Pure-silica-zeolite(PSZ) AST and LTA are synthesized successfully by using the same structure-directing agent(SDA) molecule,but at different concentrations.A dynamic organic SDA is proposed to discuss the mechanism of phase discrimination between AST and LTA.Data suggest that the SDA molecules can self-assemble into dimer or trimer complexes at different concentrations by π-π interactions,and these differences can be taken advantage of to selectively synthesize either PSZ AST or LTA.These deviations from the Liebau's rules indicate that small changes in SDA chemistry,structure,and order in solution can have a great impact on the structure selectivity of the zeolite synthesis.  相似文献

In this study,an application of artificial neural network(ANN)has been presented in modeling and studying the effect of compounding variables on abrasion behavior of rubber formulations.Three case studies were carried out in which the experiment data were collected according to classical response surface designs.Besides developing the ANN models,we developed response surface methodology(RSM)to confirm the ANN predictions.A simple relation was employed for determination of relative importance of each variable according to ANN models.It was shown through these case studies that ANN models delivered very good data fitting and their simulating curves could help the researchers to better understand the abrasion behavior.  相似文献

We investigate the particle size dependence of the relaxivity of hydrogen protons in an aqueous solution of iron oxide (Fe3O4) nanoparticles coated in silica for biocompatibility. The T1 and T2 relaxation times for various concentrations of silica-coated nanoparticles were determined by a magnetic resonance scanner. We find that the relaxivity increased linearly with increasing particle size. The T2 relaxivity (R2) is more than 50 times larger than the T1 relaxivity (R1) for the nanoparticle contrast agent, which reflects the fact that the T2 relaxation is mainly influenced by outer sphere processes. The high R2/R1 ratio demonstrates that silica-coated iron oxide nanoparticles may serve as a T2 contrast agents in magnetic resonance imaging with high efficacy.  相似文献

Tetraethoxy silane was used to functionalize the surface of fiber glass (FG) for adsorption with the electroless plated silver shell. The performance of electroless silver plated FG with tetraethoxy silane modification was compared to that of unmodified FG in terms of mechanical and electrical properties. The silane bridge provided more stability for binding with different concentrations of electroless plating silver ions. The characterization was investigated by using field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM), X-ray diffraction patterns (XRD), energy-dispersion X-ray (EDX), metal microscope (MM) and electric resistance. The Ag coating on TEOS modified FG was more durable than that of unmodified FG in the ball milling test, as confirmed by the data of electric resistance and residue weight. The optimized conditions for producing the Ag coating FG were also investigated. The Ag-Si-FG-3-c product in this study has the lowest electrical resistance of 1.56 × 103 Ω/cm2 and good mechanical stability as exhibited in ball milling tests.  相似文献

The present work aims to modify conventional epoxy resin by blending with four different phenolic–urea oligomers. These oligomers are similar to phenolic–urea resin matrix and simultaneously function as amino curing agent for epoxy matrix. In this context, phenolic–urea oligomers were prepared respectively by polycondensation reaction of four phenols namely phenol, m-cresol, resorcinol and 1,5-dihydroxy naphthalene, respectively with formaldehyde and urea in presence of acid catalyst. The resulting oligomers were characterized by elemental analysis, spectral studies (IR & NMR), number average molecular weight (M¯n) estimated by non-aqueous conductometric titration and thermal stability by thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). Each of these oligomers was used in resin matrix as a blending component for the modification of commercial epoxy resin for fabricating glass fiber reinforced laminates. Finally these laminates were evaluated for their synergetic thermal stability, mechanical properties and chemical resistance to different reagents.  相似文献

An integrated approach combining data acquisition using MSE and multi-period product ion scan (mpMS/MS), with high-resolution characteristic extracted ion chromatograms (hcXIC) as a data mining method, was developed for in vivo drug metabolites screening and identification. This approach is illustrated by analyzing metabolites of a potential anticancer agent, 3,6,7-trimethoxyphenanthroindolizidine (CAT) in rat urine based on rapid resolution liquid chromatography combined with tandem mass spectrometry (RRLC–MS/MS). Untargeted full-scan MSE enabled the high-throughput acquisition of potential metabolites, and targeted mpMS/MS contributed to the sensitivity and specificity of the acquisition of molecules of interest. The data processing method hcXIC, based on the structure of CAT, was shown to be highly effective for the metabolite discovery. Through the double-filtering effect of the characteristic ion and accurate mass, conventional extracted ion chromatograms that contained a substantial number of false-positive peaks were simplified into chromatograms essentially free of endogenous interferences. As a result, 21 metabolites were detected in rat urine after oral administration of CAT. Based on the characteristic fragmentation patterns of the phenanthroindolizidine alkaloid, the structures of 9 metabolites were identified. Furthermore, the interpretation of the MS/MS spectra of these metabolites enabled the determination of demethylation position as well as the differentiation between N-oxidized and hydroxylated metabolites.  相似文献

Abstract

The lysozyme- and DNA-binding affinities of the biologically active cisplatin analogues, Pd(II) (1) and Pt(II) (2) complexes of functionalized N,N-pyridylbenzimidazole ligand, are reported. The electronic transitions were studied by time-dependent density functional theory. Complex 1 exhibits interesting antifungal activity against Candida albicans (MIC?=?32?μg?mL?1; 64?nM) and Cryptococcus neoformans (MIC?=?16?μg?mL?1, 32?nM). Complex 1 is covalently bound to DNA and lysozyme via the elimination of the chloride ligand(s). When complex 2 interacts with lysozyme, two adduct peaks are observed in the mass spectrum corresponding to binding of Pt(II) ion to lysozyme.  相似文献

Graphite (expanded graphite(EG), natural graphite (NG) and graphite oxide (GO)) flame retardant poly(ethylene-co-vinyl acetate) copolymer (EVA) composites (EVA/EG, EVA/NG and EVA/GO) have been prepared by melt compounding. The flammability, the combustion process, the quantity of the residual char, the morphology of the residual chars and the thermal stability of the chars were investigated by cone calorimeter, SEM and TGA. The results indicate that heat release rate (HRR), total heat released (THR) and total smoke release (TSR) of EVA/EG (EG 30 phr) composite decrease to about 21%, 42% and 28% of that of pure EVA, respectively. The orders of the three kinds of graphite on the reduction effect of THR and TSR are EG > NG > GO. The higher the quantity, the higher is the thermal stability of the char residue and the more compact and porous char structure may be the main reasons for the phenomenon above. It has been found that the flame retardance of EVA vulcanisates is improved and the fire jeopardizing is dramatically reduced due to the addition of the graphite, especially for EG, which can give some advice to design formulations for practical applications as the jackets of cables.  相似文献

Novel glycidyl methacrylate–butyl acrylate–maleic anhydride (GBM) terpolymers with different molecular weights were synthesized by radical polymerization and characterized using fourier transform infrared, nuclear magnetic resonance (1H‐NMR and 13 C‐NMR), and gel permeation chromatography. Each GBM terpolymer was used to modify aluminum nitride (AlN), and the modified AlN, coded as AlN(GBM), was added to 2,2′‐bis(4‐cyanatophenyl)isopropylidene (CE) resin for preparing composites. Composites based on original AlN or γ‐(2,3‐epoxypropoxy)propyltrimethoxysilane‐modified AlN (AlN(K)) were also prepared for comparison. Although GBM and γ‐(2,3‐epoxypropoxy)propyltrimethoxysilane have similar reactive groups, the results indicate that GBM shows more attractive integrated advantages, reflected by the fact that CE/AlN(GBM) composites have better thermal stability, higher thermal conductivity, and higher glass transition temperature than those of CE/AlN(K). These properties result from better dispersion of fillers, improved interfacial adhesion between fillers and CE resin, and increased cross‐linking density. This study demonstrates that the nature of the coupling agents is an important factor to develop high performance composites for cutting‐edge industries.
