胡罗卜籽挥发油化学成分的鉴定和γ-没药烯的合成

本文鉴定了胡罗卜籽挥发油中十八种化合物,其中1-环己-1-烯-丙酮、胡薄荷酮、醋酸苄酯、δ-愈创木烯、β-檀香烯、β-倍半水芹烯、N-苯基-2-萘胺作为胡罗卜籽挥发油成分尚未见报道。分离出两个单体,N-苯基-2-萘胺和细辛醚,光谱数据确证其结构。合成了γ-没药烯、气相色谱显示γ-没药烯以E式和Z式同时存在。     

羰基铁催化黄樟油素,丁香酚异构化反应的研究IV: 应用十二羰基三铁催化合成异黄樟油,异丁香酚

本文使用十二羰基三铁催化黄樟油素,丁香酚异构化反应,它的催化性能比 其它羰基铁化合物优良,而且合成方便,不必经过光照反应,因此开辟了异黄樟油,异丁香酚可在加热条件下使用羰基铁催化合成的途径.     

从中药佛手中分离鉴定两个柠橡油素二聚体

用IR,NMR和X-射线晶体衍射分析了从佛手中分离出来的两个柠檬油素二聚体,证明它们的化学结构分别是顺式头-尾-3,3',4,4'-柠檬油素二聚体(1)和顺式头-头-3,3'-4,4'-柠檬油素二聚体(2),通过光反应从柠檬油素制备了1和反式头-头-3,3',4,4'-柠檬油素二聚体(3).     

苦水玫瑰精油化学成分研究

本文研究了甘肃省苦水玫瑰精油的化学成份,并测定其物理化学性能;用毛细管气相色谱的GC/MS联用法从苦水玫瑰精油中鉴定出40个组份,β-香茅醇和香叶醇的含量高达68%。用MS、IR和NMR等波谱法对这两个组份进行了了解析确证。其理化特性与世界闻名的保加利亚玫瑰油十分接近。     

Flash Evaporation and Headspace Solid-phase Microextraction for the Analysis of the Essential Oils in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Houttuynia Cordata Thunb

We have investigated the use of flash evaporation, headspace solid-phase microextraction (HS-SPME) and steam distillation (SD) as sample concentration and preparation techniques for the analysis of volatile constituents present in Houttuynia cordata Thunb. The samples were analyzed by gas chromatography (GC) and identified by mass spectrometry (MS). Comparison studies were performed. It was found that the results obtained between Headspace solid-phase microextraction HS-SPME and SD techniques were in good agreement, Seventy-nine compounds in Houlluynia cordata Thunh were identified by MS. In flash evaporation, thirty-nine compounds were identified. Discrimination in the response for many constituents studied was not observed, which can be clearly observed in SD and HS-SPME techniques. As a conclusion, HS-SPME is a powerful tool for determining the volatile constitutes present in the Houttuynia cordata.
