论普通高校学生运动员自信心的培养

自信心是运动员必备的心理素质,是取得好的训练效果和比赛成绩的重要条件。本文从六个方面的实践去探讨培养普通高校学生运动员自信心的途径。为运动员和教练员进行自信心训练提出个人观点。     

全国职业院校技能大赛对模具专业建设的促进

2008年以来每年一次的全国技能大赛,是我国教育工作的一项重大制度设计与创新,是对近些年来职业教育改革和制度创新成果的一次大检阅,无锡职业技术学院模具专业三次参加比赛都取得很好成绩,该文总结比赛对模具专业在专业培养方案、课程建设改革、双师型教师培养等方面的促进作用。     

Stochastic equations for two-type continuous-state branching processes with immigration and competition

A class of two-type continuous-state branching processes with immigration and competition is constructed as the solution of a jump-type stochastic integral equation system. We first show that the stochastic equation system has a pathwise unique non-negative strong solution and then prove the comparison property of the solution.     

Extinction in nonautonomous competitive Lotka-Volterra systems with infinite delay

The principle of competitive exclusion is extended to n-species nonautonomous Lotka-Volterra competition systems of differential equations with infinite delay. It is shown that if the coefficients are bounded, continuous and satisfy certain inequalities, then any solution with initial function in an appropriate space will have n−1 of its components tend to zero, while the remaining one will stabilize at a certain solution of a logistic differential equation.     

Stability and travelling waves for a time-delayed population system with stage structure

We study a time-delayed population system with stage structure for the interaction between two species, the adult members of which are in competition. For each of the two species the model incorporates a time delay which represents the time from birth to maturity of that species. The global stability results are established for each equilibrium. The criteria for global convergence to each equilibrium are sharp and involve these delays. By using lower and upper travelling wave solutions, we show that the model has travelling wave solutions that connect the origin and the coexistence equilibrium with speeds greater than the spreading speed of each species in the absence of its rival.     

Discrete May–Leonard Competition Models I

The local dynamics of two discrete-time models applicable to three competing plant species are shown to have properties similar to the May–Leonard (M-L) differential equation model. The dynamics of the two discrete models are shown to be similar. However, they are not dynamically consistent with the continuous M-L model. Unlike the continuous M-L model, the Hopf bifurcations of the discrete M-L models are not degenerate. The continuous M-L model is the limiting case of the discrete models.     

Verhulst-Lotka-Volterra (VLV) model of ideological struggle

A model for ideological struggles is formulated. The underlying set is a closed one, like a country but in which the population size is variable in time. The dynamics of the struggle is described by model equations of Verhulst-Lotka-Volterra kind. Several “ideologies” compete to increase their number of adepts. Such followers can be either converted from one ideology to another or become followers of an ideology though being previously ideologically-free. A reverse process is also allowed. Two kinds of conversions are considered: unitary conversion, e.g. by means of mass communication tools, or binary conversion, e.g. by means of interactions between people. It is found that the steady state, when it exists, depends on the number of ideologies. Moreover when the number of ideologies increases some tension arises between them. This tension can change in the course of time. We propose to measure the ideology tensions through an appropriately defined scale index. Finally it is shown that a slight change in the conditions of the environment can prevent the extinction of some ideology; after almost collapsing the ideology can spread again and can affect a significant part of the country’s population. Two kinds of such resurrection effects are described as phoenix effects.

2 0世纪80年代以来,西方企业纷纷进行战略调整,结成战略技术联盟,从而有助于企业吸收与发展新技术、提高竞争力、分散风险、加速创新并获取竞争优势。而通过外部资源整合以提升企业的核心竞争力则是企业间结成战略技术联盟的内在动因。     

It is never too early to introduce measurement and quality concepts: a proficiency test competition for schools and colleges

 This paper describes how the LGC and the Nuffield Curriculum Projects Centre set up an analysis competition for 16- to 19-year-old students. The competition was based on the procedure for proficiency testing. The results and reports give some insight into current standards of teaching and learning about analytical procedures and the treatment of uncertainty in courses at this level. The outcomes justify the production of a good-practice guide for teachers so that they can introduce concepts of valid analytical measurement into pre-university courses.
