Abstract

The reactions of tetraphosphorus decasulfide and Lawesson's reagent with tetra-, tri- and dialkoxysilanes were studied. On the basis of these reactions, new S-silyl esters of phosphorus(V) thioacids have been prepared. The prepared compounds were identified by IR, 1H, and 31P NMR and mass spectra as well as elemental analyses.  相似文献

Abstract

3,4-Diamino-2,5-dicarbethoxythieno(2.3-b)thiophene 1 reacted with malononitrile or ethyl cyanoacetate to afford bis(thienopyrimidin-4-one) derivatives 2a.b The reaction of compound 1 with o-aminothiophenol, o-aminophenol or o-phenylenediamine gave benzothiazolyl-, benzoxazolyl-, benzoimidazolylthienothiophene 3a-c, Chloroacetylation of compound 1 and reacting the resulting compound 4 with malononitrile furnished thienopyrolopyrimidine 6. Fusion of compound 1 with formamide yielded bis(thienopyrimidine) 7 which reacted with POCI3/PCl5 to yield the corresponding chloro derivative 8 which was converted into the corresponding hydrazine derivative 9. Treatment of compound 1 with CS2, NaOH and 1,2 dibromoethane produced the corresponding 1.3 dithiolane 11 which also treated with chloroacetyl chloride or ethyl mercaptoacetate to get the corresponding β-lactame 12 or thiazolidinone 13. On reacting compound 1 with CS2, NaOH and (CH3)2S04 produced the corresponding bi(dithiocarbamate methyl ester) 14 which treated with hydrazine hydrate to yield the corresponding bis(thienopyrimidine) derivative 15. This compound reacted with Lawesson's reagent (LR) to give the desired compounds 16 and 17. While its reaction with (CH3)2 SO4 and NaOH furnished the corresponding methyl derivative 18. Fusion of compound 18 with aniline afforded compound 19. Compound 19 was allowed to react with ethyl acetoacetate, acetylacetone, α-oxoketene dithioacetal, ethoxymethylene malononitrile or LR to get the described compounds 2Oa.b-24 respectively.  相似文献

Theoretical studies on the thermodynamic and kinetic properties of the reactions of Ti+ with sulfur transfer reagent SCO via the C═S bond activation pathway have been carried on using DFT/B3LYP method, general statistical thermodynamics, and Eyring transition state theory with Wigner correction. The relevant reactions include reaction 1 4 Ti++1SCO → 4 IM 1 4 TS 1 4 IM 2 4 TiS++ 1 CO, and reaction 2 4Ti++1SCO →4IM1→ CP →2IM22TiS++1CO in which the spin multiplicity changes from the quartet state to the doublet state in the crossing region. It is concluded that the increase of the temperature is favored to the reaction 1 process, since the equilibrium constants (K) rises from 0.566 × 10[P]-9 at 200 K to 0.109 × 100 at 1200 K, and the reaction rate constant (k) from 0.222 × 100 s[P]-1 at 200 K to 0.540 × 10 11 s[P]-1 at 1200 K. Moreover, reaction 1 is endothermic, and non-spontaneous in the way the entropy increases, while reaction 2 is exothermic and spontaneous in the way their entropy decreases. The reaction path 2 is the energetically favorable channel, and its thermodynamic data change not largely with the rise of temperature.  相似文献

Abstract

Alkylation of 4-anilino-5-phenyl-4H-1,2,4-triazole-3-thiol (1) with some halo compounds yielded the corresponding sulfides 2af. Some sulfides 2e,f were cyclized to give triazolothiadiazines 3 and 4. Triazolothiadiazoles 5 and 6 were prepared through the reaction of compound 1 with carbon disulfide or ethyl orthoformate, respectively. Treatment of compound 1 with ethyl chloroformate or phenyl isothiocyanate yielded triazolo-thiadiazole and triazole 9 and 10, respectively. Reaction of compound 1 with Lawesson's reagent gave triazolothiadiazaphosphole derivative 11. Also, compound 1 underwent cyclocondensation reactions with some bidentate reagents to give triazolothiazines 4, 12, and 13. Triazolo-thiazepines and triaziepine 1416 were synthesized via the reaction of compound 1 with β-ketoesters or ethyl cyanoacetate. Tricyclic systems 19 and 20 were prepared through the reaction of compound 4 with the appropriate reagent. Some synthesized compounds were tested for antibacterial activity.

Abstract

A series of 12-aryl-8,9,10,12-tetrahydrobenzo[a]xanthene-11-thiones were synthesized by the reaction of substituted 12-aryl-8,9,10,12-tetrahydrobenzo[a]xanthene-11-ones with Lawesson's Reagent in toluene under standard reaction conditions. All synthesized compounds were characterized by IR, NMR (1H and 13C), and mass spectra. Moreover, 2D-NMR (HOMOCOSY, HSQC, and HMBC) studies were also performed for compound 10b. The synthesized compounds were also screened for their antibacterial activities.

Abstract

2-Thioxo—3-allyl-4-thiazolidinone 1a reacts with Lawesson's reagent (LR, 2) to give the ethylenic product 5 through a coupling reaction along with the dithioxo compound 6. Coupling reaction products of types 8 and 9 are also produced upon reacting thiazolidinones 1 and with the appropriate tris(diallkylamino) phosphine reagent (3 a,b). Reaction of the thiazolidinone 1a with the ylidenetriphenylphosphorane reagents 4 a–c proceeds according to the Wittig mechanism yielding ethylenes 10a–c, respectively. Structural elucidations for the new products were based upon compatible analytical and spectroscopic measurements as well a confirmatory single crystal X-ray structure for 5.

Abstract

Syntheses of two analogues of tetrathiafulvalene (TTF), fused to 1,4-dithiin and thiophene rings, substituted with thiophene moieties, have been illustrated. The syntheses were accomplished through the reaction of a 1,8-diketone with phosphorus pentasulfide or Lawesson's reagent in boiling dry toluene. Conversion of the thioketones to their the oxo forms with mercury (II) acetate, was followed by self-coupling in freshly distilled boiling triethyl phosphite. Attempts for their electro-polymerizations through the thiophene groups at the peripherals were unsuccessful. Computational chemistry studies revealed that the thiophene groups did not exhibit enough spin densities to perform polymerization.

采用电喷雾电离质谱通过直接进样方式对合成的3个含硫的三联吡啶配体及2个钌配合物进行分析,详细研究了其在电喷雾条件下的质谱行为。结果表明,含有芳硫基和苄硫基的三联吡啶配体在电喷雾过程中采取了不同的断裂方式,前者首先从与芳硫键相连的碳硫键断裂失去不含硫的部分碎片离子,而后者则从苄基碳硫键断裂失去含硫的部分碎片离子。两类配体与钌形成的配合物均具有较稳定的结构,不易发生多级质谱断裂。通过对配合物分子离子峰和同位素峰的分析讨论,确定了含硫的三联吡啶合钌配合物的结构。这一研究结果表明电喷雾多级串联质谱适合于含硫三联吡啶类配体及其钌配合物的结构研究,方法简便高效、准确可靠,为该类化合物的结构研究提供了参考。  相似文献

A novel bromoquinolinium reagent, i.e. 1‐(3‐aminopropyl)‐3‐bromoquinolinium bromide (APBQ), was synthesized for the analysis of carboxylic acids. A simple and practical precolumn derivatization procedure using the APBQ in RP chromatography and MS (HPLC‐MS) has been developed using bile acids and free fatty acids, as the representative carboxylic acids in biological samples. The APBQ efficiently reacted with carboxylic acids at 60°C for 60 min in the presence of N,N‐dicyclohexylcarbodiimide and pyridine as the activation reagents. Because the APBQ possesses a bromine atom in the structure, the identification of a series of carboxylic acids was easily achieved due to the characteristic bromine isotope pattern in the mass spectra. The APBQ also has a quaternary amine structure, thus the positively charged derivatives are predominate for the highly sensitive detection of carboxylic acids. The APBQ was successfully applied to the selective determination of biological carboxylic acids in human plasma. The bile acids (chenodeoxycholic acid and deoxycholic acid) and several saturated (stearic acid and palmitic acid) and unsaturated free fatty acids (oleic acid and linoleic acid) were reasonably determined by HPLC‐MS under the proposed procedure. Based on the results of analyses of human plasma and saliva, the proposed procedure using APBQ seems to be applicable for the qualitative and quantitative analyses of a series of carboxylic acids in biological samples.  相似文献

Synthesis of new benzoxazaphosphinine/benzoxazaphosphole/diazaphosphaphenalene 2‐sulfides were accomplished by the reaction of Lawesson's reagent (LR) with 4‐bromo‐2‐[(phenylamino) methyl]phenol (1a), 4‐bromo‐2‐[(4‐chloro/bromo/methoxy/methylphenyl‐amino)methyl]phenol (1be), 4‐bromo‐2‐[(benzylamino)methyl]phenol (1f), 2‐amino‐4‐chlorophenol (2a)/2‐amino‐4‐methylphenol (2b), 1,8‐diaminonaphthalene (3) respectively in anhydrous toluene.
