Google Earth在政府绩效评估系统中的应用

随着计算机技术的高速发展,政府绩效评估系统日趋智能化与完善化,但是仍然存在一些需要改进的不足之处,例如涉及多地域的横向与纵向评估对比结果的不够直观明了,涉及多指标的评估体系条理不够清晰从而带来管理混乱的问题等。此文主要针对以上提出的不足采用三维地理软件GoogleEarth通过地域定位来进行指标及评估结果的管理,同时该软件作为一个客户端软件,操作简单方便。     

COVID-19’s Impact on International Trade

We analyze how the COVID-19 pandemic affected the trade of products between countries. With this aim, using the United Nations Comtrade database, we perform a Google matrix analysis of the multiproduct World Trade Network (WTN) for the years 2018–2020, comprising the emergence of the COVID-19 as a global pandemic. The applied algorithms—PageRank, CheiRank and the reduced Google matrix—take into account the multiplicity of the WTN links, providing new insights into international trade compared to the usual import–export analysis. These complex networks analysis algorithms establish new rankings and trade balances of countries and products considering all countries on equal grounds, independent of their wealth, and every product on the basis of its relative exchanged volumes. In comparison with the pre-COVID-19 period, significant changes in these metrics occurred for the year 2020, highlighting a major rewiring of the international trade flows induced by the COVID-19 pandemic crisis. We define a new PageRank–CheiRank product trade balance, either export or import-oriented, which is significantly perturbed by the pandemic.

An adaptive push-styled command and control mechanism in mobile botnets

The mobile botnet, developed from the traditional PC-based botnets, has become a practical underlying trend. In this paper, we design a mobile botnet, which exploits a novel command and control (C&C) strategy named Push-Styled C&C. It utilizes Google cloud messaging (GCM) service as the botnet channel. Compared with traditional botnet, Push-Styled C&C avoids direct communications between botmasters and bots, which makes mobile botnets more stealthy and resilient. Since mobile devices users are sensitive to battery power and traffic consumption, Push- Styled botnet also applies adaptive network connection strategy to reduce traffic consumption and cost. To prove the efficacy of our design, we implemented the prototype of Push-Style C&C in Android. The experiment results show that botnet traffic can be concealed in legal GCM traffic with low traffic cost.

网络经济中的迭维多定律和梅特卡夫法则这两大重要定律奠定了搜索引擎市场边界重建的理论基础，由此展开了一系列的边界重建策略来获得市场和用户。以Coogle的多种产品为切入点，对其在产业市场竞争中采取的4项重建策略进行了分析，并在最后提出了关于效果评估与盈利模式两个值得思考的问题。     

现代辫状河沉积体系的定量关系

通过现代辫状河沉积的卫星照片可以获取辫状河沉积体系的平面分布定量数据,从而建立其沉积体系之间的相关关系。介绍了现代辫状河沉积的研究现状,比较了两种类型的辫状河的沉积特征,简要说明了研究现代河流沉积规模的方法,测量了不同地区不同沉积环境的辫状河的心滩坝宽度、长度及辫流带宽度,得到了诸多测量数据。在此基础上,得出了不同环境中辫状河的心滩坝宽度与心滩坝的长度、心滩坝宽度与辫流带宽度的相关式;利用这些相关式可以为辫状河心滩坝砂体构型的分布规模提供依据,指导辫状河心滩坝储层构型的定量研究。     

徐州师范大学三维虚拟校园设计与实现

利用三维景观建模软件GoogleSketchUp和GIS开发软件ArcGISEngine,建立了徐州师范大学三维虚拟校园系统,该系统除具有一般三维浏览功能外,还具有一些GIS功能．     

Google earth支持下的城市绿地系统研究——以广州城区为例

本文以广州市中心城区为例,运用Google earth和GIS技术,以最新的Goog|e earth影像为主要数据源,利用遥感图像处理软件Erdas 对影像进行处理,在MapGis软件的支持下提取城市绿地信息并进行编辑,建立绿地系统信息数据库,并统分析广州中心城区绿地系统类型结构与空间分布格局,拟为城市生态环境建设提供参考与借鉴.
