On fuzzy syntopogenous structures and preorder

In this paper, we combine fuzzy topological structure on X with algebraic structure on X, and investigate their corresponding structures and their properties. First, we study the preorder relation generated by an L-fuzzy syntopogenous structure. Conversely, we research the L-fuzzy syntopogenous structure defined by a preorder relation. Second, we define increasing (decreasing) L-fuzzy syntopogenous spaces with preorder and study some properties of them. Finally, we give an important example of increasing L-fuzzy syntopogenous space, i.e. (R_θ, S_R, )

First and second order transition in frustrated XY systems

The nature of the phase transition for the XY stacked triangular antiferromagnet (STA) is a controversial subject at present. The field theoretical renormalization group (RG) in three dimensions predicts a first order transition. This prediction disagrees with Monte-Carlo (MC) simulations which favor a new universality class or a tricritical transition. We simulate by the Monte-Carlo method two models derived from the STA by imposing the constraint of local rigidity which should have the same critical behavior as the original model. A strong first order transition is found. Following Zumbach we analyze the second order transition observed in MC studies as due to a fixed point in the complex plane. Relationships for moments of order statistics from the right-truncated generalized half logistic distribution

In this paper, we establish several recurrence relations satisfied by the single and the product moments for order statistics from the right-truncated generalized half logistic distribution. These relationships may be used in a simple recursive manner in order to compute the single and the product moments of all order statistics for all sample sizes and for any choice of the truncation parameter P. These generalize the corresponding results for the generalized half logistic distribution derived recently by Balakrishnan and Sandhu (1995, J. Statist. Comput. Simulation, 52, 385–398).Earlier went by the name R. A. Sandhu.

Decomposition of Order Statistics of Semimartingales Using Local Times

Given a finite collection of continuous semimartingales, a semimartingale decomposition of the corresponding ranked (order-statistics) processes was derived recently in [1 Banner , A.D. , and Ghomrasni , R. 2008 . Hochschild Cohomology Ring of an Order of a Simple Component of the Rational Group Ring of the Generalized Quaternion Group

We will give an efficient bimodule projective resolution of an order Γ, where Γ is an order of a simple component of the rational group ring ? Q _{2 ^r} of the generalized quaternion 2-group Q _{2 ^r} of order 2 ^r+2. Moreover, we will determine the ring structure of the Hochschild cohomology HH*(Γ) by calculating the Yoneda products using this bimodule projective resolution.
