Fabrication of Dendrimer－like PAMAM Based on Silica Nanoparticles

A G 4.0 dendrimer-like poly (amido amine) (PAMAM) based on silica nanoparticles was fabricated via a divergent approach.It was built from γ-aminopropyi silica nanoparfides (APSN) core via repetitive addition of acrylate (MA) and hexylenediamine (HDA). FT-IR and EA were used to monitor the progress of dendrimer during each step. The amino group content of the resulting product increased from 0.49 to 3.72 mmol/g after the 4th generation. In addition, the percentage of grafting increased with increasing generation and reached to 65.9% after 4th generation. It was found that the resulting silica nanoparticles could be dispersed in methanol with a mean hydrodynamic particle diameter of 152.7 nm although the silica nanoparticles had agglomerated during the storage period.

二极管泵浦固体激光器（DPL）具有寿命长、热负载小、结构紧凑等优点，在工业加工、军事、通讯等领域都得到了广泛的应用。在高光束质量、高平均功率DPL激光器的研究中，目前普遍采用MOPA结构的光路布局——由谐振腔产生出低功率的单横模激光输出，经多路放大后达到满足需求的功率水平。而激光放大模块作为放大光路中的核心部件，其增益分布特性将直接影响到光束放大过程中的波前变化，因此如何在提高激光放大模块储能的同时提高模块增益分布的均匀性，从而减少光路放大过程的波前畸变，对于进一步研制高平均功率、高光束质量的半导体泵浦固体激光器具有非常重要的意义。     

164Lu的三轴超形变核态的理论计算

用三维TRS(totalrouthiansurface)自洽理论对奇奇核164Lu的位能面进行了计算,计算结果与实验上得到的ε2=0.38基本一致,从而从理论上确认了164Lu是三轴超形变核,并且指出了存在三轴超形变带的两个组态. Total routhian surface in~(164)Lu nuclei is calculated according to the three dimensional Total Routhian Surface (TRS) theory. The result of the calculation is in agreement with the experiment. At the same time, two TSD bands could be assigned to the configuration(π\(1/2), α=1/2)(ν\(5/2), α=1/2), (π\(1/2), α=1/2)(ν\(3/2), α=-1/2).     

纳米氧化钛-乙二醇溶胶溶液的研究

选用了钛酸丁酯、硬脂酸和乙二醇作为表面活性剂，采用表面化学修饰和表面物理修饰2种方法修饰纳米氧化钛，然后分散在乙二醇溶剂中形成溶胶溶液．并通过红外光谱仪、紫外分光计、原子力显微镜，分析了表面化学修饰后的纳米氧化钛表面化学结构的变化，观测了纳米氧化钛溶胶在乙二醇溶剂中稳定性．试验结果表明表面活性剂与纳米氧化钛的表面的不饱和键之间形成了新的化学结构，粒子表面可能接枝上有机长链，提高了纳米粒子在溶剂中的相容性．表面化学修饰后的纳米氧化钛与乙二醇溶剂形成了较稳定的溶胶体系，而且纳米溶胶粒径较小．表面活性剂添加量与纳米粒子添加量控制在(1～1．2)：1时，可以获得纳米溶胶粒径较小，同时溶胶稳定性较好的纳米氧化钛-乙二醇溶胶体系．     

流动注射荧光光度法研究β-环糊精与吉非罗齐的超分子作用机理及其分析应用

吉非罗齐(Gemfibrozil),化学名为2,2-二甲基-5-(2,5-二甲苯氧基)戊酸,是一种纤维素苯氧芳酸衍生物降脂药,既可降低胆固醇、甘油三酯,又可提升高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平之双重功效,可视为国内新型高效血脂调节剂之一,降脂作用快,疗效确切,对防治动脉粥样硬化和降低冠心病的发病率及死亡率也有一定作用[1～3].目前,用于吉非罗齐含量测定的方法与技术有高效液相色谱法[4],气相色谱法[5],但其操作繁琐,且灵敏度欠佳.荧光分析法具有灵敏度高,选择性好,方法简捷,重现性好,取样量少,仪器设备简单等优点,广泛应用于生物样品、环境样品、药物等分析与检测.流动注射分析是70年代中期诞生并迅速发展起来的溶液自动在线处理及测定的现代分析技术.它具有微量、密闭、重现性好和快速的优点,且具有广泛的适应性,可与多种检测手段连用,受到越来越多研究者的重视[6,7].因此,建立一种简便、快捷、选择性好、灵敏度高的流动注射荧光光度法用于吉非罗齐的定量分析将极具分析应用价值.本文利用流动注射荧光光度法研究了β-环糊精与吉非罗齐间的超分子相互作用,结果表明β-环糊精、吉非罗齐可形成11的超分子包和物,室温下表观结合常数为7.57×102L/mol.利用水相中β-环糊精对吉非罗齐的荧光增敏作用,建立了水溶液中高灵敏度测定吉非罗齐的流动注射荧光光度法,线性范围为0.032～70μg/mL.检出限为0.96 ng/mL,每小时进样80次.常用片剂赋形剂对测定不产生干扰,应用本法测定药物制剂和血清样中吉非罗齐的含量.     

Atomic-scale simulation of nano-grains:structure and diffusion properties

Nanograins are characterized by a typical grain size from lto 100 nm.Mclecular dynamics aimubations have been carried out for the nanograin sphere with the diameters from 1.45 to 10.12 nm.We study the influence of grain size on structure and diffusion properties of the nanograins.The results reveal that as the grain size is reduced,the fraction of grain surface increases significantly,and the surface width is approximately constant；the diffusicn coefficlent is increased sharply,and the relation of the diffusion coefficient and the grain size is close to exponential relation below 10nm.     

Open Superstring Star as a Continuous Moyal Product with B Field

In this paper, we recast the matter part of the open superstring star in the present of a constant B field. By using a different coordinate representation the matter part of the open superstring star is identified with the continuous Moyal product of functions of anti-commuting variables. Fortunately we find it does not depend on the value of the B field.     

纳米Zr-V-O粉末的XRD及TG-DSC研究

利用机械合金化制备纳米Zr-V粉末，对制备过程的材料进行物相分析和热分析试验。初始粉末Zr（150μm）和V（150μm）元素粉末（纯度99．15％）按原子比1：2或1：1进行混合后在氩气气氛中放入SimoloyerCMol—2球磨仓中，按几种不同的试验条件进行球磨。同时在997K和1047K下热处理40min和1h，并对热处理前后的粉末进行了物相和TG-DSC实验分析。     

Raman properties embeddedof GaSb nanoparticlesin SiO2 films

The Raman shifts of nanocrystalline GaSb excited by an Ar^ ion laser at wavelengths 514.5, 496.5, 488.0, 476.5,and 457.9nm are studied by an SPEX-1403 laser Raman spectrometer respectively, and they are explained by phonon confinement, tensile stress, resonant Raman scattering and quantum size effects. The Stokes and anti-Stokes Raman spectra of GaSb nanocrystals strongly support the Raman feature of GaSb nanocrystals. The calculated optical spectra compare well with experimental data on Raman scattering GaSb nanocrystals.     

类铍离子低激发态等电子系列的能量、精细结构和超精细结构

采用多组态相互作用方法及Rayleigh-Ritz 变分方法，并考虑相对论修正和质量极化效应，获得了类铍离子等电子系列（Z=4-10）低激发态1s²2p2p ¹D^e和1s²2p3p ³P^e的相对论能量。同时还计算了精细结构和超精细结构。计算结果与其他理论和实验符合的很好。
