −2°, −1.5°, 0°, 1°, 2° and 5°. The characterization of flow patterns and identification of their boundaries was achieved via observation of recorded movies and by analysis of the relative deviation from the homogeneous behavior. A stratified wavy flow pattern with no mixing at the interface was identified in downward and upward flow. Two gamma-ray densitometers allowed for accurate measurement of the absolute in situ volumetric fraction (holdup) of each phase for all flow patterns. Extensive results of holdup and two-phase pressure gradient as a function of the superficial velocities, flow pattern and inclinations are reported. The new experimental data are compared with results of a flow pattern dependent prediction model, which uses the area-averaged steady-state two-fluid model for stratified flow and the homogeneous model for dispersed flow. Prediction accuracies for oil/water holdups and pressure gradients are presented as function of pipe inclination for all flow patterns observed. There is scope for improvement for in particular dual-continuous flow patterns.  相似文献

本文结合聚焦离子束-电子束(Focused ion beam-electron beam,简称FIB-EB)双束系统和真空镀膜工艺,进行微区散斑的制备工艺研究,并将所发展的微散斑制备工艺应用于喷丸镍基合金材料表面制斑,进而结合切槽法进行残余应力高温释放规律的测量研究。在FIB-EB双束系统下记录切槽前后制斑微区的图像,利用数字图像相关法计算切槽后的位移,结合InglisMuskhelishvili理论公式可计算得到残余应力。文中研究了不同温度及保温时间对残余应力释放的影响规律。结果表明,残余应力随保温时间的增长释放速度逐渐减小,最后残余应力趋于稳定值。同时,温度越高,残余应力释放越彻底,800℃下近乎完全释放。该工艺具有适用性好,效率高等优点,可望在材料微区变形测量中得到进一步应用。  相似文献
