“红军精神”是川陕苏区历史留给我们的宝贵精神财富,是重要的苏区文化现象和自己时代精神的精华,是中国先进文化重要的生成因素,今天仍然是推动实践发展的强大精神动力,弘扬“红军精神”要与时俱进,弘扬“红军精神”就是发展先进文化,打造新世纪老区发展的精神文化竞争力。

秦皇岛世纪海洋花园竞争力分析

世纪海洋花园竞争力的影响因素可以从潜在消费者的角度分为楼盘区位（地理位置、交通通讯及基础设施等）、销售价格、住宅功能（户型结构、容积率、住宅类型等）、商品房供求状况、施工质量、小区环境（公建设施、绿化情况、外部景观、空气质量及声噪环境等）、物业管理、增值预期及品牌等，对这些因素进行主观赋值与客观赋权相结合的多元统计分析结果表明，世纪海洋花园的开发是成功的，其市场竞争力在秦皇岛现有楼盘中位居前列。     

Sequencing games with repeated players

Two classes of one machine sequencing situations are considered in which each job corresponds to exactly one player but a player may have more than one job to be processed, so called RP(repeated player) sequencing situations. In max-RP sequencing situations it is assumed that each player’s cost function is linear with respect to the maximum completion time of his jobs, whereas in min-RP sequencing situations the cost functions are linear with respect to the minimum completion times. For both classes, following explicit procedures to go from the initial processing order to an optimal order for the coalition of all players, equal gain splitting rules are defined. It is shown that these rules lead to core elements of the associated RP sequencing games. Moreover, it is seen that min-RP sequencing games are convex. Production of core/shell polystyrene/poly(3,5-xylidine) composite particles by chemical oxidative seeded dispersion polymerization

Micron-sized monodispersed polystyrene (PS)/poly(3,5-xylidine) (PXy) composite particles were produced by chemical oxidative seeded dispersion polymerization of 3,5-xylidine at 20 °C with 1.6-μm-sized monodispersed PS seed particles in HCl aqueous solution, the pH of which was always kept at 2.5 with a pH stat. The composite particles produced consisted of a PS core and a PXy shell. Received: 16 December 1998 Accepted in revised form: 25 March 1999     

On unretractive graphs

The present paper proves necessary and sufficient conditions for both lexicographic products and arbitrary graphs to be unretractive. The paper also proves that the automorphism group of a lexicographic product of graphs is isomorphic to a wreath product of a monoid with a small category.
