苦楝果实活性物质对植物生长调节作用

应用生物活性鉴定技术,ＴＬＣ及化学成分检验法,论证了苦楝果实中含有对植物生长促进的活性性质,并初步证明这些活性物质为极性较大的萜类化合物,笔者将这些活性物质为“苦楝生长素类”。     

10MeV 25KW industrial electron LINAC

A 10MeV 25KW plus class electron LINAC was developed for sterilisation of medical devices. The LINAC composed of a standing wave type single cavity prebuncher and a 2m electro-plated travelling wave guide uses a 5MW 2856MHz pulse klystron as an RF source and provides 25KW beam power at the Ti alloy beam window stably after the energy analysing magnet with 10MeV plus-minus 1 MeV energy slit. The practical maximum beam power reached 29 KW and this demonstrated the LINAC as one of the most powerful S-band electron LINACs in the world. The control of the LINAC is fully automated and the “One-Button Operation” is realised, which is valuable for easy operation as a plant system. 2 systems have been delivered and are being operated stably.     

Characterization of plant oils on a monolithic silica column by high-performance liquid chromatography-atmospheric pressure chemical lonization-mass spectrometry

Summary Five plant oils (peanut, pumpkin seed, sesame seed, soybean, and wheat germ) have been analyzed by high-performance liquid chromatography-atmospheric pressure chemical ionization-mass spectrometry (HPLC-APCI-MS). Gradient elution was performed with acetone-acetonitrile mobile phases on a short monolithic silica column (SilicaROD, RP-18e, 50 mm×4.6 mm). Identification of plant oil triacylglycerols (TAG) was based on the pseudomolecular ion [M+H]⁺ and the diacylglycerol [M−RCO₂]⁺ fragments. Positional isomers of triacylglycerols were identified from the relative intensities of the [M-RCO₂]⁺ fragments. Principal-component analysis, used to find similarities and differences between the different oils, indicated that the different plant oils could be clearly differentiated according to their triacylglycerol composition. Rapid liquid chromatographic-mass spectrometric analysis of withanolides in crude plant extracts by use of a monolithic column

Summary A rapid analytical method has been developed for the mutual resolution of three steroidal compounds, withaferin A, iochromolide, and withacnistin. Liquid chromatography was performed on a Chromolith analytical column (4.6 mm i.d.×50 mm), made from a cylindrical silica rod, operated at a flow rate of 4 mL min⁻¹ with a simple linear gradient prepared from 0.1% aqueous formic acid and 0.1% formic acid in acetonitrile. Under optimum conditions simultaneous separation of the compounds was achieved in less than 7 min, one eighth the time required for conventional LC separation. The overall analysis time was reduced without sacrificing chromatographic performance—essential for the resolution of positional isomers such as iochromolide and withacnistin. The column was coupled to a single-quadrupole mass spectrometer and the method was characterized by good performance in terms of repeatability, selectivity, linearity, and sensitivity. Detection limits in the single-ion-monitoring mode were 0.15 μg mL⁻¹ or below. Finally, the developed method was successfully applied to the determination of withanolides in extracts fromlochroma gesnerioides obtained by three different processes—traditional Soxhlet extraction and two faster methods, microwave-assisted extraction and pressurized solvent extraction.

对后发现代化国家来说,在一定时间内经济超常发展是不足为奇的。因为,引入发达国家的技术、资金和管理经验都能极大地推动发展中国家的经济增长。但对象中国经济这样在长达二十多年的时间中一直保持很高的增长速度,却不得不被称之为奇迹。通过研究发现,在中国经济增长奇迹的背后存在着诸多推动因素。其中有些因素的作用已经基本完结,有些正在发挥作用,还有一些因素的作用尚未充分显现出来。中国经济增长的潜力还很大。     

陕西长青自然保护区鱼类资源及其多样性

陕西长青国家级自然保护区共有鱼类 18种 ,隶属于 5目 7科 .主要经济鱼类有拉氏鱼岁、多鳞铲颌鱼、马口鱼、红尾副鳅和黑鳍鱼泉 .海拔越高 ,鱼类种类越少 ,多样性越低 ;鱼类的多样性还与人类的活动密切相关 .本区分布的细鳞鲑为国家Ⅱ级保护野生动物 ,现已移入酉水河上游 ,进行自然增殖 .     

三河湿地自然保护区水禽资源初步调查

2 0 0 1-2 0 0 3年对三河湿地自然保护区水禽资源进行了调查 ,结果表明 ,本区共有鸟类 7目 13科 5 6种 ,其中古北界鸟类 43种 (76.79% ) ,东洋界鸟类 7种 (12 .5 0 % ) ,广布型鸟类 6种 (10 .71% ) ,湿地水鸟组成呈现南北交错 ,以古北界为主的特征 .繁殖水鸟 10种 ,占 17.86% ,非繁殖鸟 46种 ,占 82 .14 % .在繁殖鸟中 ,古北界有 2种 ,东洋界 4种 ,广布种 4种 .     

南澳岛及其附近岛屿夏季鸟类的初步调查

作者一行于 2 0 0 1年夏季对南澳及其附近岛屿的鸟类资源状况进行了调查研究 .结果发现 ,南澳及其附近岛屿有鸟类 51种 ,隶属 1 3目 2 8科 ,其中雀形目 2 3种 ,占所发现种类的 45% ,非雀形目 2 8种 ,占 55% ;国家一、二级保护动物各一种 ,分别为 :白腹军舰鸟 (F regataandrewsi)和岩鹭 (Egretta sacra) .按鸟类的栖息和迁徙习惯划分 ,有海鸟 8种 ,湿地候鸟 2种 ,湿地留鸟 9种 ,陆地候鸟 4种 ,陆地留鸟 2 8种 .在所有鸟类中以褐翅燕鸥 (Sterna anae-thetus)为优势种 ,数量最大 ,分布最广 .
