Some inequalities for partial orders

We establish some inequalities connecting natural parameters of a partial order P. For example, if every interval [a,b] contains at most maximal chains, if some antichain has cardinality v, and if there are ₁ chains whose union is cofinal and coinitial in P, then the chain decomposition number for P is 10877.gif" alt="les" align="MIDDLE" BORDER="0">₁v (Theorem 2.2), and the inequality is sharp in a certain sense (Section 3).This paper was written while the authors were visitors at the Laboratoire d'algèbre ordinale, Département de Mathématiques, Université Claude Bernard, Lyon 1, France.Research supported by NSERC grant # A5198.     

The fixed point property in ordered sets of width two

We consider the fixed point property (FPP) in an ordered set of width two (every antichain contains at most two elements). The necessary condition of the FPP and a number of equivalent conditions to the FPP in such sets is established. The product theorem is proved, as well.     

荧光法研究金属络合物与脱氧核糖核酸的相互作用

研究了Tb(phen) 2 Cl3 ·H2 O·CH3 CH2 OH与小牛胸腺脱氧核糖核酸 (DNA)的作用方式 ,结果表明 :它们之间的作用存在两种模式 :嵌入与静电作用。运用Tb(phen) 2 Cl3 ·H2 O·CH3 CH2 OH作荧光探针初步研究了Ni(phen) 3 (ClO4) 2 ·3H2 O的两种手性对映体与DNA的相互作用 ,结果表明 :这两种对映体的作用存在差别     

10,12—双炔廿三酸盐的LB膜特性研究

本文合成了10,12-双炔廿三酸,并用其在Si、SiO_2、CaF_2等基片上沉积了LB膜,结果表明,10,12-双炔廿三酸的镉盐成膜更稳定。这种LB膜在紫外光辐照下很快聚合,聚合前后的紫外-可见吸收光谱发生规律性的变化,并保持层状结构,等同周期稍变。通过红外吸收的二向色性分析,确定了该分子的取向。     

几个金属卤素簇的合成与性能研究

The hydrothermal reaction of CuBr2 and CuBr with phen·H2O （phen= 1,10-phenanthroline） in a molar ratio of 1：1：1.5 gave birth to the first copper-halo cationic cluster [Cu2^Ⅱ Cu2^Br4 （phen）4 ] ^2＋（1） with tetranuclear anionic cluster [Cu4Br6]^2-. Changing the precursors or their molar ratios, two mononuclear complexes [Cu（phen）2Br]Br·H2O （2） and [Ni（phen）3][CuCl2]2 （3） as well as two unusual copper-halo chains found in polymers [Cu2Br2（phen）]∞ （4） and [Cu^ⅡCu3^ⅠBr2Ⅰ3 （phen）2 ]∞ （5） were obtained. The （Cu2Br2）∞ chain of 4 looks like a linearar ray of hexagons based on fused Cu3Br3 units, and the linear （Cu3Ⅰ3Br^-）∞ chain of 5 is an alternate combination of the rhombic Cu2I2 cores and the Cu4I4Br2^2- units. In addition, the hydrothermal reaction of CuBr2 with NA（NA=nicotinic acid） or INA （INA =isonicotinic acid） resulted in the syntheses of two compounds [CuBr（NA）] （6） and [CuBr（INA）]∞（7） containing staircase chain. Among them the third-order non-linear optical properties of 2, 5, 6 and 7 were investigated and all exhibit the reverse saturable absorption （α2〉0） and self-defocusing performance （n2〈0）.     

Unusual volumetric and hydration behavior of the catanionic system sodium undecenoate: sodecyltrimethylammonium bromide

Following the studies on the effect of double bonds in the surfactant hydrophobic tail on the formation of mixed surfactant aggregates, we studied the viscosity and density of the system Sodium 10-undecenoate (SUD)–decyltrimethylammonium bromide (DTAB)–water. We found that the partial molar volume (pmv) and intrinsic viscosity of both, micellised and unmicellised mixtures, are non-ideal, dependent on the mixture composition and related to structural changes in micelles. These phenomena are caused by the presence of the double bond at the distal extreme of the SUD molecule, which has some affinity with water by formation of hydrogen bonds. In particular, as far as we know, this is the first report on non-ideal behavior of the pmv in mixed micelles.     

锰（Ⅱ）—邻菲口罗啉配合物极谱吸附波及其应用

在ｐＨ９．５ＮＨ３ＮＨ４Ｃｌ缓冲溶液中，Ｍｎ（Ⅱ）与邻菲口罗啉形成的配合物在－１．３６Ｖ（ｖｓ．ＳＣＥ）处产生一灵敏的吸附波，一阶导数峰电流与Ｍｎ（Ⅱ）浓度在５×１０－８５×１０－６ｍｏｌ／Ｌ范围内呈线性关系，检出限为２×１０－８ｍｏｌ／Ｌ对极谱性质及反应机理进行了研究，用该法测定了大豆和茶叶中的微量锰，结果满意     

锡—邻菲咯啉络合物吸附极谱波的研究及应用

研究了锡－邻菲咯啉体系的极谱行为，在ｐＨ＝２．５０的０．１０ｍｏｌ／Ｌ氯乙酸－氯乙酸钠介质中，在单扫描极谱上，Ｓｎ－邻菲咯啉络合物于－０．４１Ｖ电位处产生一良好的吸附还原波。波高与Ｓｎ的浓度在２．０×１０＾－８－４．０×１０＾－６ｍｏｌ／Ｌ范围内呈线性关系；检出限为１．０×１０＾－８ｍｏｌ／Ｌ Ｓｎ，对合金标样中的锡进行测定，取得了满意的结果。     

Zum Mechanismus der nucleophilen Addition an 2,3-Dihydrodipyrrin-1(10H)-one

¹H NMR-spectroscopic investigations of the acid catalyzed addition of methanol to dihydrodipyrrinones (Z)-2, (E)-2, and4 show the C-protonation of their enamide parts to be the first and rate determining step forming the key intermediate, the N-acyl-immonium ion N⁺. Its ability to add nucleophiles diastereoselectively can be used to prepare the adductsl-3 andl-5. Exclusive formation of thelike-isomer can be explained by a stereoelectronically favoured approach of the nucleophile and by the thermodynamically favoured arrangement of the bulky ring substituents. Both explanations are based on low temperature X-ray crystal structure determinations: in the first place, the orientation of the added nucleophile could be found to be nearly parallel to the -plane of the lactam unit and quasi-axial with respect to theenvelope-like conformation of the five-ring lactam; in the second place, the relative orientation of the methoxycarbonyl-metyl-group at C-3 and the pyrrolylmethyl-substituent at C-4 could be found to be atrans-quasi-diequatorial one.
