A new, fast, and easy one‐pot cyclopropanation reaction of aromatic and aliphatic aldehydes with 1H‐indene‐1,3(2H)‐dione and cyanogen bromide (BrCN) was developed for synthesizing 3′‐(aryl[alkyl])‐dispiro[indan‐2,1′‐cyclopropane‐2′,2′′‐indan]‐1,1′′,3,3′′‐tetrone in excellent yields in a short time (about 15 s) under basic media. All structures were characterized using IR, 1H NMR, and 13C NMR spectroscopy techniques.  相似文献

Azide telechelics of poly(dimethylsiloxane) (PDMS), polypropylene oxide (PPO), and polyethylene oxide (PEO) were synthesized from the corresponding epoxy telechelics and characterized. These oligomeric azides were chain extended by reaction with bispropargyl ether of bisphenol A (BPEBA) through a copper‐catalyzed azide‐alkyne cycloaddition (CuAAC) reaction. PDMS manifested a faster reaction in contrast to PPO or PEO. The chain‐extended polymers underwent cross‐linking above 170°C through thermal cleavage of residual (terminal) azide groups. This was manifested in their rheograms and was further substantiated by FTIR and NMR spectroscopic analyses. Dynamic mechanical analyses of the cross‐linked polymers exhibited characteristic transitions of hard and soft segments, implying microphase separation in the system. Microscopic evaluation of the thermally cross‐linked sample revealed a porous morphology with microsized to nanosized pores.  相似文献

In this personal account, our recent studies of novel synthetic methods of 3,4‐fused tricyclic indole derivatives using 3‐alkylidene indoline derivatives as versatile precursors are discussed. Two types of cascade reactions producing 3,4‐fused tricyclic 3‐alkylidene indolines were developed based on a palladium‐catalyzed intramolecular Heck insertion to an allene‐allylic amination cascade and a platinum‐catalyzed intramolecular Friedel‐Crafts type C?H coupling‐allylic amination cascade. Furthermore, three types of 3,4‐fused tricyclic indoles were accessible from a single 3‐alkylidene indoline precursor via acid‐promoted olefin isomerization or oxidative treatments. The application of the developed methods to the synthesis of natural products bearing a 3,4‐fused tricyclic indole skeleton, (?)‐aurantioclavine, fargesine, and synthetic studies of dragmacidin E are also highlighted.  相似文献

A palladium-catalyzed enantioselective redox-relay Heck reaction of 2-indole triflates and disubstituted alkenes is reported. This process combines readily available indole triflates with a variety of alkenes to afford a range of indole derivatives bearing a stereocenter adjacent to C2. Enantioselectivity is achieved through use of a simple pyridine-oxazoline ligand. Tuning the electronics of the indole, through judicious choice of N-protecting group, is required to ensure selective β-hydride elimination away from the indole core. Utility of this method is highlighted in a modular formal synthesis of an S1P1 agonist precursor developed by Merck.  相似文献

The discovery that traditional silver(I)-oxide-promoted glycosidations of glycosyl bromides (Koenigs–Knorr reaction) can be greatly accelerated in the presence of catalytic trimethylsilyl trifluoromethanesulfonate (TMSOTf) is reported. The reaction conditions are very mild that allowed for maintaining a practically neutral pH and, at the same time, providing high rates and excellent glycosylation yields. In addition, unusual reactivity trends among a series of differentially protected glycosyl bromides were documented. In particular, benzoylated α-bromides were much more reactive than their benzylated counterparts under these conditions.  相似文献

>The combination of CoCl2 with bidentate phosphines is known to catalyze challenging cross-coupling and Heck-type reactions, but the mechanisms of these valuable transformations have not been established. Here, we use electrospray-ionization mass spectrometry to intercept the species formed in these reactions. Our results indicate that a sequence of transmetalation, reductive elimination, and redox disproportionation convert the cobalt(II) precatalyst into low-valent cobalt complexes. These species readily transfer single electrons to alkyl bromides, which thereupon dissociate into alkyl radicals and Br. In cross-coupling reactions, the alkyl radicals add to the cobalt catalyst to form observable heteroleptic complexes, which release the coupling products through reductive eliminations. In the Heck-type reactions, the low abundance of newly formed ionic species renders the analysis more difficult. Nonetheless, our results also point to the occurrence of single-electron transfer processes and the involvement of radicals in these transformations.  相似文献

A series of γ-indolylketones with fluorine, cyano or alkoxy substituents at the benzene moiety was prepared and subjected to samarium diiodide-promoted cyclization reactions. The desired dearomatizing ketyl cascade reaction forming two new rings proceeded in all cases with high diastereoselectivity, but with differing product distribution. In most cases, the desired annulated tetracyclic compounds were obtained in moderate to good yields, but as second product tetracyclic spirolactones were isolated in up to 29 % yield. The reaction rate was influenced by the substituents at the benzene moiety of the substrate as expected, with electron-accepting groups accelerating and electron-donating groups decelerating the cyclization process. In case of a difluoro-substituted γ-indolylketone a partial defluorination was observed. The intermediate samarium enolate of the tetracyclic products could be trapped by adding reactive alkylating agents as electrophiles delivering products with quarternary carbons. In the case of a dimethoxy-substituted tetracyclic cyclization product a subsequent reductive amination stereoselectively provided a pentacyclic compound that was subsequently N-protected and subjected to a regioselective elimination. The obtained functionalized pentacyclic product should be convertible into the alkaloid brucine by four well-established steps. Overall, the presented report shows that functionalized tetracyclic compounds with different substituents are rapidly available with the samarium diiodide cascade cyclization as crucial step. Hence, analogues of the landmark alkaloid strychnine, for example, with specific fluorine substitutions, should be easily accessible.  相似文献

Multifunctional metal nanostructures with a hollow feature, especially for nanoframes, are highly attractive owing to their high surface-to-volume ratios. However, pre-grown metal nanocrystals are always involved during the preparation procedure, and a synthetic strategy without the use of a pre-grown template is still a challenge. In this article, a template-free strategy is reported for the preparation of novel AuPt alloy nanoframes through simply mixing HAuCl4 and H2PtCl6 under mild conditions. The alloy nanostructures show a bipyramid-frame hollow architecture with the existence of only the ten ridges and absence of their side faces. This is the first report of bipyramid-like nanoframes and a template-free method under mild conditions. This configuration merges the plasmonic features of Au and highly active catalytic sites of Pt in a single nanostructure, making it an ideal multifunctional platform for catalyzing and monitoring the catalytic reaction in real time. The superior catalytic activity is demonstrated by using the reduction of nitrobenzene to the corresponding aminobenzene as a model reaction. More importantly, the AuPt nanoframes can track the reduction process on the basis of the SERS signals of the reactants, intermediates, and products, which helps to reveal the reaction mechanism. In addition, the AuPt nanoframes show much higher electrocatalytic properties toward the methanol oxidation reaction than commercial Pt/C electrocatalysts.  相似文献

Herein we report a versatile Mizoroki–Heck-type photoinduced C(sp3)−N bond cleavage reaction. Under visible-light irradiation (455 nm, blue LEDs) at room temperature, alkyl Katritzky salts react smoothly with alkenes in a 1:1 molar ratio in the presence of 1.0 mol % of commercially available photoredox catalyst without the need for any base, affording the corresponding alkyl-substituted alkenes in good yields with broad functional-group compatibility. Notably, the E/Z-selectivity of the alkene products can be controlled by an appropriate choice of photoredox catalyst.  相似文献

Cyclic (alkyl)(amino)silylene (CAASi) 1 has been found to successfully dehydrogenate 1,4-dihydroaromatic compounds containing various substituents to afford the corresponding aromatic compounds. The observed high substrate generality proves 1 to be a potential 1,4-dehydrogenation reagent for organic compounds. For the reaction with 9,10-dimethyl-9,10-dihydroanthracene, silylene 1 activated not only benzylic C−H bonds but also aromatic C−H bonds to yield a silaacenaphthene derivative, which is an unprecedented reaction of silylenes. The results of the experimental and computational study of the reaction of CAASi 1 with 9,10-dihydroanthracene and 1,4-cyclohexadiene are consistent with the notion that 1,4-dehydrogenation with CAASi 1 proceeds mainly through a stepwise hydrogen-abstraction mechanism.  相似文献
