多壁碳纳米管修饰碳黑微电极同时测定多巴胺和抗坏血酸   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
制备了多壁碳纳米管修饰碳黑微电极,研究了多巴胺(DA)和抗坏血酸(AA)在该修饰电极上的电化学行为.实验表明,在pH 7.0的PBS缓冲溶液中,该修饰电极对DA和从均具有显著的催化氧化作用,AA与DA的氧化电位分别为30 mV和280 mV(vs.SCE).利用二次导数线性扫描伏安法测定,DA与AA的线性范围分别为6.0×10-9~2.0×10-4 mol/L和2.0×10-7~1.0×10-3mol/L,检出限为2.0×10-9mol/L 和1.0×10-7mol/L.方法已用于人工合成样品的分析.  相似文献

以聚己内酯二元醇(CAPA)为软段,异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)和六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(HDI)为硬段,环氧树脂E-44为大分子交联剂,经相转化法合成了一系列环氧树脂改性负离子水性聚氨酯(EPPU)自乳化乳液,并制备了改性水性聚氨酯的固化膜.通过FTIR、TGA及接触角、力学性能测试对聚合物结构及其膜性能进行了研究.通过原子力显微镜(AFM)观察膜表面形态和表面粗糙度.乳液粒径及粒径分布通过动态激光光散射法(DLLS)测定.FTIR分析表明环氧树脂的羟基和环氧基都参与了发应.TGA表明,环氧树脂的加入可以提高聚氨酯的热稳定性.随着w(E-44)增大,改性聚氨酯膜的拉伸强度得到改善,断裂伸长率减小.随着w(E-44)增大,乳液粒径增大,薄膜的接触角增大,改性后的PU膜表面光滑度下降,拒水性增强.  相似文献

聚对氨基苯磺酸修饰玻碳电极不可逆双安培法测定酪氨酸   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
在玻碳电极上成功地制备了聚对氨基苯磺酸修饰电极(P-p-ABSA/GCE),研究了酪氨酸在该修饰电极上的电化学行为.将此修饰电极用于流动注射不可逆双安培体系的构建,建立了流动注射双安培法直接测定酪氨酸的方法.在0 V外加电压下,在0.005 mol/L硫酸载液中,酪氨酸的氧化峰峰电流与其浓度在2.0×10-6 ~2.0×10-4 mol/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,方法的检出限(S/N=3)为1.0×10-7 mol/L.连续测定1.00×10-5 mol/L的酪氨酸标准溶液,电流值的相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.48%(n=20).该方法具有较高的选择性和灵敏度,应用于测定复方氨基酸注射液中酪氨酸的含量的测定,结果比较满意.  相似文献

用循环伏安法(CV)研究了水杨酸(SA)在多壁碳纳米管修饰玻碳电极上的电化学行为,并初步探讨了反应机理.实验结果表明,水杨酸在该电极上为一个2e/H~+的完全不可逆过程.在pH=5.0的磷酸盐缓冲溶液(PBS)中,用循环伏安法在该电极上测定了水杨酸.方法线性范围为2.0×10~(-5)~1.0×10~(-3)mol/L,检出限为8.93×10~(-6)mol/L.将该电极用于药品分析,结果令人满意.  相似文献

采用电沉积方法将丝氨酸席夫碱双核铜配合物修饰于玻碳(GC)电极表面制得了修饰电极.研究了[Cu_2L_2(4,4′-Bipy)]/GC电极的电化学性质, 并发现该电极对抗坏血酸(AA)具有良好的电催化氧化作用.考察了该电极作为AA传感器的操作条件, 结果表明: 修饰电极在pH=7.0的磷酸盐缓冲溶液(PBS)中,于-0.70~0.10 V的范围内,以50 mV·s~(-1)的扫描速率进行循环伏安扫描, 催化电流峰与AA浓度在0.2×10~(-4)~1.0×10~(-4)mol·L~(-1)范围内呈线性关系.这表明可利用该修饰电极对抗坏血酸作定量分析.对2种水果汁饮料中AA进行测定, 其果汁含量分别为0.0647 g·L~(-1)和0.125 g·L~(-1),相对标准偏差在2.4%~3.0%之间.  相似文献

The electrosynthesis of polypyrrole (PPy) film has been achieved on glassy carbon electrode (GCE) in aqueous medium of Congo red (CR) by means of cyclic voltammetry (CV). The modified electrode exhibits high electrocatalytic activity toward dopamine (DA) oxidation, with drastic enhancement of the reversibility and peak currents. This modified electrode, due to electrostatic interactions, is capable to mask the response of ascorbic acid (AA) completely and provide an effective method for the detection of minor amounts of dopamine in the presence of high concentrations of AA. The electrochemical response of the film modified electrode is strongly dependent to the switching potential applied in the CV procedure of the electro‐polymerization. The results show that by increasing the switching potential more than 0.75 V, the peak of AA is gradually disappeared. This peak in potential of 0.85 V is reached to capacitive background current. With respect to the destruction of the conjugated structure of ppy and lowering the conductivity of the film at the surface of modified electrode, higher switching potentials cannot be suitable for electropolymerization procedure. The effects of various experimental parameters such as, number of polymerization cycles, switching potential, pH and potential sweep rate on the voltammetric response of dopamine were also investigated. The modified electrode shows a linear response to DA in the range of 0.5 to 100 μM with a detection limit of 0.1 μM. The prepared modified electrode does not show any considerable response toward sulfhydryl compounds, such as, cysteine, penicillamine and glutathione, revealing a good selectivity for voltammetric response to DA. The effective electrocatalytic property, ability for masking the voltammetric responses of the other biological reducing agents together with high reproducibility and stability make the modified electrode suitable for selective and sensitive voltammetric detection of sub‐micromolar amounts of DA in clinical and pharmaceutical preparations.  相似文献

Complexing polymer‐coated electrodes have been synthesized by oxidative electropolymerization of ethylenediamine tetra‐N‐(3‐pyrrole‐1‐yl)propylacetamide (monomer L ). The presence of four polymerizable pyrrole fragments on the same EDTA skeleton was thought to confer enhanced rigidity and controlled dimensionality to the resulting complexing materials, which were used for the electrochemical detection of Hg(II), Cu(II), Pb(II) and Cd(II) ions by means of the chemical preconcentration‐anodic stripping technique. The polyamide electrode material showed particularly a significant selectivity towards mercury ions, even in the presence of a large excess of other metal cations. Moreover, the use of imprinted polymer‐coated electrodes prepared by electropolymerization of L in the presence of metal cations turned out to significantly improve the detection limits, down to 5×10?10 mol L?1 for Hg(II) and Cu(II) species.  相似文献

An electrochemical method for the preparation of poly(pyronin B) film was proposed in this paper. A poly(pyronin B) (poly(PyB)) film modified glassy carbon electrode (GCE) has been fabricated via an electrochemical oxidation procedure and applied to the electrocatalytic oxidation of reduced form of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NADH). The poly(PyB) film modified electrode surface has been characterized by atomic force microscope (AFM), scanning electron microscope (SEM), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), UV‐visible absorption spectrophotometry (UV‐vis) and cyclic voltammetry (CV). These studies have been used to investigate the poly(PyB) film, which demonstrates the formation of the polymer film and the excellent electroactivity of poly(PyB) in neutral and even in alkaline media. Due to its potent catalytic effects towards the electrooxidation of NADH at lower potential (0.0 V), poly(PyB) film modified electrode can be used for the selective determination of NADH in real samples because of dopamine, ascorbic acid and uric acid oxidation can be avoided at this potential. The catalytic peak currents are linearly dependent on the concentrations of NADH in the range of 1.0×10?6 to 5.0×10?4 mol/L with correlation coefficients of 0.999. The detection limits for NADH is 0.5×10?6 mol/L. Poly(PyB) modified electrode also shows good stability and reproducibility due to the irreversible attachment of polymer film at GCE surface.  相似文献

A novel route for the fabrication of neodymium hexacyanoferrate (NdHCF) modified glassy carbon electrodes (GCE) was proposed. The morphological characterization of NdHCF was examined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Fourier transform infrared spectra (FTIR). The performances of the NdHCF/GCE were characterized with cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammograms (DPV). The modified electrode showed excellent electrocatalytic effect and high stability toward the electrochemical oxidation of dopamine (DA) in phosphate buffer solution (pH 5.5) with a diminution of the anodic overpotential of 155 mV. The anodic peak currents increased linearly with the concentration of DA from 5.0×10?7 to 6.0×10?4 M with a detection limit of 1.0×10?8 M (S/N=3). The most important is that the modified electrode could be used for the determination of DA in the presence of an ascorbic acid concentration as large as 100‐fold that of DA. The proposed method was used to determine DA in DA‐hydrochloride injection and showed excellent sensitivity and recovery. The ease of fabrication, high stability, and low cost of the modified electrode are the promising features of the proposed sensor.  相似文献
