In this paper, a phase field model is developed for vesicle adhesion involving complex substrate and vesicle geometries. The model takes into account an adhesion potential that depends on the distance of vesicle to the substrate. A variational problem is solved in a 3D computational domain by minimizing the contribution of bending elastic energy and the adhesion energy under the constraints of total surface area and volume, described via a phase function. An adaptive finite element method is used to efficiently compute the numerical solutions of the model. The computational results are validated through comparison of several axisymmetric shapes with the sharp-interface ODE solution. Moreover, we compute shapes for non-axisymmetric situations to support the observation that concave substrates favor adhesion. 相似文献

We present robust and asymptotically optimal iterative methods for solving 2D anisotropic elliptic equations with strongly jumping coefficients, where the direction of anisotropy may change sharply between adjacent subdomains. The idea of a stable preconditioning for the Schur complement matrix is based on the use of an exotic non‐conformal coarse mesh space and on a special clustering of the edge space components according to the anisotropy behavior. Our method extends the well known BPS interface preconditioner [2] to the case of anisotropic equations. The technique proposed also provides robust solvers for isotropic equations in the presence of degenerate geometries, in particular, in domains composed of thin substructures. Numerical experiments confirm efficiency and robustness of the algorithms for the complicated problems with strongly varying diffusion and anisotropy coefficients as well as for the isotropic diffusion equations in the ‘brick and mortar’ structures involving subdomains with high aspect ratios. By the pressure dependences of the decay rates of delayed fluorescence activated by vibrational excitation of triplet molecules of benzophenone and anthraquinone, the efficiencies of collisional transfer of vibrational energy (V–V-transfer) in the vibrational quasi-continuum of the triplet state have been estimated. It is shown that the efficiencies of the process in mixtures with foreign gases increase with increasing dipole moment and polarizability of colliding molecules. In the temperature range 433–513 K, we obtained an inverse temperature dependence of the V–V-transfer efficiency, which is satisfactorily described by empirical relations taking into account long-range attractive forces. The results obtained point to the determining role of long-range attractive forces in quasi-resonance V–V-transfer of vibrational energy by molecules excited in vibrational quasi-continuum. 相似文献

利用多相场模型对液-固两相体系中固相颗粒的粗化过程进行了三维模拟,对粗化过程中的界面形状分布进行了统计分析,研究了不同固相体积分数下颗粒连接状态对界面形状演化及粗化速率的影响.模拟结果表明:当颗粒间存在大量连接时,粗化速率随固相分数的变化速率比颗粒无连接时变缓,且随着粗化进行,高曲率的双曲形界面所占比例不断降低,低曲率的椭球形界面所占比例逐渐增多;无论固相颗粒间是否发生连接,界面形状演化经历一定阶段后,三维界面形状分布均呈现自相似性,但随着固相体积分数的增加,界面形状分布呈现自相似性所需的时间延长. 相似文献
