The stable isotopes 15N and 13C can be used to investigate the nutritional mode of terrestrial orchids and pyroloids (Monotropoideae, Ericaceae). Some of these plants are putatively autotrophic but meet their nitrogen and carbon demands by gaining organic compounds (e.g. amino acids) from mycorrhizal fungi. This so-called partially myco-heterotrophic nutrition is reflected by their isotope signature. The application of a two-source linear mixing model on δ values of such plants allows calculating the percentage of N and C derived from their associated mycorrhizal fungi. Here we present an approach to improve estimates of the plants’ degree of myco-heterotrophy. Due to the presented conversion of δ values into enrichment factors (?), results obtain a better resolution and data from various studies become normalised which facilitates combined representations and meta-analyses. 相似文献

From the aerial parts of Cymbidium ensifolium, three new dihydrophenanthrene derivatives, namely, cymensifins A, B, and C (1–3) were isolated, together with two known compounds, cypripedin (4) and gigantol (5). Their structures were elucidated by analysis of their spectroscopic data. The anticancer potential against various types of human cancer cells, including lung, breast, and colon cancers as well as toxicity to normal dermal papilla cells were assessed via cell viability and nuclear staining assays. Despite lower cytotoxicity in lung cancer H460 cells, the higher % apoptosis and lower % cell viability were presented in breast cancer MCF7 and colon cancer CaCo2 cells treated with 50 µM cymensifin A (1) for 24 h compared with the treatment of 50 µM cisplatin, an available chemotherapeutic drug. Intriguingly, the half-maximum inhibitory concentration (IC50) of cymensifin A in dermal papilla cells at >200 µM suggested its selective anticancer activity. The obtained information supports the further development of a dihydrophenanthrene derivative from C. ensifolium as an effective chemotherapy with a high safety profile for the treatment of various cancers. 相似文献

A new (propylphenyl)bibenzyl, bambusifolol (1), along with six known compounds, batatasin III (2), tristin (3), 3-hydroxy-5-methoxy bibenzyl (4), gigantol (5), 3′,5-dimethoxy-9,9′-diacetyl-4,7′-epoxy-3,8′-bilign-7-ene-4′-methol (6) and balanophonin (7) were isolated from the whole plants of Eria bambusifolia. Their structures were elucidated by the means of extensive spectroscopic analysis. 3–7 were isolated from the genus Eria for the first time and 2 obtained originally from E. bambusifolia. All the compounds isolated were evaluated for their cytotoxicity against human tumour HL-60, SMMC-7721, A-549, MCF-7 and SW-480 cell lines, but none showed significant activity. 相似文献

广西是我国兰科植物生物多样性特别丰富的省区之一,同时也是兰科植物生物多样性受威胁特别严重的省区之一。摸清广西兰科植物资源的家底,分析广西兰科植物资源的优势以及广西兰科植物的区系特征,有助于为广西兰科植物就地保护和迁地保护提供科学依据。通过整理广西兰科植物近20年的文献资料,对广西目前兰科植物资源的状况进行编目和分析。结果表明:广西已发现野生兰科植物129属510种,分别占中国兰科植物总属数和总种数的67.89%和31.88%,其中石斛属Dendrobium、羊耳蒜属Liparis、石豆兰属Bulbophyllum、兰属Cymbidium、虾脊兰属Calanthe和玉凤花属Habenaria是本区兰科植物中的优势属。从区系来看,广西兰科热带分布类型94属,占广西兰科植物总属数的72.87%,其中热带亚洲分布有44属,占广西兰科植物总属数的34.11%;广西兰科植物以热带成分为主,受温带成分影响,保留了较多特有性、古老残遗性的特点。 相似文献

通过滇越金线莲种子无菌诱导和茎诱导芽以及丛生芽增殖、生根等试验,得出结论:滇越金线莲种子在不含激素的Hyponex 1培养基上有较好萌发率,并且在添加10%椰乳后原球茎能分化出健壮的苗。外植茎在Hyponex 1+6-BA 1mg/L+NAA 0.01/L培养基上诱导产生芽的几率最高;最佳增殖培养基是Hyponex 1+BA 0.5mg/L+NAA 0.1mg/L;生根培养基是Hyponex 1+6-BA0.05mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L。 相似文献
