集成微管路离子选择电极功能块研究

本文对微型管状离子选择电极在流动条件下的电化学特征进行了研究,并设计了新的集成微管路离子选择以电极功能块。用此微型装置测定了土壤、血清、水和药物中的K~+、Na~+、pH、Cl~-、F~-、阿托品、东茛菪碱,并和各种标准方法作了比较,获得满意分析结果。     

Base- and light-assisted synthesis of anthracenes from 3-allylnaphthalene-2-carbaldehydes

The synthesis of substituted anthracenes from naphthalene precursors is described. The key step involved heating ortho-allyl substituted naphthalene-2-carbaldehydes and potassium t-butoxide in DMF with concomitant irradiation from a high pressure mercury lamp to afford anthracenes in yields of 76-98%.     

铬(Ⅵ)与谷胱甘肽作用及其中间态配合物形成的电化学表征

本文采用电化学方法，对谷胱甘肽(GSH)与重铬酸钾的相互作用及其中间态配合物的形成过程进行研究。结果表明：在pH=5.6的HAc-NaAc缓冲溶液中，GSH浓度为Cr(Ⅵ)浓度5倍以上时，Cr(Ⅵ)与GSH作用完全并形成一新的中间态配合物，该中间态配合物于+0.21 V和+0.36 V(vs SCE)处产生一对新的氧化还原峰，UV-Vis的吸收光谱进一步证明了中间态配合物的形成。该配合物不稳定，在一定时间内缓慢分解，其电化学与UV-Vis光谱动力学信息同步。进一步探讨了GSH与Cr(Ⅵ)作用的电极反应机理。当Zn(Ⅱ)存在于该体系时，Zn(Ⅱ)对中间态配合物的生成和分解过程起着双向催化作用。     

Conductance of potassium lodide in mixed solvents

The conductance of potassium iodide has been measured in the solvents ethylene carbonate, water, methyl ethyl ketone, and pairwise mixtures of these solvents at 40°C; and ethylene carbonate-water, tetramethylene sulfone-water, dimethyl sulfoxide-water, tetrahydrofuran-water, ethylene carbonate-tetramethylene sulfone-water, ethylene carbonate-tetramethylene sulfone, and tetrahydrofuran-dimethyl sulfoxide at 25°C. For dielectric constants greater than about 60, the pairing constants K_A are in the range 0.3–2.0; no correlation between K_A and solvent properties could be established. For lower dielectric constants, K_A increases exponentially with decreasing dielectric constant. Addition of a proton, acceptor to water initially decreases K_A regardless of whether the dielectric constant of the mixture is higher or lower than that of water, suggesting that ion pairs in water may be stabilized by cage structures. The Walden product A_o is also decreased by the addition of proton acceptors.     

Barium dichromate [BaCr2O7], a mild reagent for oxidation of alcohols to their corresponding carbonyls in non-aqueous polar aprotic media

Barium dichromate is used as a mild oxidizing agent for the selective conversion of primary and secondary alcohols to their corresponding aldehydes and ketones, respectively. Over-oxidation does not occur and primary alcohols undergo oxidation to the aldehyde. Primary and secondary benzylic alcohols are oxidized faster and more efficiently.     

钾镁氯化物(硫酸盐)与脲、水体系的溶度研究

报导了KCl-MgCl2-CO(NH2)2-H2O和K2SO4-MgSO4-CO（NH2）2-H2O两个四元体系在25℃时的溶度及其饱和溶液的折光率、密度，相应的溶度图和组成-折光率、组成-密度图．前一体系中形成3个三元化合物：MgCl2·4CO（NH2）2·2H2O、MgCl2·CO（NH2）2·4H2O和KCl·MgCl2·6H2O溶度盐份图由9支共饱线、4个四元无变点组成．四元体系的水量图、性质-组成图有类似的变化．后一体系中有2个异成份溶解化合物MgSO4·CO（NH2）2·2H2O和K2SO4·MgSO4·6H2O形成，溶度等温图由7支双饱溶度线、3个四元无变点组成．对两个体系相图的相似性和差异点进行了讨论．     

Electron-transfer reduction of selected alcohols with alkalide K, K(15-crown-5)2 via organometallic intermediates

The course of the reaction of alkalide K⁻, K⁺(15-crown-5)₂1 with selected alcohols depends on the kind of alcohol and the mode of substrate delivery. In the case of methanol, potassium methoxide formed initially undergoes destruction at the excess of 1. It results in potassium oxide and methylpotassium. The latter opens the crown ether ring giving potassium tetraethylene glycoxide vinyl ether and methane. A similar course of the process is observed for propanol. Potassium glycidoxide is the main product formed in the reaction of 1 with glycidol. Its oxirane ring is opened at the excess of 1. Organopotassium alkoxides, i.e., potassium potassiomethoxide and dipotassium potassiopropane-1,2-dioxide are intermediate products of this reaction. They react then with the crown ether. Potassium methoxide, potassium enolate of acetaldehyde, dipotassium propane-1,2-dioxide and potassium tetraethylene glycoxide vinyl ether are the final products of this process.     

镧系元素杂多钼磷酸钾的合成与性质研究

本文首次报道了K_(17)[Ln(P_2Mo_(17)O_(61))_2]·xH_2O(Ln=La~(3+),Ce~(3+),pr~(3+),Nd~(3+),Sm~(3+),Eu~(3+),Gd~(3+),Tb~(3+),Yb~(3+))的合成方法,取测定结果表明,与(?)系离子配位的配体P_2Mo_(17)O♂♀~-为α_2-型,Ln的配位数为8,推测其结构类似于K_(16)[Ce(Ⅳ)(α_2-P_2W_(17)O_(61))_2]·xH_2O,还进行了UV光谱、CV、极谱、TG-DTA及磁化率等性质的研究。     

Selective Oxidation of Betulin by Cr(VI) Reagents

Oxidation of betulin by pyridinium dichromate, pyridinium chlorochromate, and K₂Cr₂O₇ -H₂SO₄ in the presence of tetrabutylammonium bromide was studied. Products of regioselective C-3, C-28-, and exhaustive oxidation, 28-hydroxylup-20(29)-3-one, 3-hydroxy- and 3-oxolup-20(29)-en-28-al were obtained.
