利用Schauder不动点定理Leray-Schauder型非线性替换讨论了具有连续二阶脉冲狄利克莱边界值问题一个更广泛的、新的正解存在性理论。应用此存在性理论,还可以进一步深入探讨具有奇性的情况。     

老鼠基因组盒式外显子和内含子保留型可变剪接位点预测

老鼠和人类基因组的同源性超过90%,老鼠基因组的研究为人类基因组序列研究提供了参考数据.统计分析了老鼠盒式外显子和内含子保留型剪接位点附近的序列保守性特征,并据此分别利用基于多样性指标的支持向量机和二次判别法对老鼠基因组中这两种剪接类型的供体端和受体端可变剪接位点进行了预测.独立检验结果表明,盒式外显子和内含子保留型的供体端和受体端可变剪接位点的预测均能达到较高的识别精度.     

带可扩张位移的双周期Haseman边值问题

对于复平面上既是双周期分片解析的、又在边界曲面上带有位移函数的Haseman边值问题,本文给出了问题的可解性结论和解的封闭表示形式,并用核函数是弱奇性的Fredholm方程解的Cauchy型积分表示出来.     

Impact of the Cooking Process on Metabolite Profiling of Acanthocereus tetragonus,a Plant Traditionally Consumed in Mexico

Acanthocereus tetragonus (L.) Hummelinck is used as an alternative food source in some Mexican communities. It has been shown that the young stems of A. tetragonus provide crude protein, fiber, and essential minerals for humans. In this work, we analyzed the phytochemical profile, the total phenolic content (TPC), and the antioxidant activity of cooked and crude samples of A. tetragonus to assess its functional metabolite contribution to humans. The phytochemical profile was analyzed using Ultra-High-Performance Liquid Chromatography coupled to High-Resolution Mass Spectrometry (UHPLC-PDA-HESI-Orbitrap-MS/MS). Under the proposed conditions, 35 metabolites were separated and tentatively identified. Of the separated metabolites, 16 occurred exclusively in cooked samples, 6 in crude samples, and 9 in both crude and cooked samples. Among the detected compounds, carboxylic acids, such as threonic, citric, and malic acids, phenolic acids, and glycosylated flavonoids (luteolin-O-rutinoside) were detected. The TPC and antioxidant activity were analyzed using the Folin–Ciocalteu method and the 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) free radical inhibition method, respectively. The TPC and antioxidant activity were significantly reduced in the cooked samples. We found that some metabolites remained intact after the cooking process, suggesting that A. tetragonus represents a source of functional metabolites for people who consume this plant species.     

双渠道下制造商现金流套期保值决策研究

由于汇率、利率、商品价格的变化以及双渠道供应链关系的复杂性,企业的现金流存在较大的波动性。本文研究双渠道销售模式下,制造商对现金流进行套期保值的决策问题。重点关注垄断企业在拥有一个分销商和线上销售的双渠道销售模式下,并利用内部融资将现金流用于提高生产效率时,如何根据现金流的波动程度、市场需求、替代产品敏感系数以及批发价格进行套期保值决策。研究了双渠道销售模式下制造商的均衡问题,比较了两种决策下的均衡解,并通过数值分析给出了直观的结论：市场最大需求与替代产品敏感系数增加时,企业更倾向于选择套期保值;现金流波动程度与批发价格增加时,企业更倾向于不选择套期保值。     

Contribution à l'étude Électrochimique de Dérivés de l'Acide Mercapto-2 Pyridinecarboxylique-5. II

Abstract

Electrochemical caracteristics of 2-mercaptopyridine-5-carboxylic acid and its methylic ester have been determined using recent polarographic techniques. Measurements have been carried out as a function of parameters such as frequency, others surimposed signals and as a function of concentration and pH. Results are compared to those obtained for selectively methylated on sulfur or nitrogen atoms derivatives. Interpretations of the data are given. The optimal conditions for a quantitative determination by D.C. and differential pulse polarography are fixed.     

Sobolev H1 geometry of the symplectomorphism group

For a closed symplectic manifold $(M,\omega )$ with compatible Riemannian metric g we study the Sobolev $H^1$ geometry of the group of all $H^s$ diffeomorphisms on M which preserve the symplectic structure. We show that, for sufficiently large s, the $H^1$ metric admits globally defined geodesics and the corresponding exponential map is a non-linear Fredholm map of index zero. Finally, we show that the $H^1$ metric carries conjugate points via some simple examples.     

A layer potential analysis for transmission problems for Brinkman‐type systems in Lipschitz domains in

The aim of this paper is to establish a well‐posedness result for a boundary value problem of transmission‐type for the standard and generalized Brinkman systems in two Lipschitz domains in , the former being bounded, and the latter, its complement in . As a first step, we establish a well‐posedness result for a transmission problem for the standard Brinkman systems on complementary Lipschitz domains in by making use of the Potential theory developed for such a system. As a second step, we prove our desired result (in L²‐based Sobolev spaces) by using a method based on Fredholm operator theory and the well‐posedness result from the previous step.     

基于可替换路径对的多用户均衡交通分配算法

针对多用户均衡交通分配问题，依据多用户均衡条件，给出了该问题的变分不等式模型和间隙函数。利用可替换路径对的概念，设计了基于可替换路径对的多用户均衡交通分配算法。在大规模交通网络上，对比分析了提出的交通分配算法、外梯度算法、基于用户的对角化算法和基于起点的对角化算法等的性能。数值结果表明，提出的基于可替换路径对的交通分配算法在求解精度、算法效率以及稳定性等方面都显著优于其他算法。
