Palladium‐Catalyzed C?S Activation/Aryne Insertion/Coupling Sequence: Synthesis of Functionalized 2‐Quinolinones

The insertion of an aryne into a C S bond can suppress the addition of an S nucleophile to the aryne in the presence of palladium. Catalyzed by Pd(OAc)₂, a wide range of α‐carbamoyl ketene dithioacetals readily react with arynes to selectively afford functionalized 2‐quinolinones in high yields under neutral reaction conditions by a C S activation/aryne insertion/intramolecular coupling sequence. The attractive feature of the new strategy also lies in the versatile transformations of the alkythio‐substituted quinolinone products.     

Iridium‐Catalyzed Regioselective Silylation of Aromatic and Benzylic C?H Bonds Directed by a Secondary Amine

Reported herein is an iridium‐catalyzed, regioselective silylation of the aromatic C H bonds of benzylamines and the benzylic C H bonds of 2,N‐dialkylanilines. In this process, (hydrido)silyl amines, generated in situ by dehydrogenative coupling of benzylamine or aniline with diethylsilane, undergo selective silylation at the C H bond γ to the amino group. The products of this silylation are suitable for subsequent oxidation, halogenation, and cross‐coupling reactions to deliver benzylamine and arylamine derivatives.     

Divergent synthesis of 6H-isoindolo[2,1-a]indol-6-ones and indenoindolones: an investigation of Pd-catalyzed isocyanide insertion

A novel Pd-catalyzed intramolecular cyclization via tert-butyl isocyanide insertion from 2-(2-bromophenyl)-1H-indoles has been developed, which demonstrates the utility of isocyanides in C–N or C–C bond construction. Treatment of 2-(2-bromophenyl)-1H-indoles with tert-butyl isocyanide affords 6H-isoindolo[2,1-a]indol-6-ones with high efficiency. However, N-methyl or N-Boc protected 2-(2-bromophenyl)-1H-indoles gives indenoindolones in excellent yields under the same condition, which reveals that under the described situation, isocyanides insertion for the formation of C–N bonds is prior to that of C–C bonds.     

SCP-2基因的表达调控研究进展

固醇转运蛋白(SCP-2)是广泛存在于脊椎动物和无脊椎动物中的非特异性脂转运蛋白.任何影响固醇转运蛋白基因表达的因素都会影响甾类激素的合成,进而影响生物体的发育.目前对该基因的转录调控研究较少,主要集中在哺乳动物.环境、激素、转录因子等对SCP-2基因的表达调控均有影响,对SCP-2基因作为害虫防治靶标的可能性进行了初步的探讨.C/EBP蛋白作为调控Sl SCPx基因表达的转录因子,可以调控Sl SCPx基因的表达.推测了C/EBP蛋白成为新的害虫防治的靶标的可能.     

基于STC89C54RD的RFID读卡器的设计与应用

提出并实现了一种基于STC89C54RD的RFID读卡器的设计方案,能运用在新能源电动汽车的交流充电桩上实现启动、停止控制和查询、扣费等功能.通过对应用了本设计的交流充电桩的功能测试,系统实现了预定的功能,并具有控制灵活、工作稳定、使用方便、适应环境能力强等特点.     

基于IFCM-GRA的空间多维热误差温度测点优化

热误差是精密、超精密加工中主要的误差源之一,热误差温度测点优化是热误差补偿的关键问题.在机床空间多维布置的大量温度测点之间存在多重相关性,从众多测点中选取特征点的优劣程度,将直接影响到热误差补偿效果.通过对温度测点间多重相关性及温度与热误差关系的综合分析,采用改进的模糊C-均值(IFCM)聚类算法对温度测点进行聚类,以减小类与类之间温度测点的相关性,且避免FCM算法对初始聚类中心敏感易局部收敛的缺点.对温度测点按灰色关联分析(GRA)中的灰色综合关联度进行排序,从变化量和变化率的角度综合反映温度与热误差的关系.采用IFCM-GRA对温度测点进行优化,提高了热误差模型的鲁棒性及准确性,使温度测点数量大幅度减少.在某型号精密卧式加工中心上进行实验,温度测点从17个减少到4个.在不同转速下,利用多元线性回归对优化出的温度测点与热误差建立模型,所建立模型均能很好地预测热误差变化情况,经对预测模型分析,轴向热误差由几十微米减小到5μm以内.     

FeO(OH)@C-Catalyzed Selective Hydrazine Substitution of p-Nitro-Aryl Fluorides and their Application for the Synthesis of Phthalazinones

An efficient hydrazine substitution of p-nitro-aryl fluorides with hydrazine hydrates catalyzed by FeO(OH)@C nanoparticles is described. This hydrazine substitutions of p-nitro-aryl fluorides bearing electron-withdrawing groups proceeded efficiently with high yield and selectivity. Similarly, hydrogenations of p-nitro-aryl fluorides containing electron-donating groups also smoothly proceeded under mild conditions. Furthermore, with these prepared aryl hydrazines, some phthalazinones, interesting as potential structures for pharmaceuticals, have successfully been synthesized in high yields.     

Collapsing and monopole classes of 3-manifolds

By applying the L²$L^2$-estimate of the scalar curvature of a Riemannian 3-manifold with a Seiberg–Witten monopole class to a collapsing sequence of metrics, we obtain conditions to be a monopole class on certain 3-manifolds. This also gives a relation between a maximizing sequence of the Yamabe constants and the collapsing on a 3-manifold with a non-torsion monopole class.
