基于粗糙集的人力资源模糊指派

分析了传统指派问题存在的不足并介绍了粗糙集理论和模糊指派,在此基础上研究了动态联盟企业在新产品开发过程中人力资源的指派问题.首先建立问题的数学模型,应用变精度粗糙集理论对技术人员的素质指标进行属性约简和权系数计算,同时指标属性中考虑技术人员的个人意愿,调动其主观能动性,然后利用专家对指标属性进行模糊评判并根据粗糙集得到的权系数形成综合矩阵,将其转化为单目标决策问题,应用匈牙利算法求解,最后给出了企业的应用实例,结果证明了算法的有效性和模型的实用性.     

基于区间模糊综合评判的大学数学课堂教学评价

模糊综合评价在高校教学评价工作中发挥着越来越重要的作用.由于区间值模糊集在信息处理过程中能有效地减少模糊信息的丢失,本文引入了基于区间值模糊综合评判的大学数学课堂评价模式,并实证了此大学数学课堂评价方法较传统的模糊综合评价法更能准确地、全面地评价大学数学课堂教学.     

Euler characteristic and related measures for random geometric sets

By an elementary calculation we obtain the exact mean values of Minkowksi functionals for a standard model of percolating sets. In particular, a recurrence theorem for the mean Euler characteristic recently put forward is shown to be incorrect. Related previous mathematical work is mentioned. We also conjecture bounds for the threshold density of continuum percolation, which are associated with the Euler characteristic.     

Pessimistic Rough Decision

<正>With granular computing point of view,this paper first presents a novel rough set model with a multigranulation view,called pessimistic rough decision,where set approximations are defined through using consistent granules among multiple granular spaces on the universe.Then,we investigate several important properties of the pessimistic rough decision model.With introduction of the rough set model,we have developed two types of multigranulation rough sets(MGRS):optimistic rough decision and pessimistic rough decision. These multigranulation rough set models provide a kind of effective approach for problem solving in the context of multi granulations.

Transformational antiatomic characteristic of ordered sets

To any ordered set with a universally maximal element, a semigroup of its transformations with some natural properties that defines the ordered set up to an isomorphism is assigned. The system of such transformation semigroups is proved to be the minimal element in the set of all defining systems of transformation semigroups with respect to the following ordering: one system precedes another if for each ordered set from the class in question, the semigroup of its transformation belonging to the first system is contained in the semigroup of its transformation from the second system. 基于粗糙集理论的图像中值滤波

介绍了粗糙集理论的概念，利用粗糙集理论进行了图像中像素值的分类，提出了一种基于粗糙集理论的图像中值滤波算法，进行了仿真试验，并和传统的图像中值滤波结果进行了视觉上的比较和峰值信噪比指标的比较。实验结果和峰值信噪比指标表明，该算法能有效地滤除图像中的随机脉冲噪声和椒盐噪声，还能使图像保持很好的清晰度。     

质量管理体系运行有效性综合评价

为了评价质量管理体系运行的有效性,提出了一种基于直觉模糊集和TOPSIS法的新方法. 给出质量管理体系有效性的含义与特点,建立了质量管理体系运行有效性的评价指标体系;给出直觉模糊集的概念,并定义了两个直觉模糊集之间的距离,基于此提出基于直觉模糊集和TOPSIS法的质量管理体系运行的有效性评价方法. 通过例证说明了该方法的可行性和有效性.
