３０例脑血管意外患者采用自血光量子疗法，观察其疗效，总有效率９３％。与对照组比较，其显效率为６７％，对照组为３６％Ｐ＜０．０５．这对缩短疗程，早期恢复功能．减少后遗症，可能优于传统治疗方法。     

Detection of arsenobetaine in human blood

Arsenobetaine was detected and quantified unambiguously in human plasma, serum and red blood cells by the combination of HPLC with ICP MS. Three different column conditions, i.e. two ionpair chromatographies for anionic (LC-1) and cationic (LC-2) compounds and gel-permeation chromatography (LC-3), were employed to confirm the assignment. Arsenobetaine was detected in every sample as a major component of the water-soluble arsenic compounds, with an increasing concentration in plasma < serum < blood cell fractions. It was the sole detectable arsenic compound in LC-1 and LC-2, while a broad peak corresponding to high-molecular-weight compounds was identified in addition to arsenobetaine in LC-3.     

High-performance liquid chromatographic analysis of hexosamines, hexosaminitols, N-acetylhexosamines and Nacetylhexosaminitols by ultraviolet and fluorescence detection at picomole levels

A simple and rapid method for the preparation of 9-fluorenylmethoxycarbonyl (Fmoc) derivatives of hexosamines (glucosamine, galactosamine), hexosaminitols (glucosaminitol, galactosaminitol), N-acetylhexosamines (N-acetylglucosamine, N-acetylgalactosamine) and N-acetylhexosaminitols (N-acetylglucosaminitol, N-acetylgalactosaminitol), is described. The derivatization was performed at room temperature for 5–10 min under neutral and slightly alkaline conditions. The separation of Fmoc-amino sugar and amino sugar alcohol derivatives on various reversed-phase columns (Cosmosil C₁₈, Sinopak-S C₈ and Develosil C₁₈) with isocratic elution was examined. The determination limits of hexosaminitol, N-acetylhexosamine, and N-acetylhexosaminitol derivatives were 0.4, 1.4 and 1.6 pmol with fluorescence detection and 4.6, 16 and 20 pmol with ultraviolet detection, respectively.

维吾尔族长寿老人红细胞ABO血型遗传多态性分析

在维吾尔族长寿老人最稠密的和田地区，调查了维吾尔族长寿老人红细胞ABO血型遗传多态性，对维吾尔老人红细胞ABO血型、基因频率分布情况进行研究，被调查的200例长寿老人中，B血型中占39％、AB血型占28％、A血型占24％、O血型占9％，有以下特征：表征分布为B＞AB＞A＞O，基因频率Y＝0．2793，P＝0．3022，q＝0．2012；DP为0．8077，文中对红细胞ABO血型在不同非长寿人群中的分布进行了比较分析，这对于长寿的机理、生化、人类分子遗传学及临床分子医学研究具有重要意义。     

两种抗凝剂抑制血糖分解效果分析

对加入速效剂、草酸钾—氟化钠的抗凝血及血清标本分别在4℃、20℃、37℃环境下及取血后不同时间(立即、1h、2h、4h、8h)测定葡萄糖，结果表明3种不同温度下保存的速效剂抗凝血葡萄糖浓度8h内结果几乎一致，而草酸钾—氟化钠抗凝血在第一小时血糖浓度下降(0．44mmol/L)较明显外，不同温度下保存4h结果变化不明显。末加抗凝剂血液葡萄糖浓度下降非常显，随温度升高、保存时间延长而降低，特别在37℃保存2h血糖浓度下降1．87mmol/L，4h下降48％。
