用固态反应法制备了YBa2Cu3-xCoxO7-δ(x=0.0,0.1,0.2,0.5)样品,研究了Co掺杂对YBa2Cu3O7-δ高温区的电阻率和塞贝克系数的影响。随着Co含量的增加,样品的电阻率和塞贝克系数逐渐增大,从金属性导电转变为p型半导体导电。x=0.2和0.5样品的电导活化能在500K处发生突变,高温区的活化能大于低温区的活化能。通过塞贝克系数与温度的关系,计算出x=0.2和0.5样品的费米能级分别为0.02和0.12 eV。当温度高于650-700K时,氧脱附显著影响样品的电输运性质,导致电阻率和塞贝克系数随温度增加而增大。  相似文献

采用膨胀计法研究了以过硫酸铵为引发剂,二乙基二烯丙基氯化铵(DEDAAC)在水溶液中的均聚及其与丙烯酰胺(AM)和丙烯酸(AA)共聚动力学,测定了相应的聚合表观活化能;采用元素分析法测定了DEDAAC分别与AM和AA在低转化率下共聚物的组成,并采用氯离子选择性电极法测定了DEDAAC-AM共聚物中的氯离子含量,按Kelen-Tudos方法求得了相应的竞聚率.结果表明,DEDAAC均聚速率方程为RP=k[M]0.99[I]0.76,表观活化能Ea=77.00kJ/mol,说明链终止为单基终止和双基终止并存,引发过程与单体浓度无关;DEDAAC与AM在摩尔比为4∶1时,共聚动力学方程为RP=[M]2.53[I]0.90,表观活化能Ea=67.06kJ/mol,单体竞聚率为rDE=0.31±0.02、rAM=5.27±0.53;DEDAAC与AA在摩尔比为4∶1时,共聚动力学方程为RP=k[M]2.94[I]0.83,表观活化能Ea=70.07kJ/mol,竞聚率为rDE=0.28±0.03、rAA=5.15±0.28;DEDAAC与AM和AA等共聚为非理想共聚,得到的产物均为无规共聚物.  相似文献

Undoped n-type GaAa was irradiated near 5 and 77 °K with electrons having incident energies between 0.46 and 1.30 MeV. The recovery of the electrical resistivity and the Hall coefficient upon annealing from 4 to 520 °K was monitored. Changes which occurred upon annealing below 200 °K could be reversed by ionizing radiation. A small amount of irreversible ionization-induced recovery was observed after irradiation near 5 °K. Major irreversible recovery stages were centered near 235 (stage I), 280 (stage II) and 520 °K (stage III). Recovery in stage I and II obeyed first order kinetics. The activation energies of stages I and II were determined as 0.72 and 0.83 eV, respectively. The carrier concentration changes per unit irradiation dose corresponding to the three recovery stages differed in their energy dependence indicating that the defects which are removed in stage III have the lowest threshold energy. The carrier concentration changes per unit irradiation dose corresponding to stages I and III were higher for irradiation near 5 °K than for irradiation near 77 °K.  相似文献

The modeling of induced polarization data from 2D and 3D geological medium was developed. We applied the finite element method and the fractal model to complex resistivity of rocks as an intrinsic electrical property of geological medium. The LU factorization and pre-conditioned complex bi-conjugated gradient method were applied to solve the complex linear equation system. The modeling implemented in this work was efficient and prompt. In addition, the induced polarization survey using the fractal model as intrinsic property of the medium is a promising method for environmental investigation.  相似文献

Abstract

The phonon-mediated resistivity is calculated for metallic carbon nanotubes based on a continuum model for electrons and phonons. In armchair nanotubes, only twisting modes contribute to the resistivity, while both stretching and breathing modes are important in zigzag nanotubes. The resistivity shows chirality dependence at low temperatures where breathing modes are not populated but becomes independent of the chirality at high temperatures.  相似文献

红层区地下水资源贫乏,地表水资源分布不均及近年污染日趋严重,缺水问题十分突出,严重制约了本地区的经济发展,如何针对红层区水文地质特点,合理选择物探技术方法寻找地下水,是水文地质工作面临的十分重要的任务。本文着重介绍高密度电阻率法在红层区地下水勘查中的应用,结合各装置实例进行比较分析,结果证明了高密度电法应用在红层区地下水勘查中具有较好的实际效果和应用前景。  相似文献

Heavy alkali metal-arsenic alloys intercalate easily into graphite, leading to the formation of a new family of ternary graphite intercalation compounds (GICs). Pure phases formulated as MAsxC4s (M = K, Rb or Cs; s = stage; x ≤ 1) have been synthesized at the laboratory. This article aims to expose all physical measurements performed on these intercalation compounds to get an idea about their electronic properties.Electrical conductivity measurements have been performed both parallel and perpendicular to the basal planes, between 4.2 and 295 K. Room temperature resistivity values lie between 16 and 35 μΩ cm and the anisotropic resistivity takes a value of an order of magnitude of 104. Dynamic magnetic susceptibility measurements, carried out at low temperature on some phases, showed that they do not exhibit superconducting transition up to 1.3 K. Raman spectroscopy investigation, which is a useful tool to study the electronic and the chemical stability of GICs, highlighted a significant up-shift of the G-band of the carbon intra-layer vibration frequency, compared to the pure graphite vibration mode. Undoubtedly, this is related to the electronic charge transfer established between graphite layers and intercalated species.  相似文献

In a previous work, a method of measurement of apparent emissivity in situ was implemented. This approach has the decisive advantage of being suitable for any commercial infrared systems. It was tested successfully to characterize the normal LWIR apparent emissivity of an aluminium nitride plate in the temperature range [40–550 °C]. Apparent emissivity exhibits a tight temperature dependence. By using the classical model of apparent emissivity and taking into account the spectral emissivity of aluminium nitride ceramic and the spectral response of the IR sensor, we modelled our apparent emissivity measurement with 5% of accuracy and with dispersion better than 1% within the overall temperature range. The effect on the apparent emissivity of both the detection window and the temperature dependence of the spectral emissivity are highlighted.  相似文献
