目的:了解由各军区联勤部卫生部主办或主管的国防医学期刊的学术特征和学术质量。方法:采用文献计量学方法,依据2008—2013年版《中国(科技)期刊引证报告(扩刊版)》(CSJCR)2007—2012年数据,统计4种国防医学期刊的来源文献量、影响因子、即年指标、h指数、基金论文比、总被引频次、篇均被引频次、他引率、被引半衰期等信息。结果:《华南国防医学杂志》和《东南国防医药》的主要计量指标优于《西北国防医学杂志》和《西南国防医药》。结论:国防医学期刊的学术影响力与地方主办的同级期刊基本相似,学术特征存在地区差异,学术质量有待进一步提高。 相似文献

The P. aeruginosa quorum-sensing molecule N-3-oxododecanoyl homoserine lactone (3OC12-HSL) interacts not only with bacteria, but also with mammalian cells, among others
with those of the immune defence system. We focussed on the possible interaction of 3OC12-HSL with human polymorphonuclear
neutrophils (PMN), because these cells are the first to enter an infected site. We found that 3OC12-HSL attracts PMN, and
up-regulates expression of receptors known to be involved in host defence, including the adhesion proteins CD11b/CD18 and
the immunoglobulin receptors CD16 and CD64. Furthermore, the uptake of bacteria (phagocytosis), which is crucial for an efficient
defence against infection, was enhanced. Thus, recognising and responding to 3OC12-HSL not only attracts the PMN to the site
of a developing biofilm, but also reinforces their defence mechanisms, and hence could be a means to control the infection

The emergence of antimicrobial-resistant infections is still a major concern for public health worldwide. The number of pathogenic microorganisms capable of resisting common therapeutic treatments are constantly increasing, highlighting the need of innovative and more effective drugs. This phenomenon is strictly connected to the rapid metabolism of microorganisms: due to the huge number of mutations that can occur in a relatively short time, a colony can “adapt” to the pharmacological treatment with the evolution of new resistant species. However, the shortage of available antimicrobial drugs in clinical use is also caused by the high costs involved in developing and marketing new drugs without an adequate guarantee of an economic return; therefore, the pharmaceutical companies have reduced their investments in this area. The use of antimicrobial peptides (AMPs) represents a promising strategy for the design of new therapeutic agents. AMPs act as immune defense mediators of the host organism and show a poor ability to induce antimicrobial resistance, coupled with other advantages such as a broad spectrum of activity, not excessive synthetic costs and low toxicity of both the peptide itself and its own metabolites. It is also important to underline that many antimicrobial peptides, due to their inclination to attack cell membranes, have additional biological activities, such as, for example, as anti-cancer drugs. Unfortunately, they usually undergo rapid degradation by proteolytic enzymes and are characterized by poor bioavailability, preventing their extensive clinical use and landing on the pharmaceutical market. This review is focused on the strength and weak points of antimicrobial peptides as therapeutic agents. We give an overview on the AMPs already employed in clinical practice, which are examples of successful strategies aimed at overcoming the main drawbacks of peptide-based drugs. The review deepens the most promising strategies to design modified antimicrobial peptides with higher proteolytic stability with the purpose of giving a comprehensive summary of the commonly employed approaches to evaluate and optimize the peptide potentialities. 相似文献

One defender defends, and multiple heterogeneous attackers attack, an asset. Three scenarios are considered: the agents move simultaneously; the defender moves first; or the attackers move first. We show how the agents’ unit costs of defense and attack, their asset evaluations, and the number of attackers influence their investments, profits, and withdrawal decisions. Withdrawal does not occur in one-period (simultaneous) games between two agents, at least with the commonly used ratio-form contest success function, but can occur in two-period games between two agents. The presence of one particularly strong attacker can cause other attackers to withdraw from the contest if the advantaged attacker appropriates so much of the defender’s asset that it is no longer sufficiently attractive to interest other attackers. In such cases, the defender focuses exclusively on the strong attacker. An advantaged defender may be able to deter attacks by moving first, but will continue to suffer from attacks if moving second. This suggests the importance of proactive rather than reactive defense. 相似文献

入侵者对电力光网中的某一目标进行攻击时,需沿某攻击路径才可成功入侵目标节点;但随着目标电力光网结点数量的逐渐增加,生成的攻击路径将呈指数级增长,导致路径冗余,影响生成路径的整体性能。为此,提出一种新的电力光网攻击路径生成和可视化展示方法,介绍了原子攻击、攻击图和攻击路径的定义。对攻击路径进行成本收益分析,在此基础上提出入侵可行性模型,将入侵者对攻击路径的选择问题变成入侵可行性计算问题。当POS集合含有电力光网攻击图所有有向边时,通过遍历POS集合元素生成电力光网的攻击路径。对电力光网攻击路径的生成过程进行展示。实验结果表明,所提方法不存在冗余现象,且生成的攻击路径效果佳、可靠性高。 相似文献
