腰英台地区裂缝分布规律与油气运聚的关系

目的研究腰英台地区裂缝分布规律与油气运聚之间的关系。方法在岩心、分析测试等一性资料对裂缝标定的基础上,提取裂缝测井响应特征,进而对全区裂缝进行全面系统的测井解释,然后结合钻井、压裂等后期动态资料对测井解释的裂缝作核实验证。结果裂缝的发育程度与岩性、层厚和构造因素有关,而断层作用尤为明显。结论腰英台地区裂缝性储层发育段是该区的主力含油层,从储盖配置关系来看,裂缝在油气疏导方面起主要作用。

The orbital scale evolution of regional climate recorded in a long sediment core from Heqing, China

Based on the analysis of carbonate content and loss on ignition for a long sediment core (737 m in length) drilled in Heqing, the orbital scale evolution of the Southwest Monsoon is revealed, by using overlapped spectral analysis and filter methods. It is shown that the obliquity cycle and precession cycle are the key factors for the Southwest Monsoon evolution and that the change of the global ice volume and the uplift of the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau also impose great influences on it.     

灌孔混凝土砌块砌体受压性能研究

通过对灌孔混凝土砌块砌体中混凝土芯柱三向受压应力状态进行分析,提出了适用于灌孔混凝土受压弹性模量的计算方法.同时,基于大量的试验结果,提出了适用于灌孔混凝土砌块砌体的泊松比、峰值应变、极限应变等参数,并引入到Domingo J.Carreira等提出的混凝土本构模型中,得出了适用于灌孔混凝土砌块砌体受压的应力-应变全曲线公式.对比结果表明,计算值与试验结果吻合良好,可供灌孔混凝土砌块砌体结构设计和研究参考.     

Lactic acid‐ and carbonate‐based crosslinked polymeric micelles for drug delivery

Our objective was to synthesize and evaluate lactic acid‐ and carbonate‐based biodegradable core‐ and core‐corona crosslinkable copolymers for anticancer drug delivery. Methoxy poly(ethylene glycol)‐b‐poly(carbonate‐co‐lactide‐co‐5‐methyl‐5‐allyloxycarbonyl‐1,3‐dioxane‐2‐one) [mPEG‐b‐P(CB‐co‐LA‐co‐MAC)] and methoxy poly(ethylene glycol)‐b‐poly(acryloyl carbonate)‐b‐poly(carbonate‐co‐lactide) [mPEG‐b‐PMAC‐b‐P(CB‐co‐LA)] copolymers were synthesized by ring‐opening polymerization of LA, CB, and MAC using mPEG as an macroinitiator and 1,8‐diazabicycloundec‐7‐ene as a catalyst. These amphiphilic copolymers which exhibited low polydispersity and critical micelle concentration values (0.8–1 mg/L) were used to prepare micelles with or without drug and stabilized by crosslinking via radical polymerization of double bonds introduced in the core and interface to improve stability. mPEG₁₁₄‐b‐P(CB₈‐co‐LA₃₅‐co‐MAC_2.5) had a higher drug encapsulation efficiency (78.72% ± 0.15%) compared to mPEG₁₁₄‐b‐PMAC_2.5‐b‐P(CB₉‐co‐LA₃₉) (20.29% ± 0.11%).¹H NMR and IR spectroscopy confirmed successful crosslinking (～70%) while light scattering and transmission electron microscopy were used to determine micelle size and morphology. Crosslinked micelles demonstrated enhanced stability against extensive dilution with aqueous solvents and in the presence of physiological simulating serum concentration. Furthermore, bicalutamide‐loaded crosslinked micelles were more potent compared to non‐crosslinked micelles in inhibiting LNCaP cell proliferation irrespective of polymer type. Finally, these results suggest crosslinked micelles to be promising drug delivery vehicles for chemotherapy. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Polym Sci Part A: Polym Chem, 2013     

Searching for gravitational waves with the LIGO and Virgo interferometers

The first generation of ground-based interferometric gravitational wave detectors, LIGO, GEO, and Virgo, have operated and taken data at their design sensitivities over the last few years. The data has been examined for the presence of gravitational wave signals. Presented here is a comprehensive review of the most significant results. The network of detectors is currently being upgraded and extended, providing a large likelihood for observations. These future prospects will also be discussed.     

Easy and effective method to produce functionalized particles for cellular uptake

In this contribution, a versatile approach for the synthesis of functionalized particles for drug delivery is presented, using two nonaggressive standardized procedures. The first procedure considered is the functionalization of an azido‐terminated α‐norbornenyl poly(ethylene oxide) (PEO) macromonomer with an alkyne‐containing active molecule via the copper catalyzed azide alkyne cycloaddition, click type reaction. The functionalized macromonomer is then polymerized by Ring‐Opening Metathesis Polymerization (ROMP) in dispersion to form functionalized particles. The second procedure consists in synthesizing particles by ROMP in dispersed media of norbornene with azido‐terminated α‐norbornenyl PEO macromonomer. The ROMP was initiated by the first generation Grubbs catalyst. Such functionalized core‐shell particles have stealthy properties due to their PEO shell and can be viewed as universal nanocarriers on which any alkyne‐modified active molecule can be grafted by click chemistry. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. We prove that the solution of a parabolic free boundary problem, arising from a model for some isothermal equimolal non-cathalytic reactions between a fluid and a solid (e.g. oxidization), converges to the solution of the pseudo-steady-state approximation.
