Thiosemicarbazide lithium chloride [TSLC] a new semiorganic nonlinear optical crystal has been synthesized. Single crystals by TSLC have been grown by slow evaporation solution growth technique at room temperature. Chemical composition of the synthesized material was confirmed by elemental analysis. Powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) pattern of the grown crystal has been studied. Functional groups present in the materials were identified by FT IR spectral analysis ranging between 4000 and 450 cm−1. The optical transmission was studied through UV-vis spectrophotometer. Thermal analysis is carried out on the crystal and inferred to be stable at 176 °C. The second harmonic generation (SHG) of the TSLC crystal was confirmed using Nd:YAG laser and also fluorescence spectral analysis is carried out for the TSLC crystal. 相似文献

以dbEST数据库中公布的中国明对虾和中华绒螯蟹的EST序列作为数据源,利用CAP3对其进行聚类拼接,采用Blast2GO软件进行功能注释,并通过查找免疫相关的GO注释和检索免疫关键词的方法寻找免疫相关基因,经与不同物种免疫基因的比较,推测可能的免疫基因序列,并进一步分析免疫基因在不同组织和细胞中的分布.结果表明,通过注释和关键词进行筛选这2种方法具有较好的互补性;预测了位于中国明对虾头胸部的60个可能的免疫基因以及位于中华绒螯蟹血细胞hemocyte、haemocyte、肝胰腺、性腺和精巢中的250个免疫基因,这些基因包括模式识别受体、抗氧化蛋白、抗菌肽、凝集素等,其中部分参与酚氧化酶原激活系统、Toll信号通路等重要免疫过程.中华绒螯蟹血细胞中具有种类丰富的免疫基因,与已有的甲壳动物免疫系统相符合.肝胰腺中发现了模式识别蛋白、蛋白酶以及数量众多的凝集素种类,提示肝胰腺在免疫过程中也发挥了一定作用. 相似文献

在固定床实验台上,利用内蒙古霍林河褐煤半焦及其改性半焦对模拟烟气中的气态Hg0进行吸附实验。结果表明:与原料半焦相比,在140℃下、经FeCl3溶液改性半焦吸附效率有明显提高,并且长时间维持在90%以上;改性半焦对气态Hg0具有较高的吸附稳定性。BET测试结果表明,半焦经FeCl3溶液处理后,孔道发生部分堵塞或破坏,使得半焦的孔隙结构发达程度有所降低;XRD测试表明,改性半焦中无定形炭的结构并未发生变化,表面Fex Oy以高度分散的无定形状态存在;FTIR分析结果表明,FeCl3溶液处理使半焦表面O—H官能团和C O官能团的含量增加。 相似文献

The significance of enterobacterial mutants for the chemical investigation of their cell-wall polysaccharides 总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5
The outer cell surface of Enterobacteriaceae, i.e. the cell wall, consist of a rigid structure (murein) on which additional proteins, lipids, and polysaccharides are deposited. In the bacterial wild types (S forms) the polysaccharide is species-specific and carries the serologically determinant groups of the respective O antigen. These specific polysaccharides often consist of a large number of monosaccharides; up to eight different monosaccharides may be involved. Bound to lipid A, the cell-wall lipopolysaccharides represent the endotoxins of the bacteria. During the past few years the structures of the enterobacterial cell-wall polysaccharides have been elucidated by chemical, immunochemical, biochemical, and genetic investigations, particularly in the Salmonella. Here the polysaccharides consists of a basal polysaccharide common to all species, to which (in the S form) are bound longer species-specific side chains, consisting of repeating oligosachharide units. Spontaneous S → R mutation leads to R forms which are deficient mutants of the wild types in regard to the biosynthesis of the complete cell-wall polysaccharide. In contrast to the multiplicity of the serological specificities of the somatic antigens of the S forms, only a few serological types were found among the R forms (R I, R II, etc.). These R polysaccharides correspond to intermediates in the biosynthesis of the wile-type polysaccharides. The S → R mutation leads to the loss (or block) of an enzymes (transferase, synthetase) participating in the synthesis of the S polysaccharides. Recently many deficient mutants have been isolated and analysed, and in this way numerous stages in the biosynthesis of the cell-wall polysaccharides, for example, of Salmonella minnesota, have been made accessible to direct analysis. According to these investigations, the cell-wall polysaccharides of Salmonella consist of a basic polyheptose phosphate core which is bound to lipid A via ketodeoxyoctonic acid. To the basic core are linked pentasaccharide units of (R II structure). All other R forms are structurally deficient mutants of R II. In the complete polysaccharides of Salmonella S forms (wild types), the repeating oligosaccharide units of the specific side, chain are bound to the terminal N-acetylglucosamine of the R II structure. 相似文献

Crude extracellular invertase fromSclerotium rolfsii, when coupled to glutaraldehyde activated Indion 48-R, retained 70–80% activity of the soluble enzyme. Immobilization resulted
in a decrease in the pH and temperature optima but it increased the temperature stability. Km and Vmax also increased as a result of immobilization. Both soluble and immobilized invertase showed inhibition at high substrate

将白芷药材粉碎至通过孔径为(250±9.9)μm的网筛,并称取此白芷粉末样品2.00g于聚丙烯管中与水10mL混匀,再加入含1%(体积分数)乙酸的乙腈10.0mL,涡旋1min后加入无水硫酸镁4g和乙酸钠1g,剧烈振荡3min,离心5min,取其上清液5.0mL置于已盛有无水硫酸镁900mg、N-丙基乙二胺(PSA)450mg和硅胶300mg的净化管中,剧烈振荡5min使净化完全,离心5min。移取上清液3.0mL于40℃水浴中减压蒸缩至近干。加入50μg·L^-1的磷酸三苯酯内标溶液300μL,加入乙腈定容至1.0mL,经0.20μm滤膜过滤,取其滤液,按仪器工作条件进行超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法分析。选用Eclipse Plus C18色谱柱和以不同比例的(A)含10mmol·L^-1甲酸铵的0.1%(体积分数)甲酸溶液和(B)乙腈的混合液为流动相,按梯度洗脱程序对白芷中可能残留的51种禁用农药进行色谱分离,并在电喷雾离子源正、负离子(ESI+和ESI-)电离方式和动态多反应监测(dMRM)模式条件下进行串联质谱法测定。采用基质匹配标准曲线法定量。51种农药的质量浓度在一定范围内与其对应的峰面积呈线性关系,并测得其检出限(3S/N)为0.3~5.0μg·kg^-1。标准加入法回收试验的结果显示,其中大部分农药的回收率在71%以上,测定值的相对标准偏差(n=6)均小于20%。按此方法分析了70批白芷样品,共检出16种农药,其中甲拌磷亚砜的检出率达95%,最高检出量为15.2μg·kg^-1;甲拌磷砜和毒死蜱的检出率均为10%,最高检出量依次为3.5,45.0μg·kg^-1,其余13种农药的检出率均低于5%,且检出量均较低。 相似文献
