Zero product determined classical Lie algebras

We show that the Lie algebra ? of skew-symmetric matrices with respect to either transpose or symplectic involution is zero product determined. This means that every bilinear map {·,·} from ? × ? into a vector space X is of the form {x, y} = T ([x, y]) for some linear map T provided that the following condition is fulfilled: [x, y] = 0 implies {x, y} = 0.     

On the transposition anti-involution in real Clifford algebras I: the transposition map

A particular orthogonal map on a finite-dimensional real quadratic vector space (V,?Q) with a non-degenerate quadratic form Q of any signature (p,?q) is considered. It can be viewed as a correlation of the vector space that leads to a dual Clifford algebra C?(V*,?Q) of linear functionals (multiforms) acting on the universal Clifford algebra C?(V,?Q). The map results in a unique involutive automorphism and a unique involutive anti-automorphism of C?(V,?Q). The anti-involution reduces to reversion (resp. conjugation) for any Euclidean (resp. anti-Euclidean) signature. When applied to a general element of the algebra, it results in transposition of the element matrix in the left regular representation of C?(V,?Q). We also give an example for real spinor spaces. Indefinite higher-rank numerical ranges

We investigate indefinite higher-rank numerical ranges of a wide class of J-Hermitian matrices, J?=?I _r ?⊕??I _n?r , 0?<?r?<?n (A?∈?C ^n×n is said to be J-Hermitian if A?=?JA*J). Particular attention is paid to aspects of the theory that parallel the case of Hermitian matrices.     

Treewidth of Cartesian Products of Highly Connected Graphs

The following theorem is proved: for all k‐connected graphs G and H each with at least n vertices, the treewidth of the cartesian product of G and H is at least . For , this lower bound is asymptotically tight for particular graphs G and H. This theorem generalizes a well‐known result about the treewidth of planar grid graphs.     

零积决定的矩阵代数

本文研究了零积决定的矩阵代数A=Mn(B)的条件及分类问题.利用基矩阵及巧妙对线性映射T进行构造和扩充,用初等矩阵的方法.获得了较为简单直接的新的证明(对于文献[1]中一系列的问题),并还对其遗留的问题n=2的情形给予一并解决,推广了文献[1]中的结论.     

Morita Contexts and Partial Group Galois Extensions for Hopf Group Coalgebras

We first introduce the notion of partial group twisted smash product and construct a Morita context for partial coaction of co-Frobenius Hopf group coalgebra relating generalized partial group smash product and partial coinvariants. Furthermore, we study group-Galois extensions and reobtain some classical results in the partial case. Finally, we prove that any partial group Galois extension induces a unique partial group entwining map compatible with the partial right coaction.     

The Primitive Sharp Permutation Groups of Twisted Wreath Type

A permutation group G ≤ Sym(X) on a finite set X is sharp if |G|=∏ _l?L(G)(|X| ? l), where L(G) = {|fix(g)| | 1 ≠ g ? G}. We show that no finite primitive permutation groups of twisted wreath type are sharp.
