Quantization of Alternative Hamiltonians

We investigate quantum mechanical implications of canonically inequivalent Hamilton formulations of the Newtonian dynamics. Generated alternative quantizations, being noncanonical, are consistent with the same equations of motion, i.e., they satisfy E.Wigner's principle of quantization. As illustration we consider a noncanonical one-dimensional harmonic oscillator.     

Toeplitz Operators with Semi-Almost-Periodic Matrix Symbols on Hardy Spaces

We establish a Fredholm criterion and an index formula for Toeplitz operators with semi-almost-periodic matrix symbols on the Hardy spaces H ^p (1<p<). Our main result completes the Fredholm theory of the aforementioned operators and generalizes previous results, which concerned the case p=2 or were based on certain additional assumptions, such as factorizability, for the almost-periodic representatives of the symbol.     

Rank one case of Dwork's conjecture

In this paper, we prove the rank one case of Dwork's conjecture on the -adic meromorphic continuation of the pure slope L-functions arising from the slope decomposition of an overconvergent F-crystal. Further explicit information about zeros and poles of the pure slope L-functions are also obtained, including an application to the Gouvêa-Mazur type conjecture in this setting.

本文根据邵怀高速公路洞口段地形、地质、相交道路等级和交通流量情况,分别设计了喇叭型立交、子叶式立交、Y型立交三种方案,并采用模糊综合评价和层次分析法对三个立交方案的技术、功能、经济、环境以及管理方面进行综合比较,认为三方案中喇叭型立交方案是最优方案.洞口互通立交可以采用喇叭型立交方案.     

On a kind of biharmonic boundary value problems related to clamped elastic thin plates

By using complex variable methods, the boundary value problem for biharmonic functions arisen from the theory of clamped elastic thin plate is shown to be equivalent to the first fundamental problem in plane elasticity which, as well-known, may be easily solved by reduction to a Fredholm integral equation. The case of circular plate is illustrated in detail, the solution of which is obtained in closed form. The Fredholm Alternative for Functional Differential Equations of Mixed Type

We prove a Fredholm alternative theorem for a class of asymptotically hyperbolic linear differential difference equations of mixed type. We also establish the cocycle property and the spectral flow property for such equations, providing an effective means of calculating the Fredholm index. Such systems can arise from equations which describe traveling waves in a spatial lattice.

Approximation of finite-section equations by piecewise constant functions

The problem is studied of reducing the amount of discrete information required for achieving a prescribed accuracy of solving Fredholm integral equations of the first kind on a half-line. The equations are solved by the finite-section method combined with piecewise constant interpolation of the kernel and the right-hand side at uniform grid points. The approximating properties of the discretization schemes are examined, and the corresponding computational costs are analyzed.
