用清除有机自由基DPPH法评价竹叶提取物抗氧化能力   总被引:18,自引:0,他引:18  
通过对1,1-二苯基苦基苯肼(DPPH)溶液吸收光谱、DPPH溶液反应体系的研究,得出以下结论,分光光度法测定DPPH溶液反应体系的测定波长为518.4 nm,反应体系为4.00 mL 257.7 mg·L-1的DPPH溶液中加1 mL不同浓度的抗氧化剂,反应体系加入抗氧化剂后反应时间为40 min;用上述方法研究评价合成抗氧化剂叔丁基对苯二酚(TBHQ)和2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚(BHT)对DPPH自由基清除率和浓度的关系,以IC50值(清除率为50%时,抗氧化剂的浓度值)作为评价指标,测得合成抗氧化剂和效果最好竹叶提取物样品IC50值分别为,TBHQ(21.14 mg·L-1),BHT(42.09 mg·L-1),M40(108.40 mg·L-1),M40等竹叶提取物可以作为天然抗氧化剂进行开发。  相似文献

Coronopus didymus (Brassicaceae) commonly known as lesser swine cress has been reported to be used for its pharmacological activities. This study aimed to evaluate the medicinal potential of C. didymus extracts against cancer, diabetes, infectious bacteria and oxidative stress and the identification of bioactive compounds present in these extracts. The effects of using different solvents for the extraction of C. didymus on the contents of major polyphenols and biological activities were investigated. Plant sample was shade dried, ground to a fine powder, and then soaked in pure acetone, ethanol and methanol. The highest contents of major polyphenols were found in methanol-based extract, i.e., chlorogenic acid, HB acid, kaempferol, ferulic acid, quercetin and benzoic acid with 305.02, 12.42, 11.5, 23.33, 975.7 and 428 mg/g of dry weight, respectively, followed by ethanol- and acetone-based extracts. The methanol-based extract also resulted in the highest antioxidant activities (56.76%), whereas the highest antiproliferative (76.36) and alpha glucosidase inhabitation (96.65) were demonstrated in ethanol-based extracts. No antibacterial property of C. didymus was observed against all the tested strains of bacteria. Further studies should be focused on the identification of specific bioactive compounds responsible for pharmacological activities.  相似文献

以BHT、芦丁和Vit C为阳性对照,测定了南丹参不同器官(根、茎、叶和花)提取物对DPPH·的清除能力.结果表明,在设定的反应体系下,南丹参不同器官提取物均能有效地清除DPPH.,且清除作用的量效依赖关系显著(p<0.01),其作用从大至小依次为根、花、茎、叶,其中根和花提取物的DPPH.清除能力比BHT强,但略低于芦丁和Vit C.根提取物、花提取物、BHT、芦丁和VitC的自由清除能力分别为8.77,8.20,7.87,9.17,9.71.光谱分析显示,酚酸类物质是其抗自由基的主要活性成分.  相似文献

利用紫外光谱法研究了黄芩素对1,1-二苯基-2-苦肼基自由基(DPPH.)和超氧自由基的清除作用.结果表明,黄芩素能有效清除超氧阴离子自由基,在酸性条件它对DPPH.自由基具有很强的清除作用,当pH值为3时其清除率达93.05%.  相似文献

This contribution reports the biosynthesis of CuO NPs via ultrasound method using the Cystoseira trinodis extracts as an eco friendly and time saving process. The characterization of cupric oxide NPs was performed using XRD, FE-SEM, EDX, TEM, AFM, photoluminescence, UV–Vis, Raman and FT-IR spectroscopy investigations. SEM images show the spherical structure with the average crystallite size 6 nm to 7.8 nm of CuO. XRD analysis approved the formation of pure monoclinic crystallite structures of CuO NPs. These observations were confirmed by TEM analysis. The photocatalytic studies reveal the activity of the prepared CuO NPs as an efficient catalyst for the degradation of methylene blue (MB) in the presence of UV and Sunlight. CuO NPs under varying experimental parameters such as dye concentration, catalytic load, pH. The results of the in vitro biological screening effect of CuO NPs (zone of growth inhibition and minimal inhibitory concentrations) in comparison with cephalexin (as a standard compound) using the disc diffusion method was demonstrated the significant bactericidal activity against some bacteria strain including Escherichia coli (E. coli), Enterococcus faecalis (E. faecalis), Salmonella typhimurium (S. typhimurium), Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus), Bacillus subtilis (B. subtilis), and Streptococcus faecalis (S. faecalis). Furthermore, the Nps found to inhibit the activity of 1,1-Diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) free radicals effectively. This study introduces a facile, green and low coast method for the synthesis of monoclinic CuO NPs with catalytic, antioxidant and antibacterial properties.  相似文献

Polyscias fruticosa (L.) leaves contain significant bioactive compounds with high antioxidant activity such as chlorophylls, total polyphenols, etc. but these have still been underutilized. In this study, the kinetics of chlorophyll and antioxidant activity extraction from P. fruticosa leaves by microwave-assisted extraction (MAE) were investigated. Microwave power was 300, 450, or 600 (W); the ratio of material/solvent varied from 1:40 to 1:80 (g/mL). In this study, the second-order kinetic model successfully predicted the change of chlorophyll and antioxidant activity during MAE. The increase of microwave power or/and the solvent amount increased saturated extraction efficiency and the extraction rate constant. However, the saturated concentration of chlorophyll and antioxidant activity increased with the increment of microwave power and the decrease in solvent amount.  相似文献

Abstract

5,7-Dimethyl-3H-thiazolo[4,5-b]pyridine-2-one was obtained under the reaction of 4-iminothiazolidin-2-one with acetylacetone. Further structural modifications include the introduction of diversity at the N3 and C6 positions. The antioxidant activity of the synthesized compounds was evaluated in vitro by the method of scavenging effect on 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radicals.
