不同楸树品种(类型)嫩枝扦插生根能力及扦插繁殖技术   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
对普通条件下10个楸树不同品种(类型)嫩枝扦插的生根能力进行了比较,选择推广价值较高的圆基长果楸进行正交试验以获得圆基长果楸嫩枝扦插繁殖的最优技术方案.结果表明:10个品种(类型)楸树间的生根进程和生根率差异均显著,梓树和灰楸生根能力最好,生根率达到80%以上;南阳楸、圆基长果楸和豫楸1号生根能力较好,生根率超过50%.圆基长果楸正交试验发现:备因素对圆基长果楸的生根牢影响效能的大小依次为激素浓度、激素种类、插条粗度、处理时间、插条长度,圆基长果楸嫩枝扦插的最优组合是用1 500 mg/kg的ABT 6号生根粉处理30 s,插条长10~12 cm、粗0.3~0.6 cm.  相似文献

A reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) method was developed and validated for the determination of aucubin in Plantago lanceolata. The analyses were carried out on Zorbax SB-C18 column with an aqueous phosphoric acid and acetonitrile gradient. The correlation coefficient of calibration curve showed good linearity (r > 0.9995), with average recoveries between 96.7 and 104.5%. The developed method was applied for quantification in P. atrata, P. bellardii, P. coronopus, P. holosteum, P. reniformis, and P. schwarzenbergiana. The aucubin content in plant extracts was compared by HPLC, HPTLC, and LC-ESI-MS techniques and no significant differences between the conducted methods were observed.  相似文献

Self-packed micro-tip columns containing a C18-bonded silica stationary phase, based on the same principles as solid-phase extraction methods, were used to obtain gossypol and related sesquiterpenoid aldehyde-enriched fractions. The enriched metabolite fractions were then analyzed by optimized high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with a C18 column (4.6 mm×25 cm) eluted with the binary mobile phase acetonitrile–0.1% aqueous TFA solution (80:20). This method has proven to be highly reproducible. The precision and accuracy, as %RSD and %RME values, were determined to be less than 15% for the method. The minimum detection limit of gossypol was determined to be 10 ng (absolute gossypol). Absolute recovery was greater than 94% with a standard deviation of ±3.68%. This is a simple, fast, and cost-effective method for isolation, identification, and quantification of gossypol and related secondary metabolites. Comparative analysis of gossypol content was performed on different parts of the cotton plant (seeds, stems and leaves) of two different cultivars of Gossypium hirsutum L. (Acala1517–70 and OR19). The results indicate that the OR19 cv naturally contains higher gossypol levels than the Acala cv. It was also found that treatment of leaves with a Verticillium dahliae-derived elicitor induced production of deoxyhemigossypol rather than gossypol.  相似文献

From the BuOH extract of the whole plant of Ligularia virgaurea spp. oligocephala, a series of sesquiterpenes, sesquiterpene glycosides, and lignan glycosides were isolated, including the three new compounds (1α)‐1‐hydroxy‐8‐oxo‐eremophila‐6,9‐dien‐12‐oic acid ( 1 ), 8‐[(β‐D ‐glucopyranosyl)oxy]eremophila‐1(10),8,11‐trien‐2‐one ( 2 ), and 4‐[(β‐D ‐glucopyranosyl)oxy]pinoresinol ( 4 ). Their structures were elucidated by 1D‐ and 2D‐NMR as well as HR‐ESI‐MS analyses, and by comparison of the spectroscopic data with those reported for structurally related compounds.  相似文献

We report isolation of a new sesquiterpene (compound 2: plectranol A) along with three known compounds (1: maaliol, 3: penduletin and 4: chrysosplenol D) from the aerial parts of Plectranthus cylindraceus Hoechst. Ex. Benth ethyl acetate extract (PCEAE). Their structures were established by UV, IR, NMR (1H & 13C), HRESIMS and HSQC methods. The MTT cell proliferation assay of the compounds and the extract performed on human breast, skin and cervical cancer cell lines showed high toxicity, and their IC50 (μg/mL) values were determined. The validated HPTLC analyses of maaliol and PCEAE (method I) and, penduletin, chrysosplenol D and PCEAE (method II) furnished sharp and compact peaks. The estimated high contents (μg/mg) of maaliol (17.06), penduletin (39.36) and chrysosplenol D (31.66) in PCEAE approved the plant’s cytotoxic property. Since, P. cylindraceus contains a variety of cytotoxic terpenoids and flavonoids; our data warrant its further phytochemical and biological characterisation towards developing promising anti-cancer drugs.  相似文献

The free-radical scavenging activity of ethanolic and methanolic extracts of leaves, stems and roots of Annona muricata, Monodora tenuifolia, Uvaria comperei, Uvaria muricata and Xylopia africana was evaluated using DPPH and ORAC assays. Further, phytochemical analysis, total phenolic and total flavonoid contents were also determined. Moreover, the antifungal activity of extracts was studied. The findings indicated that A. muricata and U. comperei extracts own antiradical activities and moderate antifungal properties.  相似文献

对低山丘陵地造林的7个品种楸树2年生幼树的生长和生理特性进行了研究。结果表明:不同品种楸树幼树的高生长、直径生长、叶片长宽比、单株叶片数和净光合速率等生长和生理指标存在显著差异。直径生长速率与叶长、叶片长宽比、蒸腾速率和净光合速率呈显著的正相关;叶片宽度与蒸腾速率和净光合速率呈显著的负相关;光化学猝灭qp与非光化学猝灭(NPQ)呈极显著的正相关,与实际光化学效率ΦPSⅡ呈极显著的负相关。  相似文献

Bulbus Fritillariae (BF), referred to the bulbs of several Fritillaria species (Liliaceae), is a commonly used antitussive and expectorant herb in traditional Chinese medicine (TCM). Due to the complexity of BF botanical origin in the herbal markets, it is urgently needed to develop a reliable method for species identification. Previous studies based on morphological and histological as well as molecular biological techniques have respective limitations. For the purpose of finding a possible discriminant method among Fritillaria species, 27 steroidal alkaloids in 17 Fritillaria species and 12 BF-containing compound formulas were identified and characterized by a high-performance liquid chromatography with mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS) method. The estimated relative composition of steroidal alkaloids was used to carry out a chemotaxonomical study on Fritillaria species by means of hierarchial cluster analysis. In addition, the characteristic occurring patterns of the examined bases were compared in an effort to distinguish the botanical origin of BF-containing compound formulas. The results demonstrated that the qualitative and quantitative differences in steroidal alkaloids were useful not only for chemotaxonomy in some medicinal Fritillaria species but also for species identification in compound formulas. The described method has important implications in quality control of BF-containing TCM preparations, allowing for the prevention of BF confusion, and also revealing the possible presence of adulteration.  相似文献

Strawberries, belonging to cultivar Clery (Fragaria × ananassa Duchesne ex Weston) and to a graft obtained by crossing Clery and Fragaria vesca L., were chosen for a study on their health potential, with regard to the prevention of chronic and degenerative diseases. Selected samples, coming from fresh and defrosted berries, submitted to different homogenization techniques combined with thermal and microwave treatments, had been previously analyzed in their polyphenolic content and antioxidant capacity. In the present work, these homogenates were evaluated in relation to their enzymatic inhibition activity towards acetylcholinesterase and butyrylcholinesterase, α-amylase, α-glucosidase and tyrosinase. All these enzymes, involved in the onset of diabetes, and neurodegenerative and other chronic diseases, were modulated by the tested samples. The inhibitory effect on tyrosinase and cholinesterase was the most valuable. Antifungal activity against Candida albicans, recently shown to play a crucial role in human gut diseases as well as diabetes, rheumatoid arthritis and Alzheimer’s disease, was also shown in vitro and confirmed by the in vivo text on Galleria mellonella. Overall, the obtained results confirm once again the health potential of strawberries; however, the efficacy is dependent on high quality products submitted to correct processing flow charts.  相似文献
