We prove an identity between three infinite families of polynomials which are defined in terms of bosonic, fermionic, and one-dimensional configuration sums. In the limit where the polynomials become infinite series, they give different-looking expressions for the characters of the two integrable representations of the affine su(2) algebra at level one. We conjecture yet another fermionic sum representation for the polynomials which is constructed directly from the Bethe-ansatz solution of the Heisenberg spin chain.  相似文献

Summary Electrostatic and structural properties of a set of -lactam, -lactam and nonlactam compounds have been analyzed and compared with those of a model of the natural substrate d-alanyl-d-alanine for the carboxy- and transpeptidase enzymes. This first comparison of the electrostatic properties has been based on a distributed multipole analysis of high-quality ab initio wave functions of the substrate and potential antibiotics. The electrostatic similarity of the substrate and active compounds is apparent, and contrasts with the electrostatic properties of the noninhibitors. This has been quantified to give a reasonable correlation with the MIC (Minimum Concentration for Inhibition) and with kinetic data (k2/K) in accordance with the model for interaction of the lactam compounds with dd-peptidase. These correlations provide a better prediction of antibacterial activity than purely structural criteria.  相似文献

In this study we describe the activation with chloroformates of Trisacryl-GF-2000, a new synthetic gel support that is stable, hydrophilic, and contains large amounts of hydroxyl groups available for activation. Of all the reagents tested, the activation withN-hydroxysuccinimide-chloroformate andp-nitrophenylchloroformate in organic solvents provides the best activation yield and subsequent coupling. When Trisacryl was activated in acetone with the chloroformates in the presence of 4-dimethylaminopyridine as base and catalyst, up to 30% of the hydroxyl groups, (i.e., 1/repeating unit) could be activated. Amino-containing ligands and proteins could be coupled to these carriers at pH 8 or higher. For better results in affinitychromatographic applications, spacers of ε-amino caproic acid or diaminohexane were introduced. The efficacy of these columns was demonstrated by purification of enzymes, antibodies, and antigens. The performance of these new columns were compared with that of Sepharose columns activated in various ways. In every case, the properties of the Trisacryl support proved superior with particular reference to the purity of the product obtained.  相似文献

A new dual‐amplification strategy of electrochemical signaling from antigen–antibody interactions was proposed via backfilling gold nanoparticles on (3‐mercaptopropyl) trimethoxysilane sol‐gel (MPTS) functionalized interface. The MPTS was employed not only as a building block for the electrode surface modification but also as a matrix for ligand functionalization with first amplification. The second signal amplification strategy introduced in this study was based on the backfilling immobilization of nanogold particles to the immunosensor surface. Several coupling techniques, such as with nanogold but not MPTS or with MPTS but not nanogold, were investigated for the determination of carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) as a model, and a very good result was obtained with nanogold and MPTS coupling immunosensor. With the noncompetitive format, the formation of the antigen–antibody complex by a simple one‐step immunoreaction between the immobilized anti‐CEA and CEA in sample solution introduced membrane potential change before and after the antigen–antibody interaction. Under optimal conditions, the proposed immunosensor exhibited a good electrochemical behavior to CEA in a dynamic concentration range of 4.4 to 85.7 ng/mL with a detection limit of 1.2 ng/mL (at 3 δ). Moreover, the precision, reproducibility and stability of the as‐prepared immunosensor were acceptable. Importantly, the proposed methodology would be valuable for diagnosis and monitoring of carcinoma and its metastasis.  相似文献

建立了食品中克伦特罗和莱克多巴胺残留含量同时检测的微阵列蛋白芯片法。结果显示:克伦特罗的线性范围为0.07~1.2 ng/g;莱克多巴胺的线性范围为0.05~0.8 ng/g。猪肉、猪肝中上述两种物质的加标回收率为74%~132%,相对标准偏差均小于10%。将所建立的方法与HPLC-MS方法进行对比,两者检测结果一致。该方法简单、快速、通量高,可用于实际样品中克伦特罗和莱克多巴胺残留量的检测。  相似文献

A new electrochemical immunosensor for the detection of carbohydrate antigen‐125 (CA125), a carcinoma antigen, was developed by immobilization CA125 antibody (anti‐CA125) on gold hollow microspheres and porous polythionine (PTH) modified glassy carbon electrodes (GCE). The gold hollow microspheres provided a biocompatible microenvironment for proteins, and greatly amplified the coverage of anti‐CA125 molecules on the electrode surface. The performance and factors influencing the immunosensor were investigated in detail. The detection is based on the current change before and after the antigen‐antibody interaction. Under optimal conditions, the amperometric changes were proportional to CA125 concentration ranging from 4.5 to 36.5 U/mL with a detection limit of 1.3 U/mL (at 3σ). The CA125 immunosensor exhibited good precision, high sensitivity, acceptable stability, accuracy and reproducibility. The as‐prepared immunosensors were used to analyze CA125 in human serum specimens. Analytical results suggest that the developed immunoassay has a promising alternative approach for detecting CA125 in the clinical diagnosis.  相似文献

为了高效地解决车间流程(Flow Shop)问题,提出了一种利用免疫算法求解Flow Shop调度问题的方法.该算法是根据人或者其他高等动物的免疫系统机理设计的,将调度目标和约束条件作为抗原,将问题的解作为抗体,对抗体采用按工件加工顺序进行自然数编码,并把最大流程时间的倒数作为适应度函数,新抗体的繁殖是通过部分匹配交叉算子和按工件顺序互换的变异算子实现的,对抗体产生的刺激和抑制通过抗体浓度来调节,而抗体浓度通过计算抗体之间的最大亲和力获得.通过对Flow Shop问题的基准测试表明,该算法不仅在求解问题的规模上具有很好的可伸缩性,而且在运算时间上也低于遗传算法和模拟退火算法.  相似文献

Hepatitis B core antigen (HBcAg) expressed in Escherichia coli is able to self‐assemble into large and small capsids comprising 240 (triangulation number T = 4) and 180 (triangulation number T = 3) subunits, respectively. Conventionally, sucrose density gradient ultracentrifugation and SEC have been used to separate these capsids. However, good separation of the large and small particles with these methods is never achieved. In the present study, we employed a simple, fast, and cost‐effective method to separate the T = 3 and T = 4 HBcAg capsids by using native agarose gel electrophoresis followed by an electroelution method (NAGE‐EE). This is a direct, fast, and economic method for isolating the large and small HBcAg particles homogenously based on the hydrodynamic radius of the spherical particles. Dynamic light scattering analysis demonstrated that the T = 3 and T = 4 HBcAg capsids prepared using the NAGE‐EE method are monodisperse with polydispersity values of ~15% and ~13%, respectively. ELISA proved that the antigenicity of the capsids was not affected in the purification process. Overall, NAGE‐EE produced T = 3 and T = 4 capsids with a purity above 90%, and the recovery was 34% and 50%, respectively (total recovery of HBcAg is ~84%), and the operation time is 15 and 4 times lesser than that of the sucrose density gradient ultracentrifugation and SEC, respectively.  相似文献
