西方“个性主义“的合理因素与当代中国价值精神的重构

我国在建设社会主义市场经济价值系统的过程中,可以借鉴和扬弃西方“个性主义“的普遍人类价值因素.在社会层面,借鉴吸收卢梭关于“自由个人构成合理共同体“的思想,克服旧价值观“整体主义“泯灭个性自由的痼疾;在政治层面,借鉴吸取洛克“社会契约论“的民主法制精神,消解旧价值观以“权威主义“剥夺个人主体地位的顽症;在伦理层面,借鉴吸收康德“绝对命令说“的道德精髓,清除旧价值观以“私德至上“否绝个人正当利益的弊端.目前,我们应当看到“个性主义“因其阶级性时代性所限,有可能导致个人主体性的异化,滑向极端利己主义,对此,只能以马克思关于“个人与社会统一为本位“的“人类解放“价值观对其补偏纠弊.

分析了目前学生成绩查询方式的缺点和手机短信查询的优势,并在此基础上提出了利用手机短信实现学生成绩查询的系统方案,讨论了关键技术和解决方法。该系统具有接入简单,成本低廉,方便快捷,可扩展性好等特点。     

Opinion dynamics in networked command and control organizations

An opinion dynamics model for a Command and Control (C2) organization is essential for simulating combat system effectiveness. However, few studies have addressed opinion evolution in C2 simulation. With the goal of overcoming this research gap, this paper proposes an opinion exchange model, which is illustrated through a practical example of an Armored Division network. The model is divided into homogeneous and heterogeneous aspects: the former is mainly characterized by communication rules and types, while the latter is extended with the influence of multi-level opinion leaders. After carrying out the simulation of the two main models, the results show that the opinion evolution of the hierarchical leveled C2 organization with descending influence is much more complex and unpredictable than that of social networks.     

First principles study-D88 lattice stability of low-rate metalloid Ti5Si3

First principles study is reported for the band structures, site and angular momentum decomposed density of states, and the electronic charge density distributions in high-temperature structural materials D8₈-Ti₅Si₃ with the addition of low-rate metalloid: carbon, boron, nitrogen and oxygen. It shows that how the addition of metalloid atoms can stabilize Nowotny phase of Ti₅Si₃ from the viewpoint of the electron structure. 舰艇对抗微分对策建模研究

编队舰艇对抗攻击瞬时运动状态过程的完整描述是一个尚未很好解决的技术难点，本就驱逐舰对多艘导弹快挺对抗攻击建模问题进行了研究，建立了攻击时间尽可能短的定量微分对策模型，并给出了具体实现方法，中模型和方法可为实时舰艇作战指挥系统的研制、开发提供技术支持及理论依据。     

基于北斗定位导航系统的士兵状态监视与指挥控制系统

战场救护中,及时发现士兵伤情并迅速找到伤员是挽救伤员的重要条件,因此,对受伤士兵的定位与获取需救护伤员的准确个人信息对于救护的有效性具有非常重要的意义。基于北斗卫星的定位导航系统设计战场士兵信息采集与指挥控制系统,利用我国自主研发的北斗卫星导航定位通信系统对战场士兵进行定位,通过由基于蓝牙的士兵状态监视终端对士兵生理状态参数进行连续监测,当发现士兵伤情时实时由通信终端向指挥控制中心传递伤员个人信息和生理状态参数,指挥中心接收伤员数据后,通过GIS系统、根据地形等信息可实时规划救援路线和救援方案,以实现对伤员的及时救治。分析了北斗卫星导航系统的功能与特点,介绍了士兵信息采集与指挥控制系统的组成及功能,详细阐述了士兵信息采集终端的设计、生命体征信息监测方法、指挥控制系统的组成与功能以及地理信息系统(GIS)设计。     

Efficient photocatalytic degradation of methyl violet with two metall–organic frameworks

Two metal–organic frameworks, [Co₂(L)(H₂O)₂(4,4′-bipy)]·3CH₃CN (1) and [Mn₂(L)(1,10-phen)(H₂O)]·H₂O (2) (H₄L = 5-[bis(4-carboxybenzyl)-amino]isophthalic acid; 4,4′-bipy = 4,4′-bipyridine, 1,10-phen = 1,10-phenanthroline), with two different N-donor ligands have been synthesized. The structures of both MOFs were determined using single-crystal X-ray diffraction technique. MOF 1 shows 3D uncommon (4,6,6)-c net with (4.5³.6²)₂(5⁷.6⁶.8²)(4².5⁴.6⁶.7².8) topology while in the case of 2, only L^4? ligands link Mn(II) ions into a 2D layer structure with chelating 1,10-phen ligand. The results demonstrate that variation in the N-donor ligands plays a pivotal role in deciding the framework of the two MOFs. Both MOFs have been exploited as photocatalyst materials for the degradation of MV. The photocatalysis results indicate that the two MOFs are stable and are prospective candidates for degradation of methyl violet under UV light irradiation. Additionally, 2 displayed superior photocatalytic activity in comparison to 1. The probable photocatalytic activity mechanism for both 1 and 2 against MV has been proposed using density of states (DOS) calculations.     

考虑需求变化的指挥信息系统韧性优化研究

现有指挥信息系统韧性研究忽略了需求变化对其韧性过程的影响，无法反映系统遭受攻击后的韧性能力与任务需求的关系。引入正常功能水平、最低功能水平和预期功能水平3个变量，提出需求显著上升、需求基本持平和需求显著下降3种韧性模式；针对韧性过程中功能水平下降和自适应恢复2个阶段，提出抵抗力增强和冗余度提升策略，定义措施效果函数，建立韧性优化模型，运用分组背包问题的近似动态规划算法求解；以某区域联合防空指挥信息系统为例，进行仿真实验，验证需求变化对指挥信息系统韧性优化的影响。结果表明，为适应复杂恶劣战场环境下不同场景作战需求，指挥信息系统应选用合理的韧性模式，并统筹考虑敌方攻击强度、经费预算和应对策略等相关因素。
