抗坏血酸基体改进剂平台石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定蚝油中的铅

本实验建立了以抗坏血酸为基体改进剂测定蚝油中铅的方法。研究了多种基体改进剂消除蚝油基体对测铅的干扰，方法的相对标准偏差为４．９％，回收率为９４％－９６％，检出限为１．５ｎｇ／ｍＬ。本方法可用于蚝油、贻贝油等调味品中铅含量的测定。     

Fabrication and Tribological Properties of Pb Nanoparticles

In this paper, we describe a surfactant-assisted solution dispersion method to obtain metal nanoparticles, which involves dispersing and stabilizing metal droplets in an appropriate solvent. This method has been successfully used to prepare Pb nanoparticles from bulk Pb. The X-ray powder diffraction and transmission electron microscopy investigations show the formation of Pb nanoparticles possessing the same crystal structure as bulk metal and an average particle diameter of 40 nm. Thermal analysis indicates that Pb nanoparticles have organic shell, which is in agreement with the excellent oil-solubility. In addition, the tribological properties of Pb nanoparticles as additive in oil are discussed.     

Optimization of Pb determination via spontaneous deposition of Po on a silver disk

The accuracy of ²¹⁰Pb determination via spontaneous deposition of ²¹⁰Po on a silver disk and alpha spectrometric measurement was examined. The study focused on the storage conditions of the polonium-containing solutions, the tracer used in polonium analysis and the effect of storage time and acid concentration on ²¹⁰Po deposition. The intermediate precision and repeatability associated with the improved ²¹⁰Pb analysis of fresh groundwater samples was 5 and 14%, respectively. These improved values were achieved by using glass bottles as storage containers for the solution remaining from the first ²¹⁰Po deposition, by rinsing the sample container with concentrated hydrochloric acid after storage and by using different isotopes of polonium as the yield determinant tracer in the first and the second deposition. Less polonium adsorption onto the storage container walls occurred with HCl than with HNO₃. The overall uncertainty in ²¹⁰Pb analysis was (11 ± 7)% at the 95% confidence level. The minimum detectable activity concentration was 0.1 mBq l⁻¹ calculated from blank samples and 0.05 mBq l⁻¹ using the background counts of the alpha spectrometer.

报道了用电感耦合等离子体原子荧光光谱仪测定油漆样品中微量铅的分析方法。选择了测定铅的最佳仪器操作参数。用不同稀释倍数的样品分析结果检查基体影响的存在与否。用加入回收试验考察了方法的准确度。样品多次测定的相对标准偏差为4％。检出限可达 10至 20 ng/ml。     

电子自旋共振年代计时(III)——关于鹿牙和牛牙化石的研究

采用电子自旋共振年代计时方法测定了贵州桐梓马鞍山的鹿牙化石及河北迁安爪村牛牙化石的年龄,它们分别为(1.5±0.2)×10~4a和(3.7±0.5)×10~4a。在研究作为ESR信号来源的顺磁缺陷中心的性质时,还应用了正电子湮没技术。
