铜阴极溅射辉光放电在强短脉冲供电时的发射光谱研究

本研究工作以强短脉冲供电和直流供电时辉光放电的伏安特性为基础，详细研究了强短脉冲供电时的电流、脉冲频率、脉冲宽度以及Ａｒ气压力对原子线和离子线强度的影响。实验结果揭示了大电流强短脉冲供电时辉光放电发射光谱的现象。     

RC二端口网络电压传递函数级联实现的研究

本文系统地研究了RC二端口网络电压传递函数(电压传函)级联综合的基本问题,尤其是对给定的电压传函用一、二阶子网络级联实现时如何直接一次性配置各级子网络传函的零极点给出了指导性方法。这种配置方法对终端开路,终接电阻或终接任意RC负载的电压传函都适用。     

A novel method for simultaneous measurement of current and voltage using one low-birefringence fiber

A novel method for simultaneous measurement of current and voltage employing a single monomode low-birefringence (Lo-Bi) fiber is described. This uses the Faraday effect for detection of current and the Kerr effect for detection of voltage. The waveform of the output light intensity due to the Kerr effect has been detected and the Kerr constant was measured as 5.4×10⁻¹⁶ m/V⁻² at 25°C. Theoretical analysis shows that the current component can be measured free from the influence of the voltage component and the two components can be easily separated.     

改进型McMurray-Bedford逆变电路研究

本文对改进型McMurray-Bedford逆变电路作了改进,它不需要增加元件,就可起到回收换相电感能量的目的,这比文献中见到的同样目的的电路要简单;此外,本文从逆变电路的整个网络出发,并考虑到换相电感间耦合系数K<1的实际情况,分析逆变电路的换相过程,从而导出了一组换相参数。

采用提高采样频率的方法使系统成为准连续系统，以VFC和PWM作为计算机温度测控系统的模数和数模转换器件均可有效地提高系统的精度，并降低成本.     

Revisiting the Comellas-Fiol-Gómez constructions of large digraphs of given degree and diameter

We analyze three constructions of Comellas and Fiol [F. Commellas, M.A. Fiol, Vertex-symmetric digraphs with small diameter, Discrete Applied Mathematics 58 (1995) 1-11] that produce large digraphs of given diameter and degree from smaller starter digraphs. We show that these constructions preserve coverings in the sense that if the starter digraph is a regular lift (in particular, a Cayley digraph), then the resulting digraph has the same property.     

Step-by-step implementation of an amplifier circuit with a graphene field-effect transistor on a printed-circuit board

Power amplifier circuits are implemented with graphene field-effect transistors (FETs), capacitors and inductors, and their gain is improved step-by-step by adjusting the passive components. The transistors are fabricated on a 150-mm wafer using conventional complementary-metal-oxide semiconductor processing along with graphene transferring processes. The completed circuit is implemented on a printed circuit board, which allows for adjustment of the external capacitance and inductance to study the performance of graphene RF FETs. A maximum signal gain of 1.3 dB is achieved at 380 MHz. The device parameters of the transistors are then extracted and the gain is analyzed, and the results show that lowering the source–drain conductance and gate resistance is the key in realizing high performance circuits.     

LEAD螺旋波射频等离子体电子能量分布函数的测量

光学相控阵光偏转器的驱动研究

提出了一个用于16通道波导光学相控阵光偏转器的驱动系统, 其中电压调节控制单元用一个现场可编程门阵列(FPGA)芯片实现.这个系统可使该OPABD的光束扫描速率达到580 kHz以上, 远远高于基于微控制器的驱动系统所能达到的水平.     

Rose window graphs underlying rotary maps

Given natural numbers n≥3 and 1≤a,r≤n−1, the rose window graph R_n(a,r) is a quartic graph with vertex set {x_i∣i∈Z_n}∪{y_i∣i∈Z_n} and edge set {{x_i,x_i+1}∣i∈Z_n}∪{{y_i,y_i+r}∣i∈Z_n}∪{{x_i,y_i}∣i∈Z_n}∪{{x_i+a,y_i}∣i∈Z_n}. In this paper rotary maps on rose window graphs are considered. In particular, we answer the question posed in [S. Wilson, Rose window graphs, Ars Math. Contemp. 1 (2008), 7-19. http://amc.imfm.si/index.php/amc/issue/view/5] concerning which of these graphs underlie a rotary map.
