诗之美·诗之境·诗之作——论王士祯“神韵说”的三个层面

清初王士祯标举神韵,通过细读其论诗之语,可以将其＂神韵说＂的要义提炼为三个层面：第一个层面是＂诗之美＂,是＂传神＂与＂余韵＂的结合,第二个层面是＂诗之境＂,是＂禅境＂与＂诗境＂的融通,第三个层面是＂诗之作＂,是＂兴会＂与＂性情＂的共鸣。由此可以为＂神韵说＂建立一个包括作者、作品、读者、世界这四要素在内的基本理论框架。     

Ubi1 intron-mediated enhancement of the expression of Bt cry1Ah gene in transgenic maize (Zea mays L.)

The cry1Ah gene was one of novel insecticidal genes cloned from Bacillus thuringiensis isolate BT8. Two plant expression vectors containing cry1Ah gene were constructed. The first intron of maize ubiqutin1 gene was inserted between the maize Ubiquitin promoter and cry1Ah gene in one of the plant expressing vectors (pUUOAH). The two vectors were introduced into maize immature embryonic calli by microprojectile bombardment, and the reproductively plants were acquired. PCR and Southern blot analysis showed that foreign genes had been integrated into maize genome and inherited to the next generation stably. The ELISA assay to T1 and T2 generation plants showed that the expression of Cry1Ah protein in the construct containing the ubi1 intron (pUUOAH) was 20% higher than that of the intronless construct (pUOAH). Bioassay results showed that the transgenic maize harboring cry1Ah gene had high resistance to the Asian corn borers and the insecticidal activity of the transgenic maize containing the ubi1 intron was higher than that of the intronless construct. These results indicated that the maize ubi1 intron can enhance the expression of the Bt cry1Ah gene in transgenic maize efficiently

马浮的学术特色在其经学的本体诠释学,他将六艺统归于一心,而此心又上遂于道.然而.值得注意的是,他又不赞成直说"心即理",而强调"理气""性情"两端而一致的辩证圆融.他的六艺之教所涵的"相涵互摄""体用一如"的思想,隐含着一套完整的本体诠释学的思维.马浮以"六艺统摄诸子",进而以六艺统摄四部,进而以六艺统摄西来学术,终究言之,它要以六艺统摄天下之道.若据学问之实而言之,马浮之论不免稍过,但若能人乎其中,将可以发现马浮之学所涵之本体诠释学可以经一"因而通之""调适而上遂于道"的方法,而有一崭新发展之可能.再者,我们将集中"道""经典""人"这三端的互动循环,对比讨论经学本体诠释学的诸多相关问题.

论述了盲人钢琴调律教育现状及其发展趋势，认为盲人只有充分发挥自身的听觉优势，才能开创就业新路。     

Dynamics of Efficiency Change by Temperature in Diode Pumped Nd：YAG Heat Capacity Laser

We investigate the influence of temperature on the efficiency of diode pumped Nd：YAG heat capacity laser is studied. It is shown that the efficiency of such a laser system is greatly reduced at higher temperature. This bad behaviour is mainly caused by the doped-ion redistribution among various Stark levels of the ground state, and by a thermal equilibrium between the upper laser level and the pump level. Meanwhile, the thermal excitations from the ground state to the lower laser level also play a role. We derive a model to describe those effects, with the considerations of emission spectrum of laser diodes, the subtle Stark structures and the linewidth of absorption and of simulated-emission.     

Lasing mechanism in two-dimensional photonic crystal lasers

We conduct a comprehensive investigation of the lasing mechanism in a photonic crystal slab laser with a refractive index that is periodic in two dimensions. Experimental spectra of laser structures fabricated with organic gain media are presented. It is found that lasing frequencies can be explained in terms of Van Hove singularities in the density of modes. We also observe lasing spectra that cannot be obtained from structures with one-dimensional periodicity, such as traditional distributed feedback lasers. Ab-initio calculation of stability and structural properties of cadmium chalcogenides CdS, CdSe, and CdTe under high pressure

The structural phase transformations of Cd chalcogenide compounds (CdS, CdSe, and CdTe) under high pressure are studied using the local approximation to the density functional theory, and the one-electron equations are solved by means of the full potential linear muffin-tin-orbital method. CdS, CdSe, and CdTe are found to have nearly similar behaviour of the structural properties under high pressure. In the CdS compound, thePmmn phase is predicted to be thermodynamically stable after the rock-salt structure, and theCmcm structure is found to be thermodynamically stable before the rock-salt structure in both CdSe and CdTe. The resulting structural properties of the zinc-blende, wurtzite, cinnabar, rock-salt,Pmmn, CsCl,Cmcm, and β-Sn phases for these considered compounds are found to be in agreement with the existing experimental data.     

Ab Initio Study of Structural and Electronic Properties of Hexagonal BC2N

We investigate hexagonal BC2N in graphite unit cells using the first-principles method and calculate the total energies, lattice parameters, and electronic band structures after full relaxation. It is shown that stable hexagonal BC2N should be stacked sequentially with one graphite layer and one h-BN layer. The density of states indicates that this structure should have metallicity.     

Theoretical investigation on temporal properties of random lasers pumped by femtosecond-lasing pulses

Pulsing random lasing property has been investigated in both one- and two-dimensional random medium by numerically solving Maxwell’s equations and rate equations in which the pumping rate is described by a time function with duration of 10s or 100s of femtoseconds. The peak intensity, width and delay time of a random lasing pulse are traced with the variation of the peak intensity, duration, shape and numbers of a pumping pulse. Results show that the behavior of random lasing depends strongly on the pumping process, some of which are in agreement with previously reported experiments pumped by femtosecond-lasing pulses. The present work enriches the knowledge about random lasers, especially in temporal regime, and could offer more guidance for relevant experiments.     

应用模糊统计方法量化评定气质类型的实验研究

本实验应用模糊统计方法对54名大学生的气质分类进行了研究。结果表明:1、运用模糊数学理论与方法,在[0,1]区间连续取值确定隶属函数对气质进行聚类分析是可行的;2、运用模糊数学理论对气质这种模糊心理现象进行分类,有助于对这项工作的研究从经验把握进入理论描述;3、可以通过建立数学模型的方式来对气质等模糊心理现象聚类。
