We study a competitive electricity market equilibrium with two trading stages, day-ahead and real-time. The welfare of each market agent is exposed to uncertainty (here from renewable energy production), while agent information on the probability distribution of this uncertainty is not identical at the day-ahead stage. We show a high sensitivity of the equilibrium solution to the level of information asymmetry and demonstrate economic, operational, and computational value for the system stemming from potential information sharing.  相似文献

使用第一性原理研究了C位掺杂的g-C3N4的电学性质和光学性质,掺杂原子为B、P、S. g-C3N4有C1位和C2 位两种对称位碳原子,其中在C1 位上的掺杂易于C2 位,掺杂体系也较C2 位稳定. 相比于磷和硫在g-C3N4上的掺杂,硼掺杂最易于进行. 掺杂后体系的晶体结构之间差别较大,这与掺杂原子的大小以及电负性有关. 由轨道布居分布可知,掺杂后的硼、磷、硫原子价电子发生了变化,表明掺杂原子发生了杂化,与相邻原子以强的共价键相连. 掺杂原子与被取代的碳原子之间的价电子差异导致了能带的增加. 在原来的体系中,掺杂后的体系出现了一条新的能带,因此导致实际带隙下降,表明了掺杂后的体系导电性能增强. 对纯g-C3N4及掺杂g-C3N4的光学性质分析表明,g-C3N4的光学吸收主要在紫外光区,掺杂磷和硫后对g-C3N4的光吸收波长范围无改变,掺杂硼后的g-C3N4光吸收不再局限于紫外光区,而且延伸至可见光区和红外光区,并在红外光区有很强的吸收,表明g-C3N4掺杂硼后能大大地提高光催化效率. 电子能量损失光谱和光导率谱以及介电常数都佐证了上述观点.  相似文献

New types of optimization problems are faced by the generating companies that operate on deregulated electricity markets. The characteristics of these problems depend on the various market structures. In the framework of the recently settled Italian electricity market, one of these new problems is the transition from hourly energy programs, defined by the market, to more detailed power generation dispatches, defined for intervals of 15 min. Such a more detailed plan is needed on the one hand by the national system operator (Terna, Rete Elettrica Nazionale) for the assessment of power system stability and security, and on the other hand by the power plant operators for its implementation. The transition procedure should respect the hourly energy constraints and take the main operating constraints of the generating units into account. The paper presents possible solutions of the problem through linear optimization models and reports computational results on real-world instances.   相似文献

Climate greatly affects the SO2 concentration abatement efforts of Mae Moh power plant which burns high sulfur content lignite in Northern Thailand. In summer months, hot air rising draws Mae Moh’s SO2 emissions out of the Mae Moh valley. In contrast, temperature inversions in winter months prevent hot air in the valley from rising, resulting in the trapping and concentrating of SO2 emissions in the valley. The climatic conditions that affect Mae Moh’s abatement efforts are so complex that adequately modeling them has been elusive. In this paper we use a new analytical technique, BD-RTPLS, which produces reduce form estimates while minimizing the influence of omitted variables, like climate. Using BD-RTPLS and monthly data, we tell Mae Moh how much electricity needs to be sacrificed from which generating units to most efficiently reduce SO2 concentrations in any given month.  相似文献

Markov chain theory is proving to be a powerful approach to bootstrap finite states processes, especially where time dependence is non linear. In this work we extend such approach to bootstrap discrete time continuous-valued processes. To this purpose we solve a minimization problem to partition the state space of a continuous-valued process into a finite number of intervals or unions of intervals (i.e. its states) and identify the time lags which provide “memory” to the process. A distance is used as objective function to stimulate the clustering of the states having similar transition probabilities. The problem of the exploding number of alternative partitions in the solution space (which grows with the number of states and the order of the Markov chain) is addressed through a Tabu Search algorithm. The method is applied to bootstrap the series of the German and Spanish electricity prices. The analysis of the results confirms the good consistency properties of the method we propose.  相似文献

Short-term forecasting of electricity load is an essential issue for the management of power systems and for energy trading. Specific modeling approaches are needed given the strong seasonality and volatility in load data. In this paper, we investigate the benefit of combining stationary wavelet transforms to produce one day-ahead forecasts of half-hourly electric load in France. First, we assess the advantage of decomposing the aggregate load into several subseries with a wavelet transform. Each component is predicted separately and aggregated to get the final forecast. One innovation of this paper is to propose several approaches to deal with the boundary problem which is particularly detrimental in electricity load forecasting. Second, we examine the benefit of combining forecasts over individual models. An extensive out-of-sample evaluation shows that a careful treatment of the border effect is required in the multiresolution analysis. Combinations including the wavelet predictions provide the most accurate forecasts. This result is valid with several assumptions about the forecast error in temperature and for different types of hours (peak, normal, off-peak), different days of the week and various forecasting periods.  相似文献
