[Ni(en)3]4[HVⅣ12VⅤ6O42(PO4)]复合物的合成及晶体结构

A new complex [Ni(en)₃]₄[HV^Ⅳ₁₂V^Ⅴ₆O₄₂(PO₄)] has been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by X-Ray diffraction, IR and Elemental analysis. Single crystal X-ray analysis indicates that this compoud crystallizes in cubic system,space group Im 3m with a=17.4081(2)?, V=5275.38(10)?³, R=0.0420, wR=0.1055, Z=2, D_c=1.663g·cm^-3, μ=2.297mm^-1, F(000)=2636. The crystal structure consists of [Ni(en)₃]²⁺ cations and {HV₁₈O₄₂(PO₄)}^8- cluster anion which construct from 18 {VO₅} square pyramids. The VO₅ pyramids joined each other to form a {V₁₈O₄₂} cage hosting a tetrahedral {PO₄}^3- moiety with disordered oxygen atoms. CCDC: 185574.     

溶剂化金属原子浸渍法制备Pd-Cu/γ-Al2O3低温CO氧化催化剂

Nano-particle Pd/γ-Al₂O₃ monometallic and Pd-Cu/γ-Al₂O₃ bimetallic catalysts were prepared by solvated metal atom impregnation (SMAI) method. The results of XRD measurement indicated that Pd- Cu alloy was formed in the bimetallic catalysts and the crystalline particle size of the alloy increased as Cu contents increased with av-erage diameters < 6.0nm for all the samples. XPS and Auger spectra showed that Pd was in zero- valent state, Cu existed mainly in zero- valent state and partially in monovalent state Cu⁺. The Pd/γ-Al₂O₃ and Pd-Cu/γ-Al₂O₃ catalysts exhibited higher activity for CO oxidation at low temperature. The activity of Pd-Cu/γ-Al₂O₃ bimetallic catalyst was higher than that of Pd/γ-Al₂O₃ monometallic catalyst. The Pd-Cu/γ-Al₂O₃ catalyst with Pd/Cu atomic ratio of 1∶1 showed the highest activity.     

大鼠肝脏金属硫蛋白的分离纯化和金属硫蛋白亚型-Ⅱα结构域片段的制备及其核磁共振鉴定

Wistar雄性大鼠经腹腔注射CdCl_2诱导其肝脏合成金属硫蛋白。取鼠肝,先经匀浆、热变性、乙醇-氯仿萃取、丙酮沉淀等步骤,后由Sephadex G-75、DEAE-52柱层析,得金属硫蛋白的两亚型Ⅰ和Ⅱ。经原子吸收光谱测定每蛋白分子含有5个镉和2个锌。用枯草杆菌酶割法制备并分离了金属硫蛋白亚型Ⅱ的α结构域片段。还用NMR研究了金属硫蛋白的两个亚型及所得的α结构域片段。
