真菌通过内吞的质膜变形运动将细胞以外的物质转运到细胞内,有关植物病原丝状真菌中内吞作用相关蛋白及其特征研究尚不多见,对其发挥内吞作用的NPFxD相关蛋白尚未见报道.运用内吞作用关键词在NCBI数据库中搜索,同时,以模式生物构巢曲霉中NPFxD蛋白序列为基础,通过Blastp开展在线比对分析,明确禾谷炭疽菌中具有NPFxD基序的蛋白有6个,根据同源关系分别命名为CgTPO1、CgMYO2、CgCRN3、CgNPF4、CgGBP5和CgTRM6;并从跨膜、保守结构域、亚细胞定位、理化性质以及信号肽、二级结构等方面对上述蛋白开展生物信息学分析.结果表明,不同跨膜预测软件结果并不相同,保守结构域种类较多且缺少同一类结构域,蛋白亚细胞定位位置多样且不尽相同,尤以G、A氨基酸残基所占比例最高,仅CgNPF4具有明显的信号肽,而CgMYO2蛋白具有比例相对高的α螺旋结构.此外,通过遗传关系分析明确了禾谷炭疽菌中NPFxD蛋白和炭疽菌属病菌具有较高的同源性和较近的亲缘关系,为深入探索NPFxD基序蛋白在炭疽病中的功能奠定了坚实的理论基础.  相似文献

 设计了上海光源高频低电平控制系统,它是以数字化技术为基础,采用上下变频和IQ调制解调技术,实现幅度、频率和相位的反馈控制。上海光源储存环的束流设计流强为300 mA,为了抑制由此带来的Robinson不稳定性和纵向零模束流振荡,加入了高频直接反馈和零模束流反馈环路。从上下变频技术、IQ调制解调技术、时钟分配及锁相技术等方面对上海光源数字化低电平系统的硬件设计及其实现进行了阐述,给出了该系统试验、高功率下运行的测试结果,实现了设计要求的幅度控制精度±1%、频率控制精度 ±10 Hz和相位控制精度± 1°的技术指标。  相似文献

In this paper,we study the synchronization between different motifs.First,the synchronization between two networks with different topology structures and different dynamical behaviours is studied.With the open-plus-closed-loop(OPCL) method,conditions for two different networks to realize synchronization are given.Then based on the theoretical results achieved,the synchronization between different motifs is studied,which verifies the effectiveness and feasibility of the synchronization scheme.  相似文献

A novel coronavirus has been identified as the causative agent of the severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS). For all the SARS-CoV associated proteins derivated from the SARS-CoV genome, the physiochemical properties such as the molecular weight, isoelectric point and extinction coefficient of each protein were calculated. The transmembrane segments and subeellular localization (SubLoeation) prediction and conserved protein motifs search against database were employed to analyze the function of SARS-CoV proteins. Also, the homology protein sequence alignment and evolutionary distance matrix calculation between SARS-CoV associated proteins and the corresponding proteins of other coronaviruses were employed to identify the classification and phylogenetic relationship between SARS-CoV and other coronaviruses. The results showed that SARS-CoV is a novel coronavirus which is different from any of the three previously known groups of coronviruses, but it is closer to BoCoV and MHV than to other coronaviruses. This study is in aid of experimental determination of SARS-CoV proteomics and the development of antiviral vaccine.  相似文献

模体识别是指寻找一系列功能相近且形式相似的基因片段.为此将MCL聚类算法引入模体识别应用,设计出一种适用于这个问题的新算法,在一组目标DNA序列中找到拟识别的模体.该方法基于马尔科夫链原理,构建概率转移矩阵,按随机游走方式对矩阵进行扩展、膨胀迭代,最终形成各个样本的分类.在此基础上进行贪心算法求精计算,得出若干组模体.实验表明该算法是有效的.  相似文献

溶解素基序(LysM)是在多种蛋白质中普遍存在的结构域.植物LysM蛋白能够感知几丁质及其寡糖等分子配体,从而启动植物对病原菌的免疫反应.在水稻、拟南芥等植物免疫应答过程中,LysM蛋白作为一种重要的模式识别受体,通过不同形式的寡聚化,激活多种类受体胞质激酶及其下游的MAPK(mitogen activated protein kinase)级联反应传递信号.同时,蛋白质可逆磷酸化和蛋白质降解途径可以负调节LysM蛋白介导的防御信号转导.文章综述了植物免疫过程中LysM蛋白介导的信号转导分子机制.  相似文献

Inflammatory skin diseases (ISD) cause very severe itchy skin and dryness which is now a days an important issue which has to be taken care. Nanotechnology plays a main role in manufacturing cosmetic ingredients at a nanoscale size. Among different nanoparticles, gold (Au) is one of the non-toxic materials synthesized organically or inorganically. For synthesizing nanoparticles (NPs), using inorganic methods may cause some toxicity to cells, but using organic synthesis like plant extract is less toxic and environmentally friendly. Therefore, we synthesized DK-AuNPs using Diospyros kaki fruit extract. UPLC-MS/MS was used to evaluate phytochemicals responsible for converting salt into nanoparticles. The DK-AuNPs were characterized to confirm the formation of NPs. Furthermore, we analyzed the activity of DK-AuNPs on human keratinocytes (HaCaT cells). The DK-AuNPs showed 98.2 % cell survival upto 200 µg/mL against HaCaT cells. Additionally, compared to DK treatment, DK-AuNPs therapy decreased ROS production in TNF-α/IFN-γ (T + I) stimulated HaCaT cells by 68.7 %, whereas DK treatment reduced ROS generation by 27.8 %. Moreover, the skin anti-inflammatory potential and moisturizing effect of DK-AuNPs were analyzed using HaCaT cells. Furthermore, skin inflammatory activity biomarkers were downregulated through the MAPK/NFκB signaling pathway and showed significant inhibition by DK-AuNPs. Also, the skin moisturizing biomarkers such as HAS (1–3) were upregulated and HYAL (1–2) were downregulated by PI3K/AKT/NFκB through HAS2 regulation. Therefore, skin anti-inflammatory and moisturizing activity were enhanced by treatment with DK-AuNPs. In summary, we conclude that the DK-AuNPs could be a new alternative for skin disease.  相似文献

Four salts, namely, 2,4,6-triaminopyrimidinium 6-chloronicotinate dihydrate, C4H8N5+·C6H3ClNO2·2H2O, (I), 2,4,6-triaminopyrimidinediium pyridine-2,6-dicarboxylate dihydrate, C4H9N52+·C7H3NO42−·2H2O, (II), 2,4,6-triaminopyrimidinediium sulfate monohydrate, C4H9N52+·SO42−·H2O, (III), and 2,4,6-triaminopyrimidinium 3,5-dinitrobenzoate dihydrate, C4H8N5+·C7H3N2O6·2H2O, (IV), were synthesized and characterized by X-ray diffraction techniques. Proton transfer from the corresponding acid to the pyrimidine base has occurred in all four crystal structures. Of the four salts, two [(I) and (IV)] exist as monoprotonated bases and two [(II) and (III)] exist as diprotonated bases. In all four crystal structures, the acid interacts with the pyrimidine base through N—H…O hydrogen bonds, generating an R22(8) ring motif. The sulfate group mimics the role of the carboxylate anions. The water molecules present in compounds (I)–(IV) form water-mediated large ring motifs. The formation of water-mediated interactions in these crystal structures can be used as a model in the study of the hydration of nucleobases. Water molecules play an important role in building supramolecular structures. In addition to these strong hydrogen-bonding interactions, some of the crystal structures are further enriched by aromatic π–π stacking interactions [(I) and (II)].  相似文献

Carapa guianensis is a tree from Meliaceae family traditionally known as andiroba that has a wide range of biological properties, including therapeutic effects, antioxidant activities, insecticidal and repellent effects that can be used in biotechnological approaches to medicine, agriculture, and cosmetic products. Therefore, we aim to explore the biological activities exhibited by this species and their respective biotechnological applications of interest. For this, a systematic review was carried out following the PRISMA guidelines dated from 1993 to 2022 through the Scopus, Web of Science and Agricultural Research Database (Base de Dados da Pesquisa Agropecuária - BDPA), screened for biological activity/bioactive compounds. A total of 129 studies were included in the PRISMA flow analysis. Biological properties and major bioactive compounds, as well as biotechnological approaches could be identified. The biological activity from C. guianensis could be observed in different vegetative parts through diverse methods of extractions. These activities are mainly due to the unsaturated fatty acids and bioactive compounds, such as the limonoids and a small fraction of phenolic compounds. Gedunin-type limonoids, like gedunin and its derivatives, represent the class of compounds that show the highest bioactivities in different applications.  相似文献
