陈独秀李大钊等对“一大”不重视；广东只派了陈公博一位代表参加“一大”；包惠僧是陈独秀派到上海向临时中央和“一大”组织者汇报情况的联络员，这种特殊身份使其不是代表而得以接近大会组织者并参加大会。“一大”闭幕于8月31日不符合马林对大会安全的要求；天气情况证明不可能闭幕于8月1日；8月5日在上海开过中央局成员会，这是8月5日闭幕说的由来；“一大”最可能闭幕于8月3日。“一大”的伟大历史意义是客观存在的，但有相对性的一面，革命和建设取得成绩的大小直接决定了当时人们对“一大”意义的认识。

孙中山作为中国民主革命的先行者,从各个方面论述了在民主革命和国家建设中出现的问题.关于国民心理建设的论述作为其中一个重要方面,却一直不被人们所重视.在中国建设社会主义精神文明的过程中,重温孙中山的这一思想具有重要的现实意义.     

英、美国立医学科研机构绩效评价体系的比较及借鉴

 国立医学科研机构指由国家建立并资助的医学科研机构,其有组织、规模化地开展科研活动,如美国国立卫生研究院（NIH）和英国医学理事会（MRC）。2013年以来,中国也相继在11个疾病领域建设起32个国家临床医学研究中心（NCRC）,旨在强化中国医学创新能力、加快卫生健康科技成果转化、提升基层医疗服务水平。科学的绩效评价是引导和推动国立医学科研机构建设、发展的重要手段。本研究概述了NIH与MRC的绩效评价体系,介绍了两种评价体系的评价内容与指标框架,在对比的基础上,提出了中国临床医学研究中心的绩效管理工作的建议。     

Computational analysis for the determination of deleterious nsSNPs in human MTHFD1 gene

Single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) are the most common genetic polymorphisms and play a major role in many inherited diseases. Methylenetetrahydrofolate dehydrogenase 1 (MTHFD1) is one of the enzymes involved in folate metabolism. In the present study, the functional and structural consequences of nsSNPs of human MTHFD1 gene was analyzed using various computational tools like SIFT, PolyPhen2, PANTHER, PROVEAN, SNAP2, nsSNPAnalyzer, PhD-SNP, SNPs&GO, I-Mutant, MuPro, ConSurf, InterPro, NCBI Conserved Domain Search tool, ModPred, SPARKS-X, RAMPAGE, FT Site and PyMol. Out of 327 nsSNPs form human MTHFD1 gene, total 45 SNPs were predicted as functionally most significant SNPs, among which 17 were highly conserved and functional, 17 were highly conserved and structural residues. Among 45 most significant SNPs, 15 were predicted to be involved in post translational modifications. The p.Gly165Arg may interfere in homodimer interface formation. The p.Asn439Lys and p.Asp445Asn may interfere in binding interactions of MTHFD1 protein with cesium cation and potassium. The two SNPs (p.Asp562Gly and p.Gly637Cys) might interfere in interactions of MTHFD1 with ligand.     

Synthesis, spectroscopic characterization, DFT studies and biological assays of a novel gold(I) complex with 2-mercaptothiazoline

A new gold(I) complex with 2-mercaptothiazoline (MTZ) with the coordination formula [AuCN(C₃H₅NS₂)] was synthesized and characterized by chemical and spectroscopic measurements, DFT studies and biological assays. Infrared (IR) and ¹H, ¹³C and ¹⁵N nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopic measurements indicate coordination of the ligand to gold(I) through the nitrogen atom. Studies based on DFT confirmed nitrogen coordination to gold(I) as a minimum of the potential energy surface with calculations of the hessians showing no imaginary frequencies. Thermal decomposition starts at temperatures near 160 °C, leading to the formation of Au⁰ as the final residue at 1000 °C. The gold(I) complex with 2-mercaptothiazoline (Au-MTZ) is soluble in dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO), and is insoluble in water, methanol, ethanol, acetonitrile and hexane. The antibacterial activities of the Au-MTZ complex were evaluated by an antibiogram assay using the disc diffusion method. The compound showed an effective antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus (Gram-positive) and Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa (Gram-negative) bacterial cells. Biological analysis for evaluation of the cytotoxic effect of the Au-MTZ complex was performed using HeLa cells derived from human cervical adenocarcinoma. The complex presented a potent cytotoxic activity, inducing 85% of cell death at a concentration of 2.0 μmol L⁻¹.     

中国武术铸牢中华民族共同体意识的核心与方略

铸牢中华民族共同体意识是新时代党和国家部署民族工作的主旋律和最强音。凝聚着中华各族人民智慧与力量的中国武术,是与中华民族同呼吸、共命运、心连心的共同体,在铸牢中华民族共同体意识中具有先天优势和积极作用。基于此,通过文献资料、历史考察、逻辑分析、归纳演绎等方法,本研究在阐释中华民族共同体意识的历史概说及其中意蕴基础上,论述了中国武术对铸牢中华民族共同体意识的支撑价值,并进一步指出中国武术铸牢中华民族共同体意识的核心内容,即中国武术与中华文化互融共生的意识,铸牢文化认同;中国武术与中华民族互动共存的意识,铸牢民族认同;中国武术与国家命运互联共荣的意识,铸牢国家认同。最后,研究提出中国武术铸牢中华民族共同体意识的基本方略,即同心同德：阐释好中国武术铸牢中华民族共同体意识的思想蕴含;同心同向：把握好中国武术铸牢中华民族共同体意识的目标站位;同心同行：设计好中国武术铸牢中华民族共同体意识的行动路径。     

Statistical Properties of the nonlinear SU（1,1） Coherent States

Using non-Hermitian realizations of SU(1,1) Lie algebra in terms of an f-oscillator,we generalize the notion of nonlinear coherent states to the single-mode and two-mode nonlinear SU(1,1) coherent states.Taking the nonlinearity function f(k)=Lk^1(η^2)[(k 1)Lk^0(η^2)]^-1,their statistical properties are studied.
