三维人体数据库管理系统数据的有效性检验

在三雏网络人体数据库管理系统中以AOP思想为指导,并使用Spring2.0技术框架实现了人体数据的有效性检验.该方法将人体数据的有效性检验逻辑抽象出来,并土封装成单独的业务模块,然后采用生明的方式将这个业务模块配置到系统中.在系统运行时这些有效性检验逻辑将被动态地加戢到系统的业务逻辑中,由于方法不具备对原有程序代码的侵入性,保证了原有程序功能性代码的纯洁性,因此,符合软件开发中的OCP原则,提高了应用的解耦合性和可扩展性.     

Ultrasound-assisted biosynthesis of CuO-NPs using brown alga Cystoseira trinodis: Characterization,photocatalytic AOP,DPPH scavenging and antibacterial investigations

This contribution reports the biosynthesis of CuO NPs via ultrasound method using the Cystoseira trinodis extracts as an eco friendly and time saving process. The characterization of cupric oxide NPs was performed using XRD, FE-SEM, EDX, TEM, AFM, photoluminescence, UV–Vis, Raman and FT-IR spectroscopy investigations. SEM images show the spherical structure with the average crystallite size 6 nm to 7.8 nm of CuO. XRD analysis approved the formation of pure monoclinic crystallite structures of CuO NPs. These observations were confirmed by TEM analysis. The photocatalytic studies reveal the activity of the prepared CuO NPs as an efficient catalyst for the degradation of methylene blue (MB) in the presence of UV and Sunlight. CuO NPs under varying experimental parameters such as dye concentration, catalytic load, pH. The results of the in vitro biological screening effect of CuO NPs (zone of growth inhibition and minimal inhibitory concentrations) in comparison with cephalexin (as a standard compound) using the disc diffusion method was demonstrated the significant bactericidal activity against some bacteria strain including Escherichia coli (E. coli), Enterococcus faecalis (E. faecalis), Salmonella typhimurium (S. typhimurium), Staphylococcus aureus (S. aureus), Bacillus subtilis (B. subtilis), and Streptococcus faecalis (S. faecalis). Furthermore, the Nps found to inhibit the activity of 1,1-Diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) free radicals effectively. This study introduces a facile, green and low coast method for the synthesis of monoclinic CuO NPs with catalytic, antioxidant and antibacterial properties.     

基于用例的面向方面软件开发及实例研究

面向方面编程(AOP)技术提供了一种在编程阶段实现关注点分离的有效手段,而面向方面软件开发(AOSD)则是以AOP为基础的,在整个软件生命周期中提供系统化标识、模块化和组合横切关注点的一种手段.结合实际应用的例子,将用例技术、用例切片技术和AOP技术应用到AOSD中,实现了在软件开发的4个阶段对关注点的建模和分离.     

基于角色的代理访问控制模型及其实现

针对传统的基于角色的访问控制模型的不足,给出了一种基于角色的代理访问控制模型,将上下文、观察者和代理的概念引入到了访问控制中。该模型能够根据上下文环境的变化而动态地做出访问决策,访问控制检查也不需要放入业务逻辑实现的代码中,而是由观察者观察业务逻辑执行情况,当需要访问控制检查时通知代理主体,由代理主体做出访问控制决策。这种模型可以很好地在Spring AOP框架中实现。     

Oxidative decomposition and mineralization of caffeine by advanced oxidation processes: The effect of hybridization

The study consists of a detailed investigation of the degradability of the emerging water contaminant-caffeine by homogeneous and heterogeneous Advanced Oxidation Processes (AOP’s), estimation of a synergy index for each hybrid operation thereof, and proposing the most plausible reaction mechanisms that are consistent with the experimental data. It also encompasses evaluation of the effect of the water matrix represented by carbonate species and humic acids, as strong scavengers of hydroxyl radicals. The results showed that single AOP’s such as sonolysis (577 kHz) and photolysis with H₂O₂ provided complete caffeine elimination, but they were insufficient for the mineralization of the compound. Hybrid AOP’s were considerably more effective, particularly when operated at a heterogeneous mode using commercial TiO₂. The most effective hybrid process was UV-H₂O₂/TiO₂, which provided more than 75% TOC decay at the minimum test doses of the reagent and catalyst. While the addition of ultrasound to the process significantly increased the rate of caffeine decomposition, it reduced the overall degradation of the compound to 64% in terms of TOC decay. The antagonistic effect was attributed to the formation of excess H₂O₂, and the presence of cavity clouds and/or high density layers that inhibited the transmission of UV light. The effect of natural water ingredients was found to reduce the reaction rates, signifying the major contribution of hydroxyl radicals to the destruction of caffeine. The proposed reaction mechanisms based on OH radical attack and the calculated energy barriers were in good agreement with the experimentally detected reaction byproducts.     

应用AOP提高软件代码质量的研究

为了提高软件代码质量,笔者从开发与审核两个过程分析了可以改进代码质量的关键环节,并在此基础上利用AOP提供的连接点模型,提出了一个灵活的、面向扩展的代码质量框架AjCQFr(AspectJ-based Code Quality Framework)。按照此框架的要求,开发了若干个检测代码质量的工具。同时,在开发中引入面向方面的设计和实现,并使用上述工具对开发成果进行质量检测。实践证明,这些工具可以极大地提高软件的质量和开发效率,并缩短代码质量保证过程。
