The vibrational force field of halogenated aromatic molecules: II. Out-of-plane vibrations of fluoroaromatics

A general quadratic force field is determined for the out-of-plane vibrations of florobenzenes. The force constants for the out-of-plane wagging of both CH and CF bonds decrease by about 10 % for each ortho fluorine substituent. No significant meta dependence could be detected. It is shown that the present field is in excellent accord with the chlorobenzene field of Scherer and with the benzene fields of Whiffen and of Kydd when due allowance is made for differences in coordinate definitions.     

Fluorescence lifetimes in BO2 (A2Πu)

Fluorescence lifetimes and fluorescence quenching rates are reported for several vibronic levels in the A²Π_u electronic manifold of BO₂. The relationship of these results to earlier Hanle-effect measurements is discussed.     

Conduction electron spin resonance in acceptor-type graphite intercalation compounds

An initial survey of the conduction electron spin resonance is presented for a series of graphite compounds intercalated with acceptor molecules: stages 1–3 AsF₅, stages 2–5 HNO₃, and stage 2 Br₂ and ICl. The g-values and lineshapes were studied as functions of temperature and concentration. The results suggest metallic behavior but with very small density of states at the Fermi energy: N(E_F) ～10²⁰/cm³ eV. The temperature dependence of the linewidth is dominated by an order-disorder transition of the intercalant layers, implying that the conduction electrons are not entirely confined to the graphite portion of the crystal. The decrease in g-value anisotropy upon intercalation can be understood in terms of Elliott's theory.     

A re-investigation of the far-infrared spectrum of isotactic polystyrene in the 7–2400 cm−1 region at ambient temperature

Fourier-transformed interferometric techniques have been utilized to obtain new data for the far-infrared spectrum of isotactic polystyrene. The region in which rotational and translational crystalline bands are observed has been investigated and 21 absorptions associated with infrared active crystal lattice modes have been observed in the 7–400 cm^?1 region. Possible assignments of these bands have been attempted, and a comparison with the previously reported data for polypropylene has been made.

蓝牙网络中BLUEPAC IP的分析与应用

在传统 IP协议的基础上 ,介绍了适用于 BLUEPAC网络的 BLUEPAC IP协议 ,给出了 BLUEPACIP协议栈的基本结构 ,讨论了 BLUEPAC网络的建立过程 ,以及如何在 BLUEPAC网络中实现移动用户的IP地址分配、路由选择及移动切换等问题 ,并对 BLUEPAC网络中 ,切换过程对系统信息速率所带来的影响进行了分析。最后 ,展望了 BLUEPAC IP协议在个人无线接入网络内的应用前景。     

基于TCP/IP的多用户通信的实现技术

在基于TCP／IP的C／S架构下,针对多用户登录和客户端间多用户通信中的若干问题,提出了一些解决方案、算法与实现,并用Visual C^ 给出了一个相应的应用实例。
