开发了高效去除重金属Cr(Ⅵ)污染的生物吸附剂,菹草(Potamogeton crispus)干粉吸附剂,通过单因素分析考察了吸附时间、吸附剂颗粒大小、溶液初始pH值、吸附剂用量、Cr(Ⅵ)初始浓度以及离子强度等对重金属离子Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附性能。 结果表明,对吸附效果影响显著的因素有Cr(Ⅵ)初始浓度、吸附剂颗粒大小、溶液初始pH值和离子强度;其吸附行为符合准二级动力学方程,相关系数为0.9998;菹草对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附等温线符合Langmuir方程。 相似文献

Clinacanthus nutans is known to be an anticancer and antiviral agent, and Strobilanthes crispus has proven to be an antidiuretic and antidiabetic agent. However, there is a high possibility that these plants possess multiple beneficial properties, such as antimicrobial and wound healing properties. This study aims to assess the wound healing, antioxidant, and antimicrobial properties of Clinacanthus nutans and Strobilanthes crispus. The Clinacanthus nutans and Strobilanthes crispus leaves were dried, ground, and extracted with ethanol, acetone, and chloroform through cold maceration. In a modified scratch assay with co-incubation of skin fibroblast and Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus, Clinacanthus nutans and Strobilanthes crispus extracts were assessed for their wound healing potential, and the antimicrobial activities of Clinacanthus nutans and Strobilanthes crispus extracts were performed on a panel of Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria on Mueller–Hinton agar based on a disc diffusion assay. To assess for antioxidant potential, 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH), total phenolic and total flavonoid assays were conducted. In the modified scratch assay, Clinacanthus nutans extracts aided in the wound healing activity while in the presence of MRSA, and Strobilanthes crispus extracts were superior in antimicrobial and wound healing activities. In addition, Strobilanthes crispus extracts were superior to Clinacanthus nutans extracts against Pseudomonas aeruginosa on Mueller–Hinton agar. 通过正交实验测试了水体溶氧、温度、氮和磷水平对菹草芽萌发的影响,结果表明:溶氧对菹草冬芽最终萌发率和单个冬芽萌发出芽的个数有极显著的影响,厌氧条件下萌发率和单个冬芽出芽的数目较高;而温度、氧和磷水平均无影响,对于萌发后两周内幼苗的生长、温度、溶氧有显著影响;氮和磷水平对幼苗的生长无显著效应,氧饱和条件下,20℃和10℃时幼苗虽然生长速度较快,但均为白化苗,且根的发育受到抑制。 相似文献

2011年3月初至5月对白洋淀菹草(Potamogeton crispus)的生长参数进行了连续观测,以探索白洋淀菹草的生长规律.结果表明,白洋淀菹草的生长过程遵循Logistic增长模式,方程为Y=121.419/(1+42.814e-0.843 t)(R2=0.896,n=7).其最大日增生物量为25.59g/(m2.d),环境容纳量为121.419g/m2.白洋淀菹草各构件间呈极显著的线性关系.研究发现4月到5月初是白洋淀菹草的迅速增长期,此后则进入凋亡和腐败期,建议在石芽成熟期(5月初)对菹草进行收获,以避免氮磷营养盐的再释放对白洋淀水质的影响. 相似文献

菹草是两年生、喜低温的沉水植物,近年来在京密引水渠大发生阻碍水流。通过现场调查和室内试验,对菹草的生态习性和在引水渠发生规律进行研究,表明菹草在北京地区是芽殖体越夏、幼苗越冬、春末夏初呈指数增长,生物量累积曲线为S型。在京密引水渠的各个断面均有菹草发生,但大发生位于下游的中富营养渠段,发生期为5~6月中。提出菹草的控制措施及其控制的最佳时期。 相似文献

利用室内培养法研究了在滇池底泥中,曝气、氮和磷浓度对菹草石芽平均出苗数以及幼苗生长的影响.结果表明:曝气对菹草石芽的平均出苗数影响不大,但对幼苗生长速度及生长过程中根的发育影响显著,在有曝气条件下,幼苗的生长速度明显大于无曝气条件下的生长速度,且所有幼苗根系都能正常发育,根的长度、数目也较大;氮、磷浓度对菹草石芽的平均出苗数以及幼苗生长也有很大的影响,无论曝气与否,石芽平均出苗数与氮、磷浓度均呈明显的正相关关系,对幼苗生长方面,在非曝气条件下,高的氮、磷浓度对菹草幼苗生长有一定的抑制作用,而在曝气条件下,菹草的生长速度与氮、磷浓度呈明显的正相关关系. 相似文献

A new isopimarane-type diterpene(liwariverol,1) and eight known compounds were isolated and characterized from the EtOAc extract of the whole plant oi Potamogeton crispus.The structure of 1 was elucidated to be 17-hydroxy-8αH-isopimara-9(11),15- diene by means of spectroscopic methods.Among the isolates,crenulatoside A(2),an acyclic sesquiterpene glycoside,was found to have anti-oxidative activity with enhancement of the expression of the NAD(P)H:quinone oxidoreductase 1(NQO1) in human neuroblastoma SH-SY5Y cells at 100μmol/L after a 24-h incubation. 相似文献
