清初王士祯标举神韵,通过细读其论诗之语,可以将其"神韵说"的要义提炼为三个层面:第一个层面是"诗之美",是"传神"与"余韵"的结合,第二个层面是"诗之境",是"禅境"与"诗境"的融通,第三个层面是"诗之作",是"兴会"与"性情"的共鸣。由此可以为"神韵说"建立一个包括作者、作品、读者、世界这四要素在内的基本理论框架。 相似文献

The cry1Ah gene was one of novel insecticidal genes cloned from Bacillus thuringiensis isolate BT8. Two plant expression vectors containing cry1Ah gene were constructed. The first intron of maize ubiqutin1 gene was inserted between the maize Ubiquitin promoter and cry1Ah gene in one of the plant expressing vectors (pUUOAH). The two vectors were introduced into maize immature embryonic calli by microprojectile bombardment, and the reproductively plants were acquired. PCR and Southern blot analysis showed that foreign genes had been integrated into maize genome and inherited to the next generation stably. The ELISA assay to T1 and T2 generation plants showed that the expression of Cry1Ah protein in the construct containing the ubi1 intron (pUUOAH) was 20% higher than that of the intronless construct (pUOAH). Bioassay results showed that the transgenic maize harboring cry1Ah gene had high resistance to the Asian corn borers and the insecticidal activity of the transgenic maize containing the ubi1 intron was higher than that of the intronless construct. We investigate the influence of temperature on the efficiency of diode pumped Nd:YAG heat capacity laser is studied. It is shown that the efficiency of such a laser system is greatly reduced at higher temperature. This bad behaviour is mainly caused by the doped-ion redistribution among various Stark levels of the ground state, and by a thermal equilibrium between the upper laser level and the pump level. Meanwhile, the thermal excitations from the ground state to the lower laser level also play a role. We derive a model to describe those effects, with the considerations of emission spectrum of laser diodes, the subtle Stark structures and the linewidth of absorption and of simulated-emission. 相似文献

We conduct a comprehensive investigation of the lasing mechanism in a photonic crystal slab laser with a refractive index
that is periodic in two dimensions. Experimental spectra of laser structures fabricated with organic gain media are presented.
It is found that lasing frequencies can be explained in terms of Van Hove singularities in the density of modes. We also observe
lasing spectra that cannot be obtained from structures with one-dimensional periodicity, such as traditional distributed feedback
lasers. Lasing frequencies are computed using numerical techniques.

The structural phase transformations of Cd chalcogenide compounds (CdS, CdSe, and CdTe) under high pressure are studied using
the local approximation to the density functional theory, and the one-electron equations are solved by means of the full potential
linear muffin-tin-orbital method. CdS, CdSe, and CdTe are found to have nearly similar behaviour of the structural properties
under high pressure. In the CdS compound, thePmmn phase is predicted to be thermodynamically stable after the rock-salt structure, and theCmcm structure is found to be thermodynamically stable before the rock-salt structure in both CdSe and CdTe. The resulting structural

We investigate hexagonal BC2N in graphite unit cells using the first-principles method and calculate the total energies, lattice parameters, and electronic band structures after full relaxation. It is shown that stable hexagonal BC2N should be stacked sequentially with one graphite layer and one h-BN layer. The density of states indicates that this structure should have metallicity. 相似文献

Pulsing random lasing property has been investigated in both one- and two-dimensional random medium by numerically solving Maxwell’s equations and rate equations in which the pumping rate is described by a time function with duration of 10s or 100s of femtoseconds. The peak intensity, width and delay time of a random lasing pulse are traced with the variation of the peak intensity, duration, shape and numbers of a pumping pulse. Results show that the behavior of random lasing depends strongly on the pumping process, some of which are in agreement with previously reported experiments pumped by femtosecond-lasing pulses. The present work enriches the knowledge about random lasers, especially in temporal regime, and could offer more guidance for relevant experiments. 相似文献
