The charge-state-dependent lattice relaxation of mono-vacancy in silicon is studied using the first-principles pseu- dopotential plane-wave method. We observe that the structural relaxation for the first-neighbor atoms of the mono-vacancy is strongly dependent on its charge state. The difference in total electron density between with and without charge states in mono-vacancy and its relevant change due to the localized positron are also examined by means of first-principles simu- lation, demonstrating the strong interplay between positron and electron. There are some disadvantages to Nikolopoulos et al.'s protocol [Nikolopoulos G M, Petrosyan D and Lambropoulos P 2004 Europhys. Lett. 65 297] where a quantum dot system is used to realize quantum communication. To overcome these disadvantages, we propose a protocol that uses a quantum dot array to construct a four-qubit spin chain to realize perfect quantum state transfer (PQST). First, we calculate the interaction relation for PQST in the spin chain. Second, we review the interaction between the quantum dots in the Heitler-London approach. We experimentally demonstrate that the entanglement can be created on two distant particles using separable states. We show that two working particles can share some entanglement, while one ancilla particle always remains separable from the two working particles during the experimental evolution of the system. With all driving fields on Raman resonance, a tripod-type atomic system quickly evolves into a dark state decoupled from the lossy excited level. The dark state depends strongly on field Rabi frequencies, spontaneous decay rates, and the initial atomic population in a complicated way. In this scheme, the maximum entanglement GHZ state is used as a quantum channel. The state is composed of multimode vacuum state, multimode coherent state and its contrary state, multimode imaginary coherent state.
