重载下CSMA/CD总线性能分析

本文基于分时间片非坚持型CSMA/CD协议,提出了一种新的适合于重负载下评价CSMA/CD总线性能的数学模型.该模型合理地考虑了重载下各种新现象及影响总线性能的诸因素.实验研究结果表明,本文提出的模型较以前的评价模型更接近于实际系统.     

Exploring the Parallel G-Quadruplex Nucleic Acid World: A Spectroscopic and Computational Investigation on the Binding of the c-myc Oncogene NHE III1 Region by the Phytochemical Polydatin

Trans-polydatin (tPD), the 3-β-D-glucoside of the well-known nutraceutical trans-resveratrol, is a natural polyphenol with documented anti-cancer, anti-inflammatory, cardioprotective, and immunoregulatory effects. Considering the anticancer activity of tPD, in this work, we aimed to explore the binding properties of this natural compound with the G-quadruplex (G4) structure formed by the Pu22 [d(TGAGGGTGGGTAGGGTGGGTAA)] DNA sequence by exploiting CD spectroscopy and molecular docking simulations. Pu22 is a mutated and shorter analog of the G4-forming sequence known as Pu27 located in the promoter of the c-myc oncogene, whose overexpression triggers the metabolic changes responsible for cancer cells transformation. The binding of tPD with the parallel Pu22 G4 was confirmed by CD spectroscopy, which showed significant changes in the CD spectrum of the DNA and a slight thermal stabilization of the G4 structure. To gain a deeper insight into the structural features of the tPD-Pu22 complex, we performed an in silico molecular docking study, which indicated that the interaction of tPD with Pu22 G4 may involve partial end-stacking to the terminal G-quartet and H-bonding interactions between the sugar moiety of the ligand and deoxynucleotides not included in the G-tetrads. Finally, we compared the experimental CD profiles of Pu22 G4 with the corresponding theoretical output obtained using DichroCalc, a web-based server normally used for the prediction of proteins’ CD spectra starting from their “.pdb” file. The results indicated a good agreement between the predicted and the experimental CD spectra in terms of the spectral bands’ profile even if with a slight bathochromic shift in the positive band, suggesting the utility of this predictive tool for G4 DNA CD investigations.     

Combined use of ionic liquid and β‐CD for enantioseparation of 12 pharmaceuticals using CE

In this study, the enantioseparation of zopiclone, repaglinide, chlorphenamine maleate, brompheniramine maleate, dioxopromethazine hydrochloride, promethazine hydrochloride, liarozole, carvedilol, homatropine hydrobromide, homatropine methylbromide, venlafaxine, and sibutramine hydrochloride has been investigated using β‐CD in combination with a chiral ionic liquid (IL), 1‐ethyl‐3‐methylimidazolium‐L‐lactate. The influence of the type of IL and its concentration, BGE pH, and chain length of the IL cations on the resolution are discussed. Finally, the proposed method was successfully applied for the chiral impurity determination of eszopiclone in pharmaceutical tablets after validation with respect to accuracy and precision, linearity range, selectivity, repeatability, LOD and LOQ. It is assessed that the chiral impurity determination in the commercial tables is fewer than 0.1%.     

Synthesis,Crystal Structure,and Characterization of Na7Cu4(AsO4)5

Abstract

Sodium copper (II) arsenate Na₇Cu₄(AsO₄)₅ has been grown by conventional high-temperature, solid-state methods in molten-salt media. It was characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction (XRD), thermal analysis (DTA–TGA), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), semiquantitative energy dispersive spectroscopy analysis (EDS), and vibrational spectroscopy. Na₇Cu₄(AsO₄)₅ exhibits a three-dimensional framework built up of CuO₅, CuO₄, and AsO₄ polyhedra, with intersecting channels in which the Na⁺ cations are located. The three-dimensional cohesion of the framework results from Cu–O–As bridges. CuO₅ and CuO₄ polyhedra are elongated due to the Jahn–Teller effect, whereas AsO₄ tetrahedra are almost regular. This new structural model is validated by the charge distribution (CD) analysis. The infrared and Raman spectra confirmed the presence of AsO₄ tetrahedra.

1,2-Dihydro-1-hydroxy-2,3,1-benzodiazaborine Bearing an Acridine Moiety as a Circular Dichroism Probe for Determination of Absolute Configuration of Mono-Alcohols

A new chiral probe molecule for mono-alcohols is developed by using 1,2-dihydro-1-hydroxy-2,3,1-benzodiazaborine (DAB) bearing an acridine moiety 1 . In the presence of mono-alcohols, DAB 1 forms borate 2 by boronic ester formation, followed by coordination of the acridine moiety to the boron atom. Borate 2 has a chiral center on the boron atom and works as a stereodynamic circular dichroism (CD) probe molecule for chiral mono-alcohols based on the π–π interaction between the acridine moiety and the carbon–carbon unsaturated moiety on mono-alcohols.     

High resolution orbitrap mass spectrometry in comparison with tandem mass spectrometry for confirmation of anabolic steroids in meat

A prominent trend which has been observed in recent years in the analysis of veterinary drugs and growth-promoting agents is the shift from target-oriented procedures, mainly based on liquid chromatography coupled to triple-quadrupole mass spectrometry (LC-QqQ-MS), towards accurate mass full scan MS (such as time of flight (ToF) and Fourier Transform (FT) Orbitrap MS). In this study the applicability of high resolution single-stage-Orbitrap-MS for confirmatory analysis of growth-promoting agents in meat was compared to that of a QqQ-MS. Validation according to CD 2002/657/EC demonstrated that steroid analysis based on Orbitrap MS, operating at a resolution of 50,000 FWHM, is indeed capable to compete with QqQ-MS in terms of selectivity/specificity, while providing excellent linearity (for most compounds >0.99) but somewhat inferior sensitivity. Indeed, CC_αs reached from 0.04–0.88 μg kg⁻¹ for the 34 anabolic steroids upon MS/MS detection, while upon Orbitrap MS detection a range of 0.07–2.50 μg kg⁻¹ was observed. Using QqQ-MS adequate precision was obtained since relative standard deviations, associated with the repeatability and intra-laboratory reproducibility, were below 20%. In the case of Orbitrap MS, for some compounds (i.e. some estrogens) this threshold was exceeded and thus poor precision was observed, which is possibly caused by the lack in sensitivity. Overall, it may be concluded that Orbitrap-MS offers an adequate performance in terms of linearity and precision but lacks in sensitivity for some of the compounds.     

CD44v6、E-cadherin和ki-67蛋白质与腮腺多形性腺瘤的生物学行为相关性研究

为检测腮腺多形性腺瘤中CD44v6、E-cadherin和ki-67蛋白表达,以探讨其与腮腺多形性腺瘤生物学行为的相关性。应用免疫组织化学SP法染色检测腮腺多形性腺瘤组、多形性腺瘤恶变组和瘤旁非瘤组织组各组间CD44v6、Ecadherin和ki-67蛋白表达。结果显示,(1)CD44v6、E-cadherin和ki-67在腮腺多形性腺瘤组中的阳性表达率分别为100%、96%和73.8%;(2)E-cadherin和ki-67在腮腺多形性腺瘤组、多形性腺瘤恶变组和瘤周非瘤组织间的阳性表达率均有差异,其表达与腮腺多形性腺瘤的浸润转移有关;(3)CD44v6在腮腺多形性腺瘤组与瘤周非瘤组织组,多形性腺瘤恶变组与瘤周非瘤组织组中的表达有统计学差异。由此可知,E-cadherin和ki-67与腮腺多形性腺瘤的生物学行为有关,可作为新的肿瘤标志物,其表达对判断预后有一定的价值。     

Determination of Malathion Using Corona Discharge – Ion Mobility Spectrometry with Solid-Phase Microextraction

A corona discharge (CD) ion mobility spectrometer combined with solid-phase microextraction was constructed. The detection limit and stability of the system for malathion detection were improved using a novel sample introduction port through which the sample desorption was performed in high-temperature drift tube and the sample was introduced directly to the ionization area. The working parameters of the distance between CD needle tip and carrier gas outlet, the drift tube and carrier gas temperature, the carrier gas flow, and the voltage on CD needle were selected. When the extraction time for standard malathion was set to 5?min, the detection limit was 0.96?µg?L^?1 based on thrice the baseline noise, the linear range was 50–500?µg?L^?1, the correlation coefficient was approximately 0.9941, and the relative standard deviation was below 10%. Malathion-spiked lake water samples were analyzed using the developed system and the recovery was 92–102%. This method is suitable for the rapid detection of organophosphorus pesticide residues.
