介绍了迭代法计算多元弱酸碱滴定pH计算原理,使用一个公式,用Excel计算多元酸碱滴定过程中溶液pH值,列举了H3PO4和Na2CO3滴定的pH值计算方法.     

毛细管电泳法分离测定潮汕凉果中的山梨酸、苯甲酸、糖精钠

采用毛细管电泳-PDA检测法,考察了pH、缓冲介质、波长、电压对山梨酸、苯甲酸、糖精钠分离测定的影响,得到优化的实验条件.以20mmol/乙磷酸盐(pH=7.4)为运行缓冲液,12kV为分离电压,检测通道波长为:192、202、254nm的电泳条件下,进样时间5s,山梨酸、苯甲酸、糖精钠可在15min内实现分离.山梨酸在0.250-100mg/L,苯甲酸在0.100-50.0mg/L,糖精钠在0.100-50.0mg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,迁移时间、峰面积相对标准偏差均小于1.41%(n=5).用上述方法对实际样品进行测定,回收率在90.9%以上.     

Analysis of Dioscorea japonica by Hydrophilic Interaction Liquid Chromatography

Dioscorea japonica Thunb., traditionally used in folk medicine in Korea for the treatment of hyperglycemia, is known to have biological activity. However, few analytical methods suitable for rapid assessment of constituents of D. japonica rhizomes have been reported. A high-performance liquid chromatography method coupled with variable wavelength ultraviolet detection was developed for the determination of eight constituents of D. japonica rhizome. The separation was performed efficiently on a hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography column by gradient elution with acetonitrile and water. Calibration curves showed excellent linear regression correlation levels (R ² > 0.9999) within the range of tested concentrations. Intra- and inter-day variations, evaluated by determining relative standard deviations, were below 1.71%. Constituent recovery rates were 93.37–104.24% with relative standard deviations of 0.55–1.98% for spiked D. japonica samples. The developed method was suitable for the qualitative and quantitative determination of the major components in D. japonica.     

Spectroscopic Studies on the Interaction of Acid Yellow With Bovine Serum Albumin

Azo dyes, which are common in the environment, can be toxic to various organisms. In order to determine the molecular mechanism of acid yellow 11(AY) toxicity, we studied the effect of AY exposure to the common protein bovine serum albumin (BSA) by several spectroscopic techniques including fluorescence spectroscopy, ultraviolet spectrophotometry (UV) and circular dichroism (CD). It could be concluded from the fluorescence spectra that the quenching effect of BSA by AY was mainly due to complex formation which was unrelated to the absorption of AY. The enthalpy change (ΔH) and entropy change (ΔS) were found to be −21.94 kJ/mol and 30.04 Jmol^-1 K^-1, respectively. The results confirm that electrostatic attraction was the predominant intermolecular force between BSA and AY. Furthermore, the binding distance (r) between AY and the inner tryptophan residue of BSA was determined to be 3.541 nm on the basis of Forster theory of non-radiative energy transfer. In addition, the conformational changes of BSA in the presence of AY were also analyzed by UV and CD. These results indicated that AY could interact with BSA by complex formation, which also affected the structure of BSA.

贵阳地区酸雨化学组份的模糊统计分析

应用模糊数学中的模糊聚类分析法，分析了贵阳地区酸雨的城、郊分布及化学组份特点，探讨了该地区酸雨形成的特征，有助于进一步了解该地区的酸雨形成机制。     

磷酸盐及其结构类似物对文昌鱼酸性磷酸酶的影响

研究了磷酸盐（ＨＰＯ￣（２－）＿４）及其结构类似物钼酸盐（ＭｏＯ￣（２－）＿４），钒酸盐（ＨｖＯ￣（２－）＿４），钨酸盐（ＷＯ￣（２－）＿４）对文昌鱼酸性磷酸酶活力的影响及其抑制机理。实验结果表明：磷酸盐对文昌鱼酸性磷酸酶的抑制作用表现为竞争性抑制类型，而其结构类似物则是通过非竞争性抑制的方式抑制酶活力．抑制常数Ｋｉ分别为：磷酸盐：３．０×１０￣（－４）ｍｏｌ／Ｌ，钼酸盐：５．５×１０￣（－７）ｍｏｌ／Ｌ，钒酸盐：７．０×１０￣（－７）ｍｏｌ／Ｌ，钨酸盐：３．８×１０￣（－８）ｍｏｌ／Ｌ，用酸盐对酶活力呈时间抑制过程，表明该类似物可能通过氧化—还原这种新的抑制机理来抑制酶的活力。     

木莲种子油中氨基酸和微量元素成份分析

木莲是一种重要的药用植物，它的种子油含有１８种氨基酸和１４种微量元素，这些成分中大部分为人体所必需。     

测定湿生扁蕾有效成分对白细胞吞噬功能的影响

采用湿生扁蕾的提取的有效成分——齐墩果酸和三组混合物进行小白鼠白细胞的吞噬功能测定。结果表明,齐墩果酸具有促进白细胞吞噬功能的生物活性,而三组混合物具有抑制作用。     

纳滤膜提纯2,3-二羧酸吡嗪的研究

以氯化钾和硫酸钠溶液为原料，测定了纳滤膜的性能，结果表明：在相同浓度下，纳滤膜对二价SO4^2-离子的截留率大于一价离子；随着SO4^2-和Cl^-浓度的上升，纳滤膜的截留率下降；随压力的增加，膜通量下降。以2，3-二羧酸吡嗪为原料进行分离处理，结果证明，纳滤膜在脱Cl^-离子方面有效果，实验中2，3-二羧酸吡嗪对膜有污染，但污染不严重，可采用水洗法进行处理。
