针对目前无线通信系统基带信号处理平台功能单一、灵活性差、运算能力弱等问题,在传统处理器架构的基础上提出了一种改进高速基带信号处理平台的硬件设计方案。该方案采用FPGA+DSP的处理架构,依托高性能的器件和高速接口,搭建了一个高性能的通用基带信号处理平台。该平台直接实现对中频数字信号的处理,融合数字上下变频与基带算法于一体,具有模块化、灵活性等特点。实验结果表明,该基带处理平台能快速接收并实时处理各类基带信号,数据处理能力达到了较高水平。  相似文献

Mechanochemical activation of minerals on the cordierite synthesis   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The cordierite is commonly prepared by reaction of talc, clay and gibbsite within the range of 1200-1350 °C. This study deals with the effect of the amorphization by grinding of that mixture and its influence on the cordierite formation.The mixture previously mentioned underwent six different treatments: mixing without grinding (A) (only mixing); non-amorphizing grinding (AM) and amorphizing grinding in oscillating mill at four different times (H samples). The phases formed by thermal treatment were studied using differential thermal analysis (DTA)-thermogravimetric analysis (TG)-DTG, dilatometries and X-ray diffraction (XRD) techniques in certain combinations.The thermal analysis of the A and AM series were compared and they do not show significant differences, whereas the H samples present remarkable alterations in the DTA peaks as well as in the weight losses (TG). Thus, a great number of DTA peaks tend to decrease the temperature of the maximum and to lower the intensity as the amorphization time increases.Calcination tests performed within the range 900-1200 °C show important differences in the diffractograms obtained from the intermediate products. While at 1350 °C the A and H samples reach the same final phases, within the range 1200-1360 °C they present important differences in the DTA indicating that the sequence and direction of reaction are different. The same behavior can be observed by dilatometric analysis.  相似文献

New elastomers with high content of 3,4 isoprene units have been developed during the last decades in an attempt to ensure superior performances of the final products and the present study is devoted to the investigation of some peculiarities of their ageing behaviour. On thermo-oxidative degradation, 3,4 isoprene units are less affected in comparison to cis-1, 4 and trans-1, 4 isoprene units. The degradation process consists mainly in splitting of the main chains at temperatures of 80–100 °C while at higher temperatures (120–130 °C) branching becomes a significant modification and this reaction is enhanced for the polymers containing preponderantly 3,4 units. Such behaviour leads to the fact that the processability of polymers containing high amounts of 1,2 and 1,3 isoprene units is less affected by thermo-oxidative degradation in comparison with cis-1, 4-polyisoprene, which could be explained by the fact that large amounts of double bonds are not present in the backbone of macromolecules but in the pendent groups.  相似文献

K95 experimental lubricant being a product of fluorine reaction with a blend of mutually soluble poly(fluorine alcohols) and poly(fluorine esters) with molecular weight 240-900 g/mol was studied as an additive for rubber compounds based on blend of NR and BR. It was thermally stable till 270-300 °C. For comparison, it was tested simultaneously with homogenizing agent, Struktol MS40. Lubricant K95 added in a quantity of 0.5 wt% reduced the viscosity of rubber compound; it also improved compound flow in the mold. Mechanical properties of cured rubber not decrease while resistance to abrasion and fatigue increased. K95 participated in forming strong physical junctions (lower molecular weight between junctions of thermally stable network) while Struktol MS40 reduced the networking degree of rubber. As a result, it acts a multifunctional additive for NR/BR rubber.  相似文献

Novel hot-melt type flexible, tough, thermally stable, processable, thermoplastic, aromatic polyimides have been synthesized involving reaction of a keto-ether containing diamine with hinged aromatic dianhydrides followed by thermal and chemical cyclodehydration. Inherent viscosity in DMAC at 35°C of the synthesized polymers ranged 1.02 to 1.4 dl/g (0.5% solution). The polymers showed a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 250°C to 180°C as determined by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermomechanical analysis (TMA). Thermogravimetric analysis showed polymer stability up to 510°C, in both air and nitrogen atmospheres. All the polymers have shown good melt-flow. Films of 1.5–2.8 ml thickness were made and tested for mechanical properties at room temperature, 177°C and 210°C. The developed films are suitable for adhesion of Ti/Ti specimens and showed a lap shear strength of 5575 psi. Melt-fusion of the polymers gave tough moldings. Graphite cloth composites have been made and tested for mechanical properties.  相似文献

A study of ultrasonic enhancement in the extraction of bioactive principles from Quillaja Saponaria Molina (Quillay) is presented. The effects influencing the extraction process were studied through a two-level factorial design. The effects considered in the experimental design were: granulometry, extraction time, acoustic Power, raw matter/solvent ratio (concentration) and acoustic impedance.It was found that for aqueous extraction the main factors affecting the ultrasonically-assisted process were: granulometry, raw matter/solvent ratio and extraction time. The extraction ratio was increased by Ultrasonics effect and a reduction in extraction time was verified without any influence in the product quality. In addition the process can be carried out at lower temperatures than the conventional method.As the process developed uses chips from the branches of trees, and not only the bark, this research contributes to make the saponin exploitation process a sustainable industry.  相似文献
