用微分脉冲阳极溶出伏安法同时测定癌症病人血液中的锌、镉、铅和铜,以为癌症与这4种微量元素在血液中含量的相关性研究提供实验数据;癌症病人血液用硝酸-高氯酸消化,消化后的白色固体加水溶解,以0.100mol/L硫酸铵为底液,在三电极体系中进行测定,以峰电位定性,峰电流定量;用该法测定了3种癌症病人血液中的锌、镉、铅和铜,相对标准偏差为2.9%—3.3%(n=6),加标回收率为98%—110%;该法不用除氧、干扰少、分辨率好、准确度高,适用于临床血液中锌、镉、铅和铜的测定和研究。 相似文献

A method comprising matrix exchange differential pulse stripping voltammetry (DPSV) at a gold film electrode has been proposed for the determination of small quantities of arsenic in pure gold. A wall-jet cell (WJC) and an on-line deoxygenation system were used to facilitate matrix exchange. The gold(I) cyanide complex was formed to avoid gold deposition on the electrode together with the arsenic. The pH of the sample solutions were adjusted to 3, as alkaline solutions gold(I) cyanide produced interference and the uncomplexed cyanide led to passivation of the gold film electrode. Matrix exchange electrolytes consisting of 4 mol l−1 hydrochloric acid or a combination of 2 mol l−1 sulphuric acid and 0.2 mol l−1 hydrochloric acid could be utilised. Arsenic concentrations as low as 0.1 mg l−1, could readily be detected in a gold matrix with a 60 s deposition time. While, cobalt and silver did not interfere with the arsenic determination, copper interfered even when present at similar concentrations to that of arsenic. 相似文献

Recent advances in the area of glycobiology have been paralleled by progress in our understanding of the physical properties of glycoglycerolipids (GGLs). These advances have been accelerated by interest in the new found roles of these simple glycolipids in nature, by advances in synthetic procedures, and by an interest in the technological application of a group of amphiphiles with unique physical and chemical properties. Here, we consider the phase properties of some GGL/water systems containing either a single hexopyranoside or pentopyranoside headgroup. Recent calorimetric and X-ray diffraction measurements of some GGL diastereomers suggest that both headgroup and interfacial hydration play a major role in determining both lyotropism and mesomorphic phase properties as the chemical structure of the lipid headgroup, interface and hydrocarbon chains are systematically altered. For GGLs of a given chain length, interactions between the headgroup/interface and water determine whether or not a highly ordered, lamellar crystalline phase is formed, the number of such phases and their rate of formation and, in some cases, the nature of the molecular packing of those phases. In the liquid crystalline phases, the hydrocarbon chains determine the area per molecule in the lamellar liquid crystalline phase, but it is the cross-sectional area of the hydrated headgroup and the penetration of water into the interface which determines the nature of the non-lamellar phases, probably through small changes in interfacial geometry as the lateral stresses in the headgroup region increase. 相似文献

A differential approach to the calculation of osmotic pressure of multisolvent systems within the Lewis–Randall framework is presented in this paper. Exact differential equations relating the osmotic pressure and the system composition along paths of constant solvent chemical potential are obtained and numerically solved. Although even for the simple case of an ideal solution no analytic expression for the osmotic pressure can be obtained, the system of differential equations does not pose numerical difficulties to be solved. Examples of the use of the proposed methodology are presented using the two-suffix Margules and Flory–Huggins equations, allowing an assessment of the influence of liquid-phase non-ideality on the performance of the method, and showing that it can be applied even for systems wherein liquid–liquid phase equilibrium occurs. 相似文献

A study on isothermal and nonisothermal crystallization kinetics of odd-odd polyamide 9 11 was carried out by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The equilibrium melting temperature of polyamide 9 11 was determined to be 199.1 °C. The Avrami equation was adopted to describe isothermal crystallization of polyamide 9 11. Nonisothermal crystallization was analyzed using both the Avrami relation modified by Jeziorny and the equation suggested by Mo. The isothermal and nonisothermal crystallization activation energies of polyamide 9 11 were determined to be −310.9 and −269.0 kJ/mol using the Arrhenius equation and the Kissinger method, respectively. 相似文献

Effects of steroidal carriers of alkylating agents on the phase transition in DPPC membrane bilayers
Several steroidal esters of alkylating agents have been synthesized and tested in vitro and in vivo in various experimental cancer types. 3β-Hydroxy-17α-aza-D-homo-5-androsten-7,17-dione-N,N-bis(2-chloroethyl) aminophenylacetate (I) is a highly active compound. DSC scans show differences between the alkylating agent alone and in conjugation with the steroidal part in the broadening and lowering of the phase transition of DPPC bilayers. These differences may in part explain the better pharmacokinetic profile and lower toxicity of conjugated congener I versus the alkylating agent alone. 相似文献
