大口径离轴凸非球面系统拼接检验技术

针对大口径离轴凸非球面面形检测的困难,本文将光学系统波像差检验技术与子孔径拼接干涉技术相结合,提出了凸非球面系统拼接检测方法。对该方法的基本原理和具体实现过程进行了分析和研究,并建立了合理的子孔径拼接数学模型。当离轴三反光学系统的主镜和三镜加工完成以后,对整个系统进行装调和测试,并依次测定光学系统各视场的波像差分布,通过综合优化子孔径拼接算法和全口径面形数据插值可以求解得到大口径非球面全口径的面形信息,从而为非球面后续加工和系统的装调提供了依据和保障。结合工程实例,对一口径为287 mm×115 mm的离轴非球面次镜进行了系统拼接测试和加工,经过两个周期的加工和测试,其面形分布的RMS值接近1/30λ(λ=632.8 nm)。     

DFT(B3LYP/LanL2DZ), non-linear optical and electrical studies of a new hybrid compound: [C6H10(NH3)2]CoCl4·H2O

A new organic-inorganic material [C₆H₁₀(NH₃)₂]CoCl₄·H₂O was reported. The title compound was synthesized at room temperature by slow evaporation and then characterized by a single X-ray diffraction, spectroscopic measurements, thermal analysis and dielectric technique. It crystallizes in the non-centrosymmetric space group Pna2₁ with the following unit cell parameters: a=12.5328(1) Å, b=9.0908(1) Å, c=11.7440(1) and α=β=γ=90°. The structure can be described by the alternation of two different cationic-anionic layers. It consists of isolated H₂O, isolated [CoCl₄]²⁻ tetrahedral anions and diammoniumcyclohexane [C₆H₁₀(NH₃)₂]²⁺ cations, which are connected via N–H…Cl, N–H…O and O–H…N hydrogen bonds. The Hirshfeld surface analysis was conducted to investigate intermolecular interactions and associated 2D fingerprint plots, revealing the relative contribution of these interactions in the crystal structure quantitatively. Theoretical calculations were performed using DFT/B3LYP/LanL2DZ method for studying the molecular structure and vibrational spectra and especially to examine the non-linear optical behavior of the compound. Solid state ¹³C NMR spectrum shows three signals correspond to three different carbon environments. Thermal analysis discloses a phase transition at the temperature 315 K and the evaporation of water molecule at 327 K. A detailed dielectric study was reported and shows a good agreement with thermal measurements.     

Frequency combinations in the magnetoresistance oscillations spectrum of a linear chain of coupled orbits with a high scattering rate

The oscillatory magnetoresistance spectrum of the organic metal (BEDO)₅Ni(CN)₄. 3C₂H₄(OH)₂ has been studied up to 50 T, in the temperature range from 1.5 K to 4.2 K. In high magnetic field, its Fermi surface corresponds to a linear chain of quasi-two-dimensional orbits coupled by magnetic breakdown (MB). The scattering rate consistently deduced from the data relevant to the basic α and the MB-induced β orbits is very large which points to a significant reduction of the chemical potential oscillation. Despite of this feature, the oscillations spectrum exhibits many frequency combinations. Their effective masses and (or) Dingle temperature are not in agreement with either the predictions of the quantum interference model or the semiclassical model of Falicov and Stachowiak.     

基于机械-化学的方法在硅表面制造功能化结构

生物膜和生物膜形成菌的研究

细菌生物膜是一个复杂的微生物群落,生物膜巾除了水和细菌以外,还含有细菌分泌的胞外聚合物、吸附的营养物质、代谢产物及DNA等细菌裂解产物.介绍细菌生物膜的形成过程,并综述了近年来医学领域以几种成膜力强的条件致病菌为研究对象,从基因水平上证实了细菌细胞表面结构鞭毛、纤毛、胞外聚合物和群体感应信号分子等细胞因子对生物膜形成的影响.     

反气相色谱法研究共聚酯的表面性质及共混体系的相容性

采用反气相色谱法(IGC)测定了对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯-己内酯(PBT-PCL)多嵌段共聚物与溶剂的Flory-Huggins相互作用参数和色散成分的表面能γsd,研究了温度对γsd的影响.同时,通过探针分子测得聚氯乙烯(PVC)与PBT-PCL共混时的相互作用参数χ为-0.796,结果表明,该共混物是相容的.     

纳米氮化硅粉末的表面处理研究

采用溶液聚合法合成了丙烯酸丁酯-甲基丙烯酸-丙烯腈(BA-MAA-AN)三元共聚物,使用该三元共聚物作为大分子表面改性剂对纳米氮化硅进行表面处理,运用TEM、FTIR、XPS等仪器对处理后的纳米氮化硅粉末的结构及表面特性进行系统地研究.结果表明:纳米氮化硅处理后,在有机溶剂中分散性良好,大分子改性剂包覆在其表面,并与其发生了化学作用.     

互逆蕴涵命题的空间曲线投影柱面表示

互逆主义逻辑是建立在解析几何的基础之上的。在空间解析几何中,空间曲线是两曲面的交线,在空间曲线中消去一元,即得投影柱面。与此类似,在互逆主义逻辑中,互逆蕴涵命题前件的两个合取支为两个曲面,它们的合取为空间曲线,若后件所表示的曲面恰为或真包含该空间曲线的投影柱面,则该互逆蕴涵命题成立,否则不成立。     

表面等离子共振生物传感器测定人免疫球蛋白的抗原活性

目的:研究人免疫球蛋白质与羧甲基葡聚糖的氨基偶联及其与其他蛋白质的特异结合作用。方法:测定不同条件下人免疫球蛋白G(IgG)在羧甲基葡聚糖表面静电吸附的影响,并采用氨基偶联的方法,将其交联固定于葡聚糖表面,测定其与羊抗人IgG的特异结合。结果:pH及离子强度对蛋白质在羧甲基葡聚糖表面静电吸附有较大的影响,流体速度控制蛋白质的静电吸附动力学过程,并对其静电吸附量产生影响,其与羊抗人IgG有很强的特异结合作用,表现为快结合慢解离的动力学过程。结论:3.0相似文献   

Exploring artificial neural networks to model interatomic and intermolecular potential energy surfaces

We demonstrate how a back-propagation artificial neural network can be trained to represent a potential energy surface (PES) in a formless manner with limited data points and exploited to predict interaction energies for configurations not included in the training set. A similar exercise is undertaken for predicting the eigenvalues and eigenvectors of a model Hamiltonian matrix that delicately depends on parameters and exhibits crossing of eigen values.
