该文针对自主研发的"切线法数控成型非球面机床"能够达到设计加工精度,结合强大的能够处理复杂多轴联动并进行插补运算的PMAC运动控制器,提出了在以PMAC自身拥有PVT插补模式为基础上的改进PVT算法,并给出PVT算法的数学模型。通过将改进PVT算法用Matlab语言表述并进行仿真和将其运用到自主研发机床中,结果表明:改进PVT算法有效避免速度不单调导致加工精度降低的问题。  相似文献

This study investigates the influence of synthesis processes such as sonication, sol-gel, and microwave on the production of highly crystalline Lanthanum oxide nanoparticles (La2O3) employing Lanthanum nitrate and Ammonium hydroxide (NH4OH) as precursors. X-ray diffraction (XRD), particle size analysis (DLS), Field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM), Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), ultraviolet–visible absorption spectroscopy (UV–Vis), and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) were used to examine the most effective processing method and its effects on the nanoparticle characteristics, such as structure, morphology, and optical and electrical behavior. Sonication produces La2O3 NPs with a smaller crystalline size, an agglomerated nanorod structure, a higher bandgap, and better electrical responsiveness than sol-gel and microwave techniques. Structural and optical characterization tests discovered this. The photocatalytic degradation activity of cationic Safranin and anionic Congo red dye exhibits degradation efficiency of around 90.13% and 89.66%, respectively.  相似文献

Mixed IrO2–TiO2 oxides were prepared by the sol–gel method by adding an aqueous solution of an iridium(III) acetate precursor [Ir3O(OAc)6 (HOAc)3]OAc, to titanium tetraethoxide in ethanol. By using an acetylacetonate modifier to stabilize the hydrolysed titanium alkoxide and by omitting a catalyst, gels were produced in all cases. Transmission electron microscopy and EDX analysis confirmed the high dispersion of iridium in the dried gel material on the nanometre scale. The images also show spherical cage features up to 20 nm in diameter. High mass losses of the gels in the TGA scans suggested low degrees of hydrolysis of the acetate precursor, but calcination gave a crystalline, mixed oxide (TixIr1–xO2) solid solution. The precursor is also soluble in ethanol, which provides a slightly modified route to similar materials.  相似文献

Polyimides can be processed by sintering or injection moulding, depending on their molecular structure. Raman spectroscopy shows differences in imide I (CO stretch), imide II (CNC axial vibration) and imide III (CNC transverse vibration) bands for both polyimide types, indicating that (i) further imidisation happens during sintering, while being amorphous and (ii) crystallisation happens during melt processing. Thermogravimetric analysis indicates no glass transition or melting temperatures until degradation at 592 °C after sintering, while moulded polyimides show a glass transition temperature at 250 °C. A dehydration reaction at 180 °C will importantly influence the sliding properties of both sintered and injection moulded polyimides. For sintered polyimide, friction and wear in cylinder-on-plate tests is mechanically controlled and mainly determined by normal loads. Overload for sintered polyimides is due to brittleness above 150 N, as also observed in debris morphology. For moulded polyimide, both normal loads and sliding velocity cause a decrease in friction and increase in wear. Overload for moulded polyimide is thermo-mechanically controlled. Sliding stability is controlled by smooth transfer, which is influenced by thermal action, plastic deformation or shear and promoted by elongation at break. Overload conditions are further discussed in relation to deformation of the Hertz line contact, recovery after sliding and the pv-limit (contact pressure × sliding velocity) related to frictional heating.  相似文献

A study was performed to explore the feasibility of processing a polyethylene by selective laser sintering. The polyethylene powder was characterised by scanning electron microscopy, particle size analysis and differential scanning calorimetry. The laser sintering processing conditions, especially powder bed temperature, laser power and laser scan counts, were studied. Well defined tensile testing specimens of the polyethylene were produced successfully by double laser scanning. The effect of the thermal history during the laser sintering process on the mechanical properties of the laser sintered parts is discussed for the first time.  相似文献

在地震数据处理中,频谱分析是不可缺少的重要环节。PE—3284机TRAFO模块是采用FFT算法进行频谱分析的。由于频谱的分辨率与被处理的时窗长度成正比,当时窗长度小于2000ms时,分辨率很低,不能用于实际生产。本文提出用样点加密和补零充位的方法提高频谱分辨率,效果明显,方法简单,对时窗长度大于75ms的谱分析,完全能满足实际处理需要。  相似文献

图像匹配是视频处理中的一项关键技术。针对SIFT算法的关键点描述符在匹配性能和匹配效率上的不足,采用建立图像金字塔之前,利用立方插值算法对原始图像进行有效缩放。然后利用降低金字塔层数的思想来构造关键点描述符,使得最后构造出来的描述符更加精确。算法的匹配性能和匹配效率都得到了明显的改进。  相似文献

以钙盐、铝盐、铁盐及聚丙烯酰胺为絮凝剂在不同温度、不同pH等条件下对马铃薯深加工的废液进行化学絮凝。结果发现聚丙烯酰胺加聚合氯化铝絮凝的效果最好。CODCr能由15000mg/L降到5500mg/L,沉降率60%左右。SS能由9500mg/L降到1000mg/L,沉降率为90%左右。能达到进行生物絮凝的要求。  相似文献
