本文研究了三雏andelbrot渗流下临界形态，证明了渗流函数θ（p）在pc点是不连续的，同时得到当p＜pc时，三维Mandelbrot渗流A的最大连通分支是点，即A是“尘状”的．     

单独提起行政赔偿程序的制度性障碍及其克服

行政赔偿的目的在于恢复受害人受损的合法权益,但缺乏程序保障的权利无法得以实现.单独程序可以在最大范围内实现受害人的权利救济,其功能的发挥取决于受害人获取司法救济的渠道是否通畅.现行单独程序在制度上的不尽完善和在实践中的不当操作,已严重影响了其作为权利救济制度应有的功能.问题解决的思路是以权利保障和争议解决为中心,从方便受害人行使赔偿请求权的角度对现行制度予以修改.     

BF2‐Chelate Complexes of 6‐(4‐Iodophenyl)‐2,3,4,8,9,10‐hexamethyldipyrrin and 2‐(4‐Iodobenzoyl)‐3,4,5‐trimethylpyrrole: Fluorescent Dyes with a Chemical Anchor Group

The one‐pot condensation/coordination reaction of 4‐iodobenzoylchloride, 2,3,4‐trimethylpyrrole and BF₃ × Et₂O yields the BF₂ chelate complexes of the 1:1 condensation product 2‐(4‐iodobenzoyl)‐3,4,5‐trimethylpyrrole and of the 1:2 product 6‐(4‐iodophenyl)‐2,3,4,8,9,10‐hexamethyldipyrrin, as separable compounds in 6 and 38 % yield, respectively. Both new boron derivatives are fluorescent already upon exitation with ambient light. While the fluorescence quantum yield of the benzoyl derivative is very low, this value is significantly higher for the related boron dipyrrin (BODIPY) derivative. Single crystal X‐ray diffraction studies of both compounds reveal that the reason for these deviating physical properties are structural in nature. For the BODIPY an essentially flat structure of the fluorophor has been established, in addition to restricted rotation of the 4‐iodophenyl substituent, so that no conformational dynamic facilitates radiationless deactivations. The 1:1 condensation product on the other hand allows a fast equilibration of the photophysical exitation by dynamic processes and therefore exhibits a low fluorescence quantum yield. Both luminophores contain an iodoaryl moiety with potential uses for further functionalization and bioconjugation.

生态系统是一个复杂的大系统，很多重要的生态学理论问题都是以生态位(niche)和生物群落概念为基础的。本文将生态位和群落抽象出来，看作是一个耗散结构。建立生态系统中基本概念的量化算子，利用系统模糊分析理论给出具有明确生物意义的生态位和群落的Fuzzy数学模型。并以此讨论生态系统中其他相关概念的数学模型、群落的水平和垂直格局及物种间在资源、斑块、时间三维模糊集上的互惠，共处和竞争关系。初步构建起复杂生态大系统的数学理论框架。     

Compact open topology and CW homotopy type

The class of spaces having the homotopy type of a CW complex is not closed under formation of function spaces. In 1959, Milnor proved the fundamental theorem that, given a space and a compact Hausdorff space X, the space Y^X of continuous functions X→Y, endowed with the compact open topology, belongs to . P.J. Kahn extended this in 1982, showing that if X has finite n-skeleton and π_k(Y)=0, k>n.

Using a different approach, we obtain a further generalization and give interesting examples of function spaces where is not homotopy equivalent to a finite complex, and has infinitely many nontrivial homotopy groups. We also obtain information about some topological properties that are intimately related to CW homotopy type.

As an application we solve a related problem concerning towers of fibrations between spaces of CW homotopy type.     

Study of the Dependence on Temperature and Composition of the Volumic Properties of Ethane-1,2-diol + 2-Methoxyethanol + 1,2-Dimethoxyethane + Water Solvent System and Graphical Representation in the Quaternary Domain

In this paper, the temperature and composition dependencies of the volumetric behavior are studied for the ethane-1,2-diol + 2-methoxyethanol + 1,2-dimethoxyethane + water quaternary system. Density data were collected at different temperatures ranging from −10 to 80 ^∘C and at atmospheric pressure over the whole composition range, 0≤ x_i(i = 1, 2, 3, 4)≤ 1. Moreover, we also made use of the results on the six binary (ij) and four ternary (kij) subsystems studied previously. The excess molar volume (V^E) data have been fitted to an equation derived from the well-known Redlich–Kister equation and some interesting correlations were found. Furthermore, in order to represent in an effective way the behavior of the V^E = V^E(x_i) function (and of the derived partial molar quantities) in the quaternary domain, a new algorithm has been developed, which gives 3D plots where the dependent function is depicted by means of “colored slices” of the tetrahedron corresponding to the investigated composition quaternary domain.     

meta-DENSE complex acquisition for reduced intravoxel dephasing

Displacement encoding with stimulated echoes (DENSE) with a meta-DENSE readout and RF phase cycling to suppress the STEAM anti-echo is described for reducing intravoxel dephasing signal loss. This RF phase cycling scheme, when combined with existing meta-DENSE suppression of the T1 recovering signal, yields higher quality DENSE myocardial strain maps. Phantom and human images are provided to demonstrate the technique, which is capable of acquiring phase contrast displacement encoded images at low encoding gradient strengths providing better spatial resolution and less signal loss due to intravoxel dephasing than prior methods.     

论民事诉讼中的无控诉审判

对构成追究刑事责任的妨碍民事诉讼的行为适用无控诉审判并不违反正当程序原则,而且有利于树立司法权威,可以保障实质正义的实现,同时也是效率原则的要求。但为防止无控诉审判破坏法治,应将其适用范围限于当庭发生的、程度较轻的扰乱法庭犯罪,而且立法应当完善相关程序,以保证当事人应有的诉讼权利。
