基于RSS技术构建高校图书馆信息服务新模式

文章对RSS技术及其内容的组织和发布做了详细的阐释,分析了高校图书馆采用RSS技术发布信息的九大特点,设计了图书馆信息服务流程图,并且总结了当前图书馆应用的RSS几种模式,指出了当前图书馆应用RSS信息服务模式存在的问题。     

地方工科大学实施大学物理新基本要求的探索与实践

分析了当前地方工科大学实施大学物理课程教学基本要求存在的问题,结合本校实际,在实施新《基本要求》上进行了积极的探索与实践,取得了初步成果。     

Gypensapogenin H from hydrolyzate of total Gynostemma pentaphyllum saponins induces apoptosis in human breast carcinoma cells

Abstract

Gypensapogenin H (Gyp H) is a novel dammarane-type triterpene, isolated from hydrolyzate of total saponins from Gynostemma pentaphyllum. Our previous work demonstrated that Gyp H exhibited potent growth inhibitory effects on tumor cells. It significantly inhibited the growth of human breast cancer cells (MDA-MB-231), while having low toxicity to normal human breast epithelial cells, MCF-10a. Further mechanistic study demonstrated that Gyp H decreased survival, inhibited proliferation, migration, induced apoptosis and led to cell cycle arrest. For the MDA-MB-231 cell lines, Gyp H increased expression of P21, Bax and cytochrome c, induced PARP cleavage and activated caspases. Gyp H also reduced expression of CDK2/4, CyclinD1, E2F1 and Bcl2, which associated with the cell cycle arrest. Thus, our finding may be useful for understanding the mechanism of action of Gyp H on breast cancer cells and suggest that Gyp H would be a leading agent for the treatment of breast cancer.

New generalized Jacobi elliptic function rational expansion method

In this work, a new generalized Jacobi elliptic function rational expansion method is based upon twenty-four Jacobi elliptic functions and eight double periodic Weierstrass elliptic functions, which solve the elliptic equation ?^′2=r+p?²+q?⁴, is described. As a consequence abundant new Jacobi-Weierstrass double periodic elliptic functions solutions for (3+1)-dimensional Kadmtsev-Petviashvili (KP) equation are obtained by using this method. We show that the new method can be also used to solve other nonlinear partial differential equations (NPDEs) in mathematical physics.     

Novel solvable many-body problems

Novel classes of dynamical systems are introduced, including many-body problems characterized by nonlinear equations of motion of Newtonian type (“acceleration equals forces”) which determine the motion of points in the complex plane. These models are solvable, namely their con?guration at any time can be obtained from the initial data by algebraic operations, amounting to the determination of the zeros of a known time-dependent polynomial in the independent variable z. Some of these models are multiply periodic, isochronous or asymptotically isochronous; others display scattering phenomena.     

Synthesis of 3-aminoindan-1-one derivatives from 2-acetylbenzaldehydes and secondary amines by Mannich annulation

An acid-promoted 2-component Mannich annulation reaction of readily available acetylbenzaldehydes and secondary amines has been reported. The approach provides a simple and efficient method under mild conditions to synthesize 3-aminoindan-1-one derivatives in moderate to good yields.     

五四道德革命与现代民族国家关系之研究

伦理道德的现代化，是五四新文化“人的现代化”的一个重要组成部分。对于伦理革命的形成原因，人们往往归因于新文化运动，这是不够全面的。新道德的出现更是现代民族国家建立后新的社会制度和生活的历史要求，这是五四新道德生成的直接的现实原因。     

时代的救赎：两种不同的时代救亡方式——新文化运动与五四运动的辨别

学术界大都认为广义的＂五四运动＂包括了＂新文化运动＂;在词语使用习惯上,或将两者替换使用,或合并为＂五四新文化运动＂使用,代称该时期发生的一系列复杂的事情。两者关系之密切由此可知。但两者之间还是有着较大的区别。＂新文化运动＂最初名称不一,甚至被认为是敌人的诋毁称呼,只是到了后来才被逐渐为大多数人所认同;＂五四运动＂则最初是指发生在1919年5月4日的学生运动。实际上,＂新文化运动＂是针对辛亥革命之后的社会现状所进行的思想文化补课,属于思想文化层面上的救亡,具有间接性;而＂五四运动＂则是爱国情感的直接表达,指向当时的国际国内政治问题,属于政治层面上的救亡,具有直接指向性。两者虽有联系,但不宜混淆,因为这样必会遮蔽其中一者的主体地位。     

A New Compound—Nanoline K2Ti8O15

In the product of carbon made from tar oil by plasma pyrogenation, some nanowires, whose diameter is 9~20 nm and whose length is 300 nm were found. The result of X-ray Energy Dispersed Spectrum (EDS) indicated that it is a new compound K2Ti8O15, which has never been reported before. Compared with the corresponding stoichiometry compound K2Ti8O15, it is a non-stoichiometry compound in which two oxygen atoms are absent. It is due to the fact that the intensive deoxidization occured in the experimental process and the valence of titalium is alterable. Its microstructure in detail by high revolution electromicroscopy (HREM) and X-ray diffraction were studied.
