配位聚合物[Mn(2，4，6-TMBA)2(H2O)3]n·2nH2O的水热合成和晶体结构

The title compound, [Mn(2,4,6-TMBA)₂(H₂O)₃]_n·2nH₂O(1), where 2,4,6-TMBA=2,4,6-trimethylbenzoic acid, was synthesized and its crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystal is of monoclinic, space group C2/c with a=2.929 9(6) nm, b=1.036 4(2) nm, c=8.222 04(17) nm, V=2.494 7(9) nm³, Z=4, M=471.40, D_c=1.255 g·cm^-3, μ=0.571 mm^-1, F(000)=996, R_int=0.029 4, R=0.037 6 and wR=0.094 9. The Mn atoms are octahedrally coordinated by two O atoms of two ligands and four O atoms of water. The carboxyl group coordinates to Mn(Ⅱ) in the mode of monodentate, while the O atoms of water molecules coordinates in bridging mode. The complex shows a one-dimensional chain structure bridged by water molecules. CCDC: 297750.

2-fluorobenzoic acid (2-HFBA) and 2,2′-bipyridine (2,2′-bpy) was used as ligands to react with lanthanum to obtain a complex, [La(2-FBA)₃·(2,2′-bpy)]₂. The structure of the complex contains three independent molecules. In two of them, the two central metal ions are connected together through four 2-FBA groups by bidentate bridging and chelating-bridging two modes. In another, the two central metal ions are connected together through four bidentate bridging 2-FBA groups. CCDC: 237658.

L-丙氨酸桥联配位聚合物[Cu2(L-ala)2(phen)2]n·2nClO4·2nH2O的合成及其结构

The complex, [Cu₂(L-ala)₂(phen)₂]_n·2nClO₄·2nH₂O(L-ala=L-alaninate, phen=1,10-phenanthroline) has been synthesized and investigated by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, and X-ray diffraction methods. The complex crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P2₁ with a=1.161 1(4) nm, b=0.717 2(2) nm, c=2.074 1(7) nm, β=101.028(6)°, V=1.695 4(9) nm³, D_c=1.760 g·cm^-3, Z=4, μ=1.493 mm^-1, F(000)=916, R=0.052 2, wR=0.127 9 for 7 131 unique reflections. The cations of [Cu₂(L-ala)₂(phen)₂]_n²ⁿ⁺ have an one-dimensional polymeric structure, due to the bridging of two Cu(phen)²⁺ units by a carboxylate group of L-alaninate, and each Cu(Ⅱ) ion is in a slightly distorted square-pyramidal coordination geometry, with the phen (N,N′) and the L-ala(N,O) acting as bidentate ligands in the equatorial plane and another carboxylate oxygen atom from a symmetry-related neighboring L-alaninate ion in the apical position. 抗肝片吸虫药物的合成及表征

合成了5个有机化合物，并且对他们进行了表征，由于他们的合成方法比较容易，原料也比较便宜，期望着这5个化合物都能作为抗肝片吸虫药物使用。     

牵张成骨对骨骼肌影响的研究进展

牵张成骨(Distmction Osteogenesis，DO)是根据骨的生物力学特点，骨切开后应用牵引装置渐进性地牵拉，切开间隙中形成新骨，从而延长骨骼，同时伴有周围软组织的增生。如今牵张成骨在技术上已日趋成熟，但其分子机制仍不是很清楚。由于牵张成骨过程中周围软组织受到牵拉并发生改变，特别是骨骼肌出现的并发症(主要为肌挛缩)及适应性改建是影响治疗效果和术后长期稳定性的关键因素之一，因此成为近几年众多学者研究的热点，本文对此作一综述。     

食管癌组织HLA-I类抗原及相关分子的表达及意义

为探讨HLA抗原及相关分子在食管癌中的表达水平及其与病理学分型的关系，应用了5种HLA抗原及相关分子单抗，采用免疫组织化学方法(ABC法)对江苏省83例食管癌组织石蜡切片进行检测并结合肿瘤的临床病理资料综合分析．得出结果：HLA—B／C、HLA—A、β2m、LMP2、calnexin各分子的下调率分别为12％、25．3％、15．7％、19．3％、20．8％；丢失率分别为29％、33．7％、49．3％、24．1％、41．5％．其中LMP2位点的表达与肿瘤分型相关，随着食管癌分化程度降低，下调率增加．27例病例有淋巴结转移，但统计学分析各分子的表达与转移均无明显相关性．研究表明，食管癌中有明显的HLA—Ⅰ类分子表达下调或缺失．这种改变不利于T细胞依赖性的免疫治疗．     

5，10，15，20－四（3－溴－4－磺酸苯基）卟啉光度法测定痕量铜的研究

本文研究了新水溶性卟啉试剂５，１０，１５，２０－四（３－溴－４－磺酸苯基）卟啉［Ｔ（３－ＢｒＰ）ＰＳ＿４与铜的显色反应。在ｐＨ３，铜与５，１０，１５，２０－四（３－溴－４－磺酸苯基）卟啉形成１：１的稳定配合物。此配合物的最大吸收波长位于４１２．８ｎｍ，摩尔吸光系数为２．６１×１０￣５Ｌ·ｍｏｌ￣（－１）·ｃｍ￣（－１）。铜量在０～３．０μｇ／２５ｍＬ范围内符合比尔定律，工作曲线回归方程为ｙ＝０．００９４３、＋０．１６７ｘ，相关系数为ｒ＝０．９９９７。方法有较高的灵敏度和较好的选择性，直接用于大米和茶叶中痕量铜的测定，结果与ＡＡＳ法一致。
